Charcoal Kebap 49 London in Brent

I've been going on or off for many years, recently more. There is a waitress there who is very amateurish and doesn't make people feel welcome. But tonight she asked me cash or card, I said card and she smirked at me in a strange way. I won't go back whilst she is there. She leaves a bad taste. The owner is nice. I'm leaving this review to hopefully help as I can see a lot of people are disappointed by her.

as usual the kebabs are top notch!.......only thing was no little pots of garlic sauce or chilli sauce nothing came with the order....that was disappointing

Terrible food, donner is disgusting not fresh has a weird smell, portion sizes are so small for £20 it’s unbelievable. They didn’t follow nor Read the order notes or dietary requests. The worst “Turkish” restaurant in London. Don’t order from here

Wonderful food. But the packaging of the salad was not good it’s split everywhere and the bread was wet. But still the food was very tasty and very good. Thank you

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant . From start to finish, it was a disaster. The service was abysmal; our waiter was shockingly rude and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we sat down. The food was equally terrible, lacking in flavor and clearly not fresh. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I will not be returning and I would advise others to steer clear of this place.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE SPENT LIKE £ 30 AND FOR LAMB SHISH THEY GIVR YOU 5 SMALL PIECES AND THE FOOD WASNT EVEN COOKED PROPERLY GOING TO HAVE TO REPORT THIS

Food was poor, I asked for well done meat and it wasn’t plus the ribs was very fatty and nasty. Wont order from here again.

I was just there and wanted to order, but I saw the frozen hamburger on display that had a green circle on it due to harmful bacteria and was not suitable for human consumption. I examined it and the first employee withdrew, then the other made the excuse that it was valid, knowing that I am a food inspector ,shop n 49.

i ordered chips with my meal,and was replaced with rice ,i wasnt told this was goner happen,my wife is alergic to rice.

Very rude staff behind the counter, my wife is pregnant and when she ordered he was upset for her order. She wanted in the wrap chicken with chips. Very rude, we won't come again. I don't recommend this place

Lovely falafel wrap - we went 2 times both were spectacular would recommend - vegan options were very good

My first time eating here after a few years and it’s upped its game massively. Had a simple chicken Shish with chips and salad and it was really tasty, nicely seasoned, and great service. I’ll be back!

I always eat from here I love it I’m a regular customer of you from almost 3 years, I order steak but the give me Lamb chick the guy on the counter is telling me when I pick up and put on the grill you saw me which is not right, also I show him with my finger this one still all over it was not proper cook I just eat the rice and salt with the Lamb shish rest I left it like that… no one ask me for remake are refund just charge full amount very disappointing..

This is the first time in this restaurant I am such a polite old woman,but I like people give respected young and old ,I after in this shop I say good evening,please can I talk with with the manager he say I am the manager I say you are not the manager,so I explain my reason why I am dear he says yes take the picture,he bilive I was stupid I say these picture I will send it to Google maps he say ok.them stand dear I was not hungry because I just finish eat my delicious sea bass fish before I went dear, I stand dear I say please can I have a taste of your cooking so in the review,I can tell the people the food is good, I say if is even one chips he say he cannot give me nothing because he is not the manager in my hart was boiling their was some Jamaican people come in the shop and here I was praying to tase some things,and the girl here the conversation and say it is true I can not tell lies to these People using maps He did not give me not even a olive seeds, next thing when I wash in side their where couple sitting at a table I ONLEY see when they where getting up and I see this plate full of chips and a little piece of pizza as well The reason I see that because I need to take the picture in that space was free after, then I was sitting when the couple was go a ways and they where telling the one that say he is the manager and he give them two rice pudding to take home to eat,ok their where another two complain about the food they already paid for the food and they make complain that the goo was not good because one of the lady say to me because of her teeth so she just paid for nothings I am speaking what I see not what I here.i stand dear and I did not here one words of please, this lady walk. If I could put no star's i would orderd a lentil soup and a lamb shish kebab got four pieces of meat and the lentil soup was more like salt water disgusting food rip off price never again

Best kebab in my area for sure , kebab meat was wicked nice fresh chips , sauces were really nice , squid rings were really tasty and fresh and salad and bread was really tasty too! Will be coming back and this is a great new regular kebab stop for us ! Thank you !

The food was especially delicious the bread with herbs was amazing I would really go back just for that bread, I’ve tried order 39 in menu, it’s Iskander kebab, it was delicious too.. thank you for the nice experience. The food is delicious in general. I tried Iskander kebab and chicken shawarma. Iskandar came back again because of it, but the shawarma is normal. What is not normal is the bread with delicious spices on it. I am ready to return it just for the sake of the bread..🤍

Found a sharp plastic object in the food, the chef showed his concern , mistakes do happen, I was Lucy , not to swallow it , and unbelievably the owner charged for the dish where we found the plastic.

Delicious food. We ordered a grilled chicken and a chicken kofte bayti. Both dishes came well stacked and were super delicious. Ss a starter the restaurant offers grilled pita bread with 2 sauces. The atmosphere could be better and the prices were reasonable. Will visit again

Who told u put carrot 🥕 sprinkles in a beef burger and put no souses in the burger so you can swallow the burger I recommend u change the way making burgers… good luck

Ordered at 5.40pm called place twice just said food sitting there no drivers. Second time I called I wanted to cancel as couldn't on app and she said she's already made it and this was at 6.20pm, they tried to deliver the food that was made at 6pm at 7.31pm... what kind of place is this to send freezing Cold food and not be helpful at all just telling me to wait will never order again. Actually rethinking using just eat anymore its all a shambles now.

Best Kebab in London if you like Kebab with asian style! I mean its so tasty although it's too fatty and unhealthy but everyone knows that delicious foods are not good for health. Prices are good and affordable, portions are big as you can take one meal for two people. Just remember all courses come with some free sides. Enjoy...

First time ordering, cold, burnt, dry and not nice at all, won't order from here again, poor portion size if it was edible. Waste of money,very disappointed.

Starting with the bread, hot, crispy and addictive. The food was served in no time with all the meat succulent and juicy. The service was like no other, with good customer interactions. I would definitely come back! 10/10!!

My lamb and chicken kebabs were so overcooked I couldn't figure out what the hell it was absolutely disgusting burnt food wasting my money if you don't know how to cook don't run a restaurant.

The food was abysmal. The salad was warm and soggy. I got 5 lamb cubes and I have to put it all together instead of it being served the traditional way of meat and salad in a pitta etc. I want a refund as this was awful. Never order from this restaurant again.

Genuinely some of the best Turkish food I've eaten! Staff is VERY friendly, the food is great and the location is also pretty neat! The kebab tastes really nice, the kofta is great, the bread they give you before your meal is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, the mixed grill is REALLY good and the iskender also super good! (And I normally don't really like Iskender that much!) It's also relatively cheap! 13 to 18 pounds for a full blown meal! Overall, I recommend this restaurant, as I truly had a great time!

Disgusting restaurant! Avoid this restaurant if you don't want to have a very bad experience with the quality of the food. I received old stale bread and also bites on 2 slices, burnt fish, ayran diluted with water. Used to be good, but now the quality is very, very low.

The price was a rip off! I ordered one kofte kebab and 1 water and the bill came to £15.50 When I enquired about the price- I was told that for eating in there is a higher charge. If you are going to tax customers so unfairly then you should at least put a note to make customers aware of the hidden charges.

This ignorant establishment assumes that EVERYBODY eats cheese, so when you order food they put cheese. When you call them up to tell them that there is no cheese in what you ordered, they are rude and obnoxious. Stay as far away from these jokers as possible.

I ordered 2 chicken kebabs and received 2 lamb kebabs which I don’t like. I had to ask for a refund and stayed hungry.

I just ordered two grilled burgers and it was literally the most tasteless and the worst burger I've ever had. Burger comes with a little piece of chicken breast and nothing else. Without lettuce and tomato, there was literally nothing except the small piece of chicken. You haven't even put mayonnaise and ketchup as well. I'm disappointed. Don't deliver rotten food
