Las Iguanas London - Wembley in Brent

We visited here over the weekend as we were hungry after watching a movie in the Cineworld near by. What a mistake that was! I haven't been to a Las Iguanas in years but I do remember when they first arrived on the scene, they were pretty good and authentic. What we had on Saturday was far from that. The Good: Service and staff The drinks (was 2 for 1) The bad: The food, the only thing that was tasty was the cauliflower bites. Everything else was completely bland and clearly made with cheap ingredients. Crispy calamari tasted of nothing (couldn't finish it) Brazilian curry with scotch bonnet tasted like a Tesco microwave meal, we were so shocked at the quality (the only authentic thing on the plate was the plantain) The chicken skewers were of the same quality The chicken burger was just ok. For 5 of us it came up to £225, it wasn't even worth £50 in our opinion. Will never go here again, what a shame that they've gone downhill from what they use to be. I can only image that the chain was bought out at some point throughout the years.

We came to Las Iguanas to check out their Bottomless Brunch experience and it completely exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and the variety of drink offers was lovely. Most importantly the service we received from Claudia was one of a kind. It’s difficult to find great service these days, however, Claudia was an exception to this. Claudia was personable, friendly, professional and accommodating. We felt extremely welcomed and enjoyed our time so much so that we ordered additional items on the menu to stay longer and enjoy the atmosphere she created. Thank you Claudia for your excellent service and dedication to your customers. We will absolutely be back!

Had a double birthday dinner here, tapas starters were fantastic, mains really good. No food left behind it was that tasty. Got a free round of shots for the birthday party. Even though they were understaffed we were treated amazing and had fantastic service

Lovely atmosphere we we're served by the lovely waiter Jay who looked after us the whole night and made our experience very comfortable and the food was amazing.

We stopped by to have a quick lunch before attending The Eras Tour, and considering how busy all of Wembley was we were very impressed with how quickly we were seated and fed, the staff were very communicative and the food was delicious. My mum thoroughly enjoyed her fajitas and nachos and I loved the chicken melt. Would definitely go back!

When I want to grab a quick lunch and/or some drinks I always drop in Las Iguanas at Wembley outlet if I'm in the area. The atmosphere is always nice and relaxing, the staff are always very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Not to mention the food is delicious and the cocktails are the best. I've tried alot of cocktails around the country and abroad and Las Iguanas are definitely up there in my top 5. I would recommend the classic margarita, pina colada and long island ice tea. Great value for money. You won't be disappointed.

Great food could have done with some more staff on as it appeared to be one person rushing around serving and taking orders. A bit of a wait but nothing horrendous.

Showed up for a lunch booking and the girl could not find it, she did sit us at a table then never came back, but after asking another employee for service he also disappeared. We left after 15mins, such a poor run establishment.

Despite being real busy (we visited before a Bruce Springsteen concert) we were welcomed and well looked after. The food was tasty, reasonably priced and our waitress Alexa was amazing. She must have been really hot and tired - but was genuine, caring and interested. We were not just another customer and she made the experience.

Had to ask for condiments 3 times. Very hard to waiters attention as well. 10% service was included which frustrated me (I would no way have left 10% given service. Food excellent. Shame about terrible service. Not sure will come back to this chain.

The staff were super friendly but not intrusive. Claudia and her team were friendly, made great suggestions and didn't rush us at all. We could call on them for anything we needed and it was quite busy with a school party as well. It was our daughter's birthday and they gifted her a mocktail. So kind of them.

Me and my friend did bottomless brunch. Our server Claudia was super quick and friendly and gave us two cocktails each at once. The food portions may be a little small for some but filled me up anyway so no complaints! Cocktails were really nice and so was the food.

Been here a few times, they’ve had a revamp recently and love the interior. Chicas club is good value too (4 cocktails and 2 tapas for £28) 4 stars because I feel the cocktails were a bit weak

Absolutely brilliant experience at Las Iguanas, Wembley, the restaurant was very busy but we were seated and served quickly and efficiently. Alexa kept a smile on her face and a happy and professional attitude despite being rushed off her feet. She deserves a bonus!

Lovely restaurant I’ve been before, nice for a cheeky date. Started arrived in decent time (then again it was only nachos) however mains took ages I believe we entered the restaurant at like 6.10 ish received our starter by 6.30-40 didn’t get our mains till nearly 7.30 lady who was serving us I think was the manager she was nice to add in a drink on the house but other then that it’s an amazing joint for some nice food

Enjoyed bottomless brunch many times here in the last 2 years or so and it's sooo nice to see the waiters are still there and giving the same great service, the manager is smiley and helped seat us. However Rafal is so sufficient at his job,ensures we have enough drinks ordered ready,checks on our food and is genuinely just nice and warming which makes us enjoy the experience so much more. Perfectly cooked food - I ordered a toastie with beach cheese, lemonade and Tiki Fire cocktail. The restaurant has a great vibe and the waiter was very polite. (Ardesh) I even tried on one of their sombreros at the end of the meal. :)

Went here with my friend and had an amazing experience with the service.

Cocktails were served quickly, It took 30mins before my order was taken for food, the waiter was hailed several times during the 30mins and kept saying they will be with us shortly. It then took a further 45mins for my food to get to my table, were missing two starters and then took a further 15mins to get them to our table.

The service was indifferent and slow. The jug of Margarita had so little alcohol that it might as well be a jug of lemonade. Overall, the food and the drinks were overpriced and ultimately unsatisfactory.

Great place, loved the vibe and overall decor. Unfortunately they were out of the Brazil and Mexican sharing-plates, but we definitely enjoyed to try out the many different appetizers. Cocktails were tasty as well!
