J.J. Moon's - JD Wetherspoon in Brent

It was extremely busy so the service and food probably suffered because of that. The tables in the garden area didn't all have numbers so I had to order to the nearest table with a number and hope for the best. (All worked out ok) The introduction of surge pricing was in place with a pint of Guinness going from the normal price of £3.30 up to £5.69 and Stella from £4.24 up to £5.80 but was probably still cheaper than other pubs in the area.

Cheap and cheerful, nice food and drinks, friendly staff would recommend

Very poor service and workers ! Me and my wife went there this morning for breakfast. The order of incidences as follows: 1. We ordered Veg Breakfast and Egg Muffin with extra scrambled eggs. 2. After payment we got to know that muffins were not in stock. 3. We replaced muffins with American style pancakes with maple syrup. 4. The items chosen were so specific that JJ’s owe me some amount but instead I was asked to pay £6 more. 5. After correcting the waiter she took the right order ( we were already about to lose our temper ) 6. We got both orders wrong - Veg breakfast had bacon in it and pancakes also had bacon. 7. We asked them to replace the items and we got the ATTITUDE from waiters like it was our mistake. 8. We got replaced pancakes- again wrong - with bacon in it. 9. The veg breakfast was okay but still was missing baked beans. 10. We let go of things but posting this horrible review as we were getting Attitude from those waiters till we left. Think before you go to this weatherspoon !

Matchday - I was shocked! Turned up at 1.30 just before a Wembley cup final, and of course it's rammed. But one body swerve and I grabbed a table, quick order on the app, drinks arrive after 2 mins, and the food 10 mins later. Everything up to top standard, food hot, it's a Spoons so never going to be a culinary masterpiece but brilliant value and staff, wish my team was this good under sustained pressure!

Friendly staff. Atmosphere was excellent. Food was very nice.

Busy but fast service and a couple of very nice cask ales. Big building (as is normal for a Spoons). Even though it was busy we did manage to get a table as it was pretty early (6.45pm) Didn't eat, just popped in for a quick couple of halves. Can't believe it was £1.99 a pint a 10 mins walk from Wembley. Unbelievably cheap.

Nice place, has the backyard space to sit. Excellent during summers to have some chilled beers with mates ;)

DISGUSTING treatment by the bouncers during a daytime, they should be so disappointed. Worst experience with a Weatherspon, a pub I normally love!!

Was here to enjoy a couple of drinks and some sunshine; the place is huge to cater large crowds. I was served by Jacob, excellent service and mannerism. Clean facilities, great service, and best value. Do come and see for yourself.

Wow what a bar ... went before a game at Wembley and the atmosphere was electric ... Man city fans were loving it

I had ordered a bowl of chips and some drinks but the chips was cold and when i asked manager to give me fresh chips they put some fresh chips on the top and give it back. Moreover, chips look dark like oil hasn’t been changed for a long time. So i would like to say other customers that don’t order foor from this pub, the quality is so bad

Love this chain of pubs. Fell in love by it when first went for a pint back in 2001. The food is great, prices are affordable and now they have my favourite Ale: Devil's Backbone. One of my favourite places for a rendez-vous.

Paid in cash, food never arrived — receipt in hand, still no refund. Suspicious behavior. I visited the JD Wetherspoon Wembley branch on 7 May 2025 and paid in cash for onion rings at the bar. I still have the receipt — but the food never arrived. I waited and asked the staff, but they had no explanation, didn’t investigate, and refused to refund me. To make matters worse, while I briefly stepped outside for a cigarette, someone cleared my table and took my half-eaten chips without asking. When I returned, my food was gone and the staff didn’t care. This isn't just a mistake. With a valid receipt and no order delivered, I’m beginning to believe the cashier may have pocketed the money. If that's not theft, I don't know what is. Absolutely disgraceful experience. I will be taking this complaint further.

Not a same pub it used to be years ago

Decent place for food and drink.

Had breakfast here one day. The next day I popped in for a beer. Fast service and the breakfast was good, especially the bacon was nice and smokey.

A large pub, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We popped in for a quick meal, ordered jacket potato for my wife, and I wanted the fried buttermilk chicken, but unfortunately, all of that wasn't available. I had chicken straps with wings as extra. The food was fresh and hot. The pub was clean and all staff were very friendly and helpful. I have given 3 stars for 'atmosphere' just based on it not being very busy and the TVs were on but showing a terrestrial channel with the sound off.

A wonderful pub in London. Very fancy English breakfast and excellent prices. If you're in London, you have to visit. I went to Wembley. 10 out of 10!

I live near this pub and since I moved here it has been one of my go-to places for relaxation. Excellent service, cheap beer, plenty of seating. Exceptional!

The atmosphere is good here as it’s quiet and good place but the food quality is very bad and i think kitchen staff members are untrained. It was very bad service from manager.

Probably the rudest pub in Wembley And the draft beer still tastes out of date and curdles the tummy. Bottled beer..way to expensive And the door staff need re training. They do not have authority outside in the public domain

I went on Tuesday had a gourmet steak but the steak was completely burnt out and the waiter ask me how was the food I told him straight away the steak is burnt and he said sorry.

Met an old friend for a couple of drinks.. large sitting space, neat and clean as usual got wetherspoon chains... Good food options on menu though I tried their fried and halloumi fried with beer... It was good place to meet a friend and talk on drinks....

Got food poisoning from vegan breakfast. Not doing that again.

We all know Wetherspoon’s food is cheap because it’s mostly frozen and not properly prepared. Still, it always takes around 45 minutes to get my food, and they often forget something. I only go there because the food and drinks are very cheap, but the service is rubbish. No one responds, and the staff just wander around without cleaning tables properly or serving food and drinks as they should. They have an app so you don’t need to go to the bar to order, but every time I still end up going there to ask how long my drink will take. The staff rarely respond properly. Despite all this, I’ve kept going because it’s cheap, but as a loyal customer, I’m starting to think it’s not worth it anymore. I’d rather spend a few extra quid somewhere else and actually get my food and drinks on time and as ordered.

The service is very quick everything as clear with good stuff and good food quality. The people were so happy around every one enjoying. The look is also beautiful ❤️. I really like it so you guys can view it at anytime.

Standard spoons set up. However our food was stone cold and really disappointing. Albeit it, it was plated nicely. I wasn't impressed I was third in the queue, 2 young girls approached the bar a guy came over served them, then walked off. I ended up being served a few moments later by another lady who was very blunt but went through the motions. They were just interested in events at Wembley and didn't feel our business was appreciated at all.

It was a Saturday afternoon when I visited but still managed to get myself a table and the service was reasonably fast given the amount of customers in the place. Food and drinks were up to the usual decent standard. Staff were very busy clearing glasses and plates from tables, sweeping the floor and keeping the condiments station stocked up, a very well run establishement this one

Cracking spoons. Great service and cheap prices. Only paid £1.79 for a pint of real ale. Had myself an all day brunch with a pint of leffe for only £6.98, which is a steal for London. Can't complain

Solid 4 star bar and restaurant. Large diverse menu with very reasonable prices which have an alcoholic drink included. Excellent selection of local and international beer. We enjoyed our meal with haggis burger and classic cod and chips.

The staff where friendly and the drinks tasted good. As this pub is part of the Wetherspoons family, everything is reasonably priced.

I've been in a few spoons. This one takes gold for the worst, four of us ordered food and a pint, food turned up with 10 minute gaps except one which was told after 15 minutes they had no pie so he reordered a steak which he was told 20 minutes later that it hadn't been cooked yet, he gave up. Noisy and loud atmosphere, dirty tables, plates left after tables had been vacated.

We had the opportunity to have breakfast here several times during the holidays, the price is good and the food is good, the service was correct but there were some errors in the orders that made us have to complain, even though understanding their errors they tried to compensate them. The atmosphere in the mornings is good, at night it is worse.

It's a cool pub to have a drink if you're in the area. It's one of the cheap Wetherdspoons, so you can have a pint for £3l or less. We tried the hot wings (£3) and the cheese fries (£5.86) and everything was delicious for the price.

It's cozy and just best place if you're looking for hanging out with your buddie

On Saturday me and my friends went there we had food in there but the food was not good me and my friend had food poisoning that we had to go hospital.....they don't wash there hands and they don't cook the food properly it's a dirty place I have ever seen I will go there and complain to the manger and with my solicitor I will sort this pub so it will close down .

From Australia visiting and this being the closest pub definitely worth every penny spent here. I had a large English breakfast, tea and toast with bottomless refills and drinking far out never been so drunk with the prices of these drinks definitely recommending this weather spoons to my fellow Australians when visiting

Coped well with the numbers before an England football match. No beef burgers in stock though. JJ Moons has been a regular pub for us to visit pre England games, however for the Ireland game, English supporters were not allowed as the pub was allocated to Irish supporters only

Food was okay but literally all alcoholic drinks that I ordered tasted like they had zero alcohol in them. That was unexpected.

On 17th November 2024 my family and I were visiting wembley to watch England v Ireland and decided to visit JJ Moons for lunch and we were refused entry because we were not Ireland fans. I think this is disgusting and prejudice.

A lot of people give out about spoons but being able to order to your table and the prices I can't see a problem with it. Ok, it's a bit soulless compared to your average boozer but grand spot to chat and get cheap food/drink.

On the 13th of October I was standing at the counter waiting patiently to served. When it was my turn the duty manager directed the bar staff to go to the back to fetch tissues for a customer who had been accidentally wet by beer. She then walked past another waiting customer at another station and myself despite both us telling her that we were next to come the very last corner of the counter to serve a customer. I later analyzed the situation and realized that her motive was drink her energy drink which was below the counter. She had several large Gil’s whilst pulling a pint. Her body cam can validate my story. Disappointed and disgusted.

Only been once. Would return. Service was slow and forgot to give us any cutlery with our food. Also forgot to give us a dip. Asked for 2 pints of tap water that had to fill myself at a station. Don't mind, used to this at many other Spoons. Except theirs is soooooo slowwwwww. They weren't busy, they could have just topped it up super quick from the tap instead of getting me to stand there for ages filling 2 pints....

Ordered a mixed veg & vegan cheese panini ,only got 1 slice og cheexe no mixed veg. Got a pint of san miguel, Rotten. Tasted gone off.

Plate cold as like the food. Hot plate would be a suggestion. Prices very reasonable and staff friendly. Location easy too

Convenient location with public transport access, affordable prices, good food and drinks choice. In busy times quality of service may be dependent on who serves you. E.g. First person refused to clean table left dirty by previous occupants. Second happily cleared it. Third was quite cheerful and chirpy even while busy.

Really busy on the day I went in. Wembley we're hosting an NFL International Series game. Food was flying out the kitchen, beers were flowing freely and none of the staff were stressed or flustered. They were welcoming and enthusiastic. The biggest compliment of all was the endless happy faces, filling themselves with food and booze. This place is my go-to for eats before going to Wembley. The staff and punters are all very friendly!

Very disappointing! Poor service and unprofessional staff! They gave me a dirty cup for coffee! I asked them to give me another one, but the second one smelled like eggs! It was disgusting! We ordered and paid for the salted caramel chocolate torte. After a few minutes the waiter told us they couldn't serve it and asked us to order something else, we ordered the pudding which was cheaper than the torte but they didn't give us a refund. And look at the picture, this is how they served the dessert! Ice cream in deep plate and salad plate! they give us spoon to eat dessert!

No Paninis after a 30 min wait...served an absolutely disgusting burnt sandwich that wasn't even fit for the bin...luckily got my money back

We have visited this place many times, and it used to be great, but there has been a definite decrease in quality over time. On this visit, our breakfasts were cold by the time they were served (although top marks to the server for sorting it out for us, can't remember his name, though). Another off-putting thing was that we were approached by someone begging for money whilst we were sat eating. So I'll leave it up to you whether you want to visit this establishment or not. For us, we'll give it one last chance when we're back in the area.

Visited JJ Moon's Pub in Wembley last Sunday, and it was packed due to an event that day. Despite the crowd, the atmosphere was lively and fun. I had a pint of beer and some chips, both were spot on. The staff handled the rush really well, with quick and friendly service. If you're in Wembley, JJ Moon's is a great spot, especially if you enjoy a bustling pub scene.

Just the usual for a wetherspoons nice enough breakfast didn't use the toilet so I've no idea how far you have to walk to get to it

How can I review wetherspoon on trust pilot ? I tried every thing. I had lunch in the Kentish Drovers Peckham and Corin went above and beyond to get me mash with Steak &Sidney pudding.
