The best grilled chicken - I’d say it’s better than Nando’s in my POV. The grilled chicken or any product is always succulent and flavoursome, packed with plenty of favours that the chicken will never feel dry. Very healthy options available.

I don't know how it's done but I have the impression that the food was cooked in the same dish, it's still wet and damaged, and it looks disgusting, it tastes good but in no way is it something I recommend a person to eat, the meat is full of pepper, wet, no too ripe, it's really cooked and after it's cooked, the water, the water tastes like mold, a very cheap deal, with cheap products, I I'm sorry I have to write something like this, lately you can't find anything good to eat, you charge high prices for the quality of this food.

Ordered 3 double chicken burgers, came over 1 hour late and was a single, you would think after 1 1/2 hours preparing they would get it right, disgrace. Burger was also bite size, not worth the money

I’ve always enjoyed ordering from the Acton branch, but my recent experience with the Wembley branch was extremely disappointing. I placed an order through Uber Eats, and the quality was awful. The chicken wings (half of which were burnt) were a disaster. Despite requesting extra peri-peri sauce, there was none added. I also asked for the "hot" flavor, but the wings weren’t spicy at all and weren’t even coated properly with sauce. The chili sauce tubs were less than half full, and some of the stickers were worn off and looked old and faded, making me wonder if they were being reused. The chips were poorly prepared — only the top layer had peri-peri salt, while the rest were plain, clearly showing the bag wasn’t shaken properly. For 18 wings (half of which were burnt), 2 large fries, and some half-empty sauce tubs, I spent £31.53. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I didn’t even get what I paid for. To make matters worse, the wings had broken bones, and the chicken itself had an unsettling pink color. This experience has completely put me off ordering from the Wembley branch. I’ll stick to the Acton branch in the future, where the quality has always been reliable.

My favourite place to come, I come here all the time. The food is unmatched 😍. The portions are nice and large leaving me full. And most importantly the service is amazing

Don't often leave reviews but I know how important it is for restaurants to get feedback.. this place is honestly perfection. I tried for the first time 2.5 years ago and has been my most regular takeaway since. I genuinely can't fault this place. Food is delicious, flavours are spot on. Mango and lime as a permanent flavour is a delight because they do it soooo well. The peri chips are FIREEEE and their sauces are amazing. Much better than completing peri chicken shops and doesnt break the bank.

Food is freshly made and always on point. Ive been consistently coming here for 7months and i can say everytime i taste the food i always want more. The staff is extremely nice always accommodating to my hunger needs. There is never any mess on the table and the cleanliness is on point. I would highly recommend eating here. made an order on uber eats, ordered carrot cake a rice box and sauce, i paid for the sauce separately and still didnt receive it, nor did i receive the carrot cake, just the rice box, The rice is dry and without the sauce cmon now… Cant even refund it on the app, Super disappointed, Staff should make sure theyre putting everything in for a delivery as customers are paying money for it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pepe's Wembley high road. I was expecting a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, the service and food were far below acceptable standards. Here are the main issues I encountered: Terrible Service: The staff were inattentive and rude. It took over 20 mins just to get someone to take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. Poor Quality of Food: The food was bland and tasteless. Chicken and rice, wings and chicken pcs were either undercooked or overcooked, and not at all worth the price. The presentation was sloppy, and some of the ingredients didn’t taste fresh. Unclean Environment: The cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning, the dinning area. Overpriced for the Experience: For the quality of food and service, the prices were outrageously high. I felt like I was being charged premium prices for subpar quality. Lack of Accountability: When I raised my concerns, the staff showed no interest in resolving the issue. I was treated like my complaint didn’t matter. I won’t be returning to this restaurant, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values good food and respectful service. Truly the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time.

The Paneer rice box from Pepes is amazing and the staff are nice and respectful.

I’ve been to several different branches, but this one always lets me down in terms of the quality.. I had a rice box and the chicken seems to be left off chopped breast, rice was barely seasoned and to be honest I left half of it as it tasted off.. I eat peeps regularly but have always had a bad experience with this branch, I thought I’d give it another shot but the food just tastes bad . I would rather order from Kingsbury or Ealing even though they are further because there is a huge difference in quality and freshness.. my advice is stay clear of this branch as the food was definitely off .
