The workers here are clueless and do not know what they are doing. Every time I place an order, they always get it wrong. A couple of times before, I asked for extra hot chicken and rice, but they gave me mild. This time, instead of a spicy paneer and rice, they gave me a mild chicken and rice.

Food was raw. staff were extremely rude. The cashier was more interested in talking to her friend than taking orders. She also rushed the order very quickly by speaking extremely fast. I then asked her if she could repeat what she said and she visibly rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. Is this the level of service from pepes?

I experienced unacceptable customer service at Kingsbury Pepe's Piri Piri. A phone order for a whole chicken meal, placed with specific instructions, was incomplete upon collection due to the fault of the advisor Abhi, taking the order. Despite confirming the order details with the advisor, the missing items were not acknowledged. A subsequent conversation with the store manager, Hafeez Khan, yielded no resolution; he stated that only the charged items were included and suggested we return to the store for the missing food. His refusal to escalate the issue to a higher manager Junaid, citing their absence and inability to provide a callback, was deeply unsatisfactory. Hafeez Khan is very unprofessional rude and lacks in customer service. He has gone ahead to say I can go and complain to all the authorities possible and that he's correct in his decision to not help. I would like to raise a complain regarding the customer service by the manager. Hope to receive a call.

I ordered twice and twice they forgot to add my dips and drinks. This has happened twice. And the rice were cold. I live in north wembley and I ordered from this branch and so it takes 5 minutes to reach but why was my meal cold. Never ordering from this again.. twice you got my order missing.

One of the worst customer service. The attitude of the serving girl was very rude and she was just disrespectful (Wembley central outlet). Not going to come here again. Such a shame, as if they are giving food for free. Like the food over here but please train your staff to be friendly and be polite while dealing with customers.

This review is mainly about their Delivery service. I have placed 6-7 orders with them in last 2-3 months but every single time they didn't include the cutlery. I don't know how much this company is saving on cost by not providing cutlery with delivery orders. I humbly request the management to look into this because this is lot of inconvenience.

The best grilled chicken - I’d say it’s better than Nando’s in my POV. The grilled chicken or any product is always succulent and flavoursome, packed with plenty of favours that the chicken will never feel dry. Very healthy options available.
