Las Iguanas London - Wembley in Brent

Great option in Wembley for food for something quick and easy. I enjoy the option to order straight to the table and to pay via the website which I find so much easier than trying to grab a waiter during busy hours. The enchiladas were lovely as were the cocktails.

I went to las Iguanas for dinner and Mara was very friendly and attentive. She makes delicious and beautiful drinks.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable mainly Mara she is great bartenders and make great recommendations.

I love Wembley las Iguanas. Mara is very funny and friendly and makes wonderful cocktails.

Disappointed with the lazy staff who are on their phone and not caring on who is coming in for business. No wonder why you are all the way in The back, hidden, away from the public, perhaps for the best

Sunday 9th March. Terrible service. Waitress was not paying attention when we were giving her the orders. Firstly the wrong drinks were served then one of the meals was incorrect. The waiter who brought the drinks and meals to the table than made out like it was nothing, got annoyed with us when we were trying to explain what was wrong. We had to wait for entry minutes for the correct meal and no drink for one person one party. Not going there ever againb

To underestimate Mexican sauces and their hotness is to basically run on hot tarmac without your flip flops. They are excellent and go well with the burritos, their hotness butternut squash wraps and with complimentary drinks what could possibly go wrong! Food service and sombreros: they were all amazing!

We were getting food before a concert and everywhere else had wait times but we were seated straight away here. Took literally 5 minutes for the food to arrive I was shocked at how quick it was! Tasted pretty good too but wait time was incredible and wait staff refilled our water without us even asking too. Very impressed 👍

We enjoyed our first meal at the Las Iguanas chain, with good food, service and atmosphere in general. The meal was served fairly promptly with authentic Mexican flavours for the vegetarian Enchiladas. The nachos was also fairly decent. Overall, not the best Mexican we’ve had but it was still pretty good. I can recommend it for a more affordable meal option.

Went for a bottomless brunch, it was brilliant!! Our server was Abby, she was coming over constantly to ask if we needed anything or anymore drinks. She was kind and welcoming to me and my girlfriend, I would recommend las iguanas Wembley to my family and friends!!

The worst experience I was here yesterday at 19:10 hrs with my mom and dad who are senior citizens. At the waiting area I was acknowledged by a waitress who was rude and started off only by telling us the waiting would be 40 minutes without any greetings. She than asked me if I had a booking and to be honest I didn’t have one, requested for a table for three and again she went on by saying 40 min waiting literally she didn’t want us to come in. I repeated my self asking her if there was a table …than she accused me for being rude over and over again, I guess she was stressed as it looked liked they were understaffed… she than literally threw the menus on one of the table next to the door which made me feel really embarrassed among the whole guest sitting in there …I requested her to call the manager (Daniela) who was amazing and instantly sorted the whole situation Whilst sitting I observed and it was confirmed that it was busy and unstaffed however, it doesn’t give staff the right to be rude and discriminate…the table on right and left to us were served and cleared too with great service leaving me and my family feeling uncomfortable and awkward. I requested to kindly review the cctv to acknowledge the inconsistencies and bad behaviour in service at this location … I would highly recommend this restaurant as I always visit however this individual just destroyed the whole reputation of this chain. We had our bottomless tapas at Wembley Las Iguanas branch. It was great! The service is nice, the store is not busy during the evening and fully staffed. Foods comes quickly after ordered, and they have full bottomless menu offering! Food is great presented and definitely exceeded my expectations. Some the best tacos I had, I really like the idea to use lettuce to replace the wrap. Overall a five out of five!

I must admit that I have tried many Mexican restaurants, this one is not special but it is good, Organized, good service and atmosphere (I was able to hear each other with my companion) it is a restaurant with a large space, it is true that I arrived early (I am an Early Eater) English schedule. For my taste, the nachos were good in portions, the Carved churrasco was something I didn't understand but the flavor was good and the calamari I could say I should have ordered two portions, one per person. To experiment it was nice and the margaritas, I don't know if I would be weak but just barely and I didn't make it home... 😝. Satisfying experience.

Would not recommend Booked bottomless tapas Half the menu was in available and out of all the items available the only thing that was any good was the cheese bites and the bbq wings The service was so slow even though the restaurant only had 3 tables including mine considering we only had 90 minuites it took nearly 30 minuites to get served between each order we placed we managed all of 2 which we were limited to 2 items per person per order in the time limit Waiter was also pushy and tried to sell us on bottomless cocktails which were limited to 3 types or 3 types of beer which we declined and for what your served it’s exspensive And when I complained about the food and said I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog he just goes oh really no I’m so sorry or even we till take this and try and improve Absolutely horrible experience Will not be returning

I went there for a evening meal with my colleagues. The food and service was amazing with a nice vibe in the restaurant. The ambience was very well and the staff were also helpful in recommending dishes.

Lots of choice on the menu, staff were helpful and overall the service was very good. The food was served relatively quick and the flavours were spot on. This is a big restaurant and it was really quiet when we were there, so lacked an atmosphere and felt cold as it’s so big. I imagine when this restaurant is busy, it feels completely different and has a real buzz.

On Sunday, I went to this bar with my girlfriend to have a cocktail, after visiting on Friday with some friends to grab drinks. On Friday, everything was fine, and they didn’t ask for any ID. However, on Sunday, the waiter refused to serve us unless we showed a passport or driver’s license. We told him we didn’t have the physical documents with us but showed him pictures of them. Despite this, he still refused to serve us. It’s funny because on Friday, it wasn’t an issue—they didn’t ask for any ID—but on Sunday, they did. So, don’t go there without your documents because that guy seems to think he’s a police officer. :)))

Had the lunch menu £9.95 for a main course and drink. Excellent food and service.

Claudia was amazing at our table. Food was awesome and we had a warm welcome. Would recommend the mixed fajita platter. The tequila was lovely. We tried the smokey version and it was delicious.

It's more like 3.5 stars I'd say. It was very cool to get 2 cocktails for the price of one. However, the food was quite average. The mixed fajitas stack (worth ~1200 kcal according to the menu) was actually not big at all, not sure where all those calories are.

Food was mediocre at best. The portions were tiny for the asking price. To use the bathroom, one must climb two long flights of stairs. The bathrooms were clean, but what happens if a disabled person needs to use the WC?

It was my birthday and my partner and I were booked to eat at Las iguanas before the theatre. We had the worse journey to wembley and called the restaurant to say we would be late. We ended up being 40 minutes late and the restaurant was busy, with a queue on the door. I spoke with the manager Claudia and she said she would do her best to get us a table. Claudia managed to seat us within minutes and one of her waiters, Andreea, was extremely friendly and attentive. The whole experience was enjoyable, efficient and tasty. Everything from Claudia being extra helpful, food and drinks tasting great and being very quick, to Andreea serving with a smile and offering me a birthday treat, was fantastic. Thank you very much!

Iguanas is your typical restaurant chain which serves decent food but without the finesse of an independent establishment. I was very impressed with the staff who were efficient and welcoming despite being under pressure on a game day. The food was tasty without being particularly memorable and thery offer a good range of drinks for those looking for a night out with friends. The ambience is welcoming and comfortable and I would go back to try their bottomless tapas (Thursday nights). Worth considering!

Claudia and Ella were incredible! We did the bottomless brunch, the best serviced bottomless brunch we have ever done. Both the food and drinks were unmatched and we had a great time. Will definitely be back as soon as we can be :)

Food and drink was lovely. The staff were really nice. The portions were massive and the 2 for 1 happy hour all day everyday is great. My only complaint is that I got Dominican goat curry and it was lovely but the menu didn't say there was coriander in it which ruined it for me.

I had a wonderful experience in the Las Iguanas in Wembley. Mara provided an amazing service to me and my colleagues when we visited for a company party. She’s amazing!!!!

We visited here over the weekend as we were hungry after watching a movie in the Cineworld near by. What a mistake that was! I haven't been to a Las Iguanas in years but I do remember when they first arrived on the scene, they were pretty good and authentic. What we had on Saturday was far from that. The Good: Service and staff The drinks (was 2 for 1) The bad: The food, the only thing that was tasty was the cauliflower bites. Everything else was completely bland and clearly made with cheap ingredients. Crispy calamari tasted of nothing (couldn't finish it) Brazilian curry with scotch bonnet tasted like a Tesco microwave meal, we were so shocked at the quality (the only authentic thing on the plate was the plantain) The chicken skewers were of the same quality The chicken burger was just ok. For 5 of us it came up to £225, it wasn't even worth £50 in our opinion. Will never go here again, what a shame that they've gone downhill from what they use to be. I can only image that the chain was bought out at some point throughout the years.

We came to Las Iguanas to check out their Bottomless Brunch experience and it completely exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and the variety of drink offers was lovely. Most importantly the service we received from Claudia was one of a kind. It’s difficult to find great service these days, however, Claudia was an exception to this. Claudia was personable, friendly, professional and accommodating. We felt extremely welcomed and enjoyed our time so much so that we ordered additional items on the menu to stay longer and enjoy the atmosphere she created. Thank you Claudia for your excellent service and dedication to your customers. We will absolutely be back!
