Charcoal Kebap 49 London in Brent

Paid £9 for chicken shish and got sent 4 small burnt dry bits of chicken... cold bread and cold pale chips. Salad looked like it had been there for days. Won't ever be using this restaurant again.

Drivers app took him in the wrong place, and he was great by of coming over!!!

First time at this place and I regret it. I ordered donner and chicken shawarma. Chicken was edible but donner!!! It was like they kept donner from 10 days ago in a turned off food warmer. It smelled really bad and I threw it to the bin straight away. I dont recommend it at all.

order with rice and got chips instead

Ordered mixed grill was told to sit in the price was more so no problem then the rice put price up more then the salad was extra again I got up and went to the Barrett and spent my money there

I visited this place early last year with friends, back then food was really good, service was good as well, there were several kind of delicious salads served as well as complimentary hot drinks and sweet. I visited again today with my family all the way from Wimbledon and it was not a nice experience at all. I think the restaurant has been sold and originall Turkish owners are not there. The ONLY server is an asian girl who looked bored and tired, she and the grill chef were talking in Urdu , there are also Indian curry dishes at display, This confirms that this place is not an authentic Turkish restaurant anymore, Food was below average, there was only one type of salad served with the food, when I asked the server about other Salads, she said this is the only one we serve. She brought food / drink/ plates/ water in intervals, I planned to have thier complimentary hot drinks/sweet, but we waited 20 minutes expecting the server to clear our table and ask for hot drinks, but she didn't come, in the meantime they were cooking something with Onions, and it was so strong that it was going in to our eyes and becoming unbearable. My kids wanted to use toilet but it was filthy, so we got up, paid the bill and left the place. and went to McDonald's across the road to use the loo. Will I ever visit again? NEVER, not worth the hassle and travel and money. there are hundreds of good authentic Turkish and Lebanese restaurants in London.

Ate here twice on our trip to London. The food is so good! Portions are generous. The staff is kind and attentive. The baklava is the best we’ve ever had.

paid £34 for burnt ribs & a handful of reheated chips. call the restraunt and was told the cook was busy eating & no manager was there. this has happened for the second time. Totally not acceptable.

It’s in the name, CHARCOAL kebab, I should have seen it coming. I have never, EVER, received food borderline burnt to a crisp. How that managed to leave and get delivered is beyond me. Both of the burgers were burnt and the fries, even though it wasn’t part of the meal deal and ordered separately, came in the same box as the burger. There was maybe 15-20 fries shoved in the burger box with a price tag of £3. Disgraceful. If you like your food edible, look elsewhere. Worst experienced I’ve had.

Ordered thru uber..completely messed my order up..I asked them to bring remaining stuff which was a short walk for them,admittedly I was annoyed due to there incompetent staff..I was then told to be quiet and come and get it myself..charming..do not use this place

I ordered food for £40 and after a 1:30 hour late the shop marked delivered at 19:25 but I've got nothing ! They had the audacity to reject the Help line call !! Scammers ! Enjoy those £40 because I will not spend my money on scammer shops .

Chicken doner was a mess, super salty bread and the chips were missing from the order…

wonderful tasty food delivered quickly on time, service excellent and very polite. kebab and chicken dishes excellent and full of flavour. Best in town, highly recommended

We ordered a chicken with very delicious yogurt, they also gave us a very delicious sweet green cookie, if you can ask for it, it is very tasty, the man and woman who served us were very kind

Ordered a falafel wrap without garlic sauce, they put iy on and then scraped it off when I said I didn't want it. Also, gave me lots of small coins in my change when I paid, I asked if they gave pound coins and was told "we have but we need it". They then laughed. The toilets were dorty and hand dryer not working.

Gave me the wrong food then I was expected to drive there to get the right food when I’m heavily pregnant very disappointed.

Well packaged food. Good quality and very acceptable portions. The chips was small but there wasn't an option to buy large so I can't judge that portion properly. The rest good. Sauces on the side. Recommended 👍

My son is a very fussy eater where he was smart everything he’s only seven and your chicken is fantastically nice and fresh. He eats it all and the rice thank you very much.

During my last stay I had several meals to go. The different meals were good, the servers were friendly and took the time to understand the different menus we wanted. I cannot judge the room service.

they change the garlic sos whit some yoghurt or something,the bred was split it in small pieces like was the waste from others....

Soup was tasteless and watery could not eat. Salad was not fresh brown lettuce leaves. Bread and rice was nice chicken burger was nice once i removed salad.

I buy lamb ribs this restaurant normally in person and the food is always lovely . However whenever I order the same meal from just eats . They send the smallest piece of lamb ribs, every single time! I thought it was a one off the last time but it’s not. The portion sizes and quality are not okay

as usual the kebabs are top notch!.......only thing was no little pots of garlic sauce or chilli sauce nothing came with the order....that was disappointing

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant . From start to finish, it was a disaster. The service was abysmal; our waiter was shockingly rude and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we sat down. The food was equally terrible, lacking in flavor and clearly not fresh. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I will not be returning and I would advise others to steer clear of this place.

I was just there and wanted to order, but I saw the frozen hamburger on display that had a green circle on it due to harmful bacteria and was not suitable for human consumption. I examined it and the first employee withdrew, then the other made the excuse that it was valid, knowing that I am a food inspector ,shop n 49.

Very rude staff behind the counter, my wife is pregnant and when she ordered he was upset for her order. She wanted in the wrap chicken with chips. Very rude, we won't come again. I don't recommend this place

I always eat from here I love it I’m a regular customer of you from almost 3 years, I order steak but the give me Lamb chick the guy on the counter is telling me when I pick up and put on the grill you saw me which is not right, also I show him with my finger this one still all over it was not proper cook I just eat the rice and salt with the Lamb shish rest I left it like that… no one ask me for remake are refund just charge full amount very disappointing..

Best kebab in my area for sure , kebab meat was wicked nice fresh chips , sauces were really nice , squid rings were really tasty and fresh and salad and bread was really tasty too! Will be coming back and this is a great new regular kebab stop for us ! Thank you !

The food is delicious in general. I tried Iskander kebab and chicken shawarma. Iskandar came back again because of it, but the shawarma is normal. What is not normal is the bread with delicious spices on it. I am ready to return it just for the sake of the bread..🤍

Found a sharp plastic object in the food, the chef showed his concern , mistakes do happen, I was Lucy , not to swallow it , and unbelievably the owner charged for the dish where we found the plastic.

Delicious food. We ordered a grilled chicken and a chicken kofte bayti. Both dishes came well stacked and were super delicious. Ss a starter the restaurant offers grilled pita bread with 2 sauces. The atmosphere could be better and the prices were reasonable. Will visit again

Who told u put carrot 🥕 sprinkles in a beef burger and put no souses in the burger so you can swallow the burger I recommend u change the way making burgers… good luck

Ordered at 5.40pm called place twice just said food sitting there no drivers. Second time I called I wanted to cancel as couldn't on app and she said she's already made it and this was at 6.20pm, they tried to deliver the food that was made at 6pm at 7.31pm... what kind of place is this to send freezing Cold food and not be helpful at all just telling me to wait will never order again. Actually rethinking using just eat anymore its all a shambles now.

Best Kebab in London if you like Kebab with asian style! I mean its so tasty although it's too fatty and unhealthy but everyone knows that delicious foods are not good for health. Prices are good and affordable, portions are big as you can take one meal for two people. Just remember all courses come with some free sides. Enjoy...

My lamb and chicken kebabs were so overcooked I couldn't figure out what the hell it was absolutely disgusting burnt food wasting my money if you don't know how to cook don't run a restaurant.

The food was of absolutely poor quality, there was no kebab, other meat was burnt. I have ordered previously as well and the food was burnt but thought to give them another chance. Never again!

My meal came burnt and they still allowed it to be delivered, the other meals were not fresh !
