It's cozy in there 😁 really pleasant. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I can't recommend it enough.

Prompt and efficient service from the 2 Romanian baristas behind the counter last week.

Staff needs more training, attention to detail is zero. Quality of drinks is bad.

I walked in, and there were two staff behind the counter just chatting. I waited for five minutes - they did not even acknowledge my presence. The kitchen area was filthy. Dirty cups just left lying on the counter top next to where you order, clearly several hours’ worth. After getting bored of waiting, I walked out.

From last one month staff is giving excuses that ice machine is not working and now they started giving excuses that they don’t serve the cold drinks ANYMORE! Every single costa all over London serve ice drinks but this place always deny for serving ice drinks, WHY? Especially one lady name ‘MITTAL’ she gives attitude and behaves rude whenever I go, first she deny for serving ice drinks without apology and then second she make fun of the customer. HOW RIDICULOUS! I had worst experience over this place from long time.

I was a first costumer in the morning, having a coffee and a muffin for takeaway, the muffin wasn't fresh was dry at the top which means was exposed for longer than one day. I said that to the girl ... she was telling me has been exposed half an hour ago.

horrible experience willNOT go again! toasties not cooked properly, flat white watery, iced lattes watery, had NO vegan options (and they didn’t even have toast) so bad genuinely save yourselves the journey

Had croissant and sandwich this morning from here and now have food poisoning and loose motion. Certain the food was old. Please do not serve stale food

Just I was to buy 2 coffe, and Indian young gril start to have arguue with me. She always is Ruth and dose't have respect for costumers. Is to slowly and very Ruth. From now on I don't go to buy from Costa kenton.

Limited food options compared to other Costa Coffee shops. Mostly good customer service apart from the Indian lady who has no manners and zero customer service skills. Most of the time, she is on her phone when seriving she can be quite rude to customers.

I ordered a black americano. I was asked if I wanted my americano black or white. I confirmed I wanted my black americano black. I payed. The server told the barista I wanted a white americano. I clarified to them both that I wanted my black americano black. They both acknowledged my comment. I got served a white americano.

The Indian girl, who I believe is called Meeta, has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No manners what so ever and extremely rude. How this person is allowed to be customer facing is beyond me, She belongs in the back where she can't engage with customers.

Very nice and clean place to dine , brunette and blonde lady very nice and good costumer service, on the other hand the indian looking woman kind of rude and poor costumer service as well as lack of manners, training needed or change of career

As I am Barista Maestro I went to have a coffee with my friends but the Indian lady who was serving us on the till was continuously using Mobile phone and she doesn’t know how to charge the costa digital privilage card.. She was giving me outhours staff discount.. So please anybody from the costa team is reviewing the feedbacks please take an action against that Indian lady. She doesn’t have any manners how to talk with customers. Thank you.

I asked my cappuccino in a cup, she started to talk to her colleague. She served my cappuccino in a takeaway cup and I told her I wanted a proper one. She excused herself saying she couldn’t because they will close soon. I bought at 15:25, I will not come back again. You can see another cup in my table, is not mine. Attention, the blonde lady was very kind!

Young south Asian man who works here is extremely rude and kept lingering around me, this made me so uncomfortable.

Costa coffee is too strong, lacks any subtle flavour. Prefer Café Nero.

Just recently found my love for coffee! Visit this coffee shop almost everyday. Great service and hospitality! Always an absolute pleasure to be served by the barista, Daniel, who knows my coffee specifications like the back of his hand! Georgina is also very friendly and is always willing to share her expertise on coffee with me. Warm/long double handed handshakes all round !! :)

Lovely staff and comfortable seating. My husband had an M&S sandwich which he said was good I had an almond croissant which didn't taste fresh although I was told it was todays. I will only get something wrapped with a date on it in future. The coffee and hot chocolate were OK.

Not a bad place service is ok The vocal volume of members of staff is what i would call shouting which is not pleasant to listen too.

Had a delivery today 2 toasties which was stone cold and two large cappuccinos that tasted like hot water with a touch of coffee to it I don't think it had much milk in it the coffee was way too dark and tasted bitter couldn't drink it had to throw it away it was disgusting. It did not look like a cappuccino. The whole thing was a waste of money won't be ordering from that branch anymore.

Always come here when visiting this side of London. Friendly staff, great atmosphere which is always clean. Fully stocked and accessible disabled toilet. More costs should take a leaf out of this store

This was my first visit and although it's a lovely branch, I was not impressed by the customer service. There was a young man training to be a Barista and the lady who was training him, according to her badge, didn't seem to have any patience and proceeded to snatch a toastie he was placing in its cardboard sleeve, out of his hand without a word. He looked over at me seemingly embarrassed, I had to shake my head. She also didn't seem to have the patience to serve me, more interested in her delivery order. I also observed three women behind the counter, with the young man, standing in a group, whilst the trainer and one other started to talk to each other in their own language. The young man clearly had no idea what they were saying which I thought was incredibly rude of them and totally unprofessional. Not a great first experience at all.
