Very nice food! For our son we had glutenfree tortillas, which were also very nice. Good service!

The service was absolutely horrible. There was a brown hair in our drink. The waitress didn’t even apologise, she took it back and gave us attitude. The male waiter kept giving us dirty looks, he was smiling when serving all the white customers but when serving us he was cold and had a lot of attitude (we are asian). We asked to speak to the manager and she was even ruder, I never thought I could experience service this bad. Do not recommend this place at all.

My brother and I went here for the bottomless tapas… when I tell you, I’m definitely going again! The pricing was so reasonable and the dishes were AMAZING! 😩 Our favourite plates were the: tacos, sunshine salad and quesadillas! Everything else was great too but these stood out the best. We got through 3 rounds of food ahahaha, and went straight to sleep after. Meal of the day! I do recommend this deal though, we actually got the £5 extra each added on for a larger food variety and we weren’t disappointed. It was a little bit sad that we couldn’t try the buttermilk chicken 😔 but it was our fault as we didn’t create a booking. Make a booking before you go guys, so they are prepared for what you want to order! 🥰 The servers were so sweet, but since they were working back and forth, getting noticed was a little bit of a hassle but no biggie!

Both brazilian and mexican food are delicious! The restaurant is very cozy and the decoration is beautiful. We were very well served by Carlos, I definitely recommend it.

Very bad service at this establishment. I Wanted to be seated for lunch, waited at the front of the restaurant no one attended to me, I then went to look for staff and found the cooks. They told me to take a seat they will be with me shortly. I then proceeded sit, they then told me the back of the restaurant is closed. I could see 2 people eating there, they then told me very rudely they are cleaners only the cleaners can sit in that part of the restaurant. It's was lunch time, I just wanted to sit, they then said sit at the front only, amidst all the drama, a couple behind me who also wanted to be seated left, as did I. Crazy experience. Never going back

My sister brought me here because she said she loves the food but I didn’t like it too much. We only had quesadillas and pineapple juice; the juice was fresh and refreshing but the quesadillas weren’t as flavorful as I had hoped. The server was wonderful! The vibes were nice and I love the Latin decorations though.

Me and my partner came for bottomless brunch and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of our trip. Our server (we didn’t catch her name sadly) was attentive and extremely friendly, happy to answer any questions and was always at our table before our glasses were empty to offer us another drink. Unfortunately she seemed to go on break or clock off 15 minutes before our brunch ended and no other server came to us for 35 minutes; I had to wave someone else over for our bill after our time had ended, which was a sad way to finish. For food, we upgraded for the burritos and they were incredible (would recommend pairing with the Cholula hot sauce!) The venue is sadly nothing special, located inside the Wembley outlet, but that’s nobody’s fault! Overall though, great value for money for the service and quality of food. Will definitely come again and recommend.

Great option in Wembley for food for something quick and easy. I enjoy the option to order straight to the table and to pay via the website which I find so much easier than trying to grab a waiter during busy hours. The enchiladas were lovely as were the cocktails.

Sunday 9th March. Terrible service. Waitress was not paying attention when we were giving her the orders. Firstly the wrong drinks were served then one of the meals was incorrect. The waiter who brought the drinks and meals to the table than made out like it was nothing, got annoyed with us when we were trying to explain what was wrong. We had to wait for entry minutes for the correct meal and no drink for one person one party. Not going there ever againb

To underestimate Mexican sauces and their hotness is to basically run on hot tarmac without your flip flops. They are excellent and go well with the burritos, their hotness butternut squash wraps and with complimentary drinks what could possibly go wrong! Food service and sombreros: they were all amazing!

We were getting food before a concert and everywhere else had wait times but we were seated straight away here. Took literally 5 minutes for the food to arrive I was shocked at how quick it was! Tasted pretty good too but wait time was incredible and wait staff refilled our water without us even asking too. Very impressed 👍

We enjoyed our first meal at the Las Iguanas chain, with good food, service and atmosphere in general. The meal was served fairly promptly with authentic Mexican flavours for the vegetarian Enchiladas. The nachos was also fairly decent. Overall, not the best Mexican we’ve had but it was still pretty good. I can recommend it for a more affordable meal option.

Was served drinks by jay. He was an amazing host with drinks and was efficient & fun to be around. This was all across two weekends where we visited this establishment.

The worst experience I was here yesterday at 19:10 hrs with my mom and dad who are senior citizens. At the waiting area I was acknowledged by a waitress who was rude and started off only by telling us the waiting would be 40 minutes without any greetings. She than asked me if I had a booking and to be honest I didn’t have one, requested for a table for three and again she went on by saying 40 min waiting literally she didn’t want us to come in. I repeated my self asking her if there was a table …than she accused me for being rude over and over again, I guess she was stressed as it looked liked they were understaffed… she than literally threw the menus on one of the table next to the door which made me feel really embarrassed among the whole guest sitting in there …I requested her to call the manager (Daniela) who was amazing and instantly sorted the whole situation Whilst sitting I observed and it was confirmed that it was busy and unstaffed however, it doesn’t give staff the right to be rude and discriminate…the table on right and left to us were served and cleared too with great service leaving me and my family feeling uncomfortable and awkward. I requested to kindly review the cctv to acknowledge the inconsistencies and bad behaviour in service at this location … I would highly recommend this restaurant as I always visit however this individual just destroyed the whole reputation of this chain. We had our bottomless tapas at Wembley Las Iguanas branch. It was great! The service is nice, the store is not busy during the evening and fully staffed. Foods comes quickly after ordered, and they have full bottomless menu offering! Food is great presented and definitely exceeded my expectations. Some the best tacos I had, I really like the idea to use lettuce to replace the wrap. Overall a five out of five!

I must admit that I have tried many Mexican restaurants, this one is not special but it is good, Organized, good service and atmosphere (I was able to hear each other with my companion) it is a restaurant with a large space, it is true that I arrived early (I am an Early Eater) English schedule. For my taste, the nachos were good in portions, the Carved churrasco was something I didn't understand but the flavor was good and the calamari I could say I should have ordered two portions, one per person. To experiment it was nice and the margaritas, I don't know if I would be weak but just barely and I didn't make it home... 😝. Satisfying experience.

Would not recommend Booked bottomless tapas Half the menu was in available and out of all the items available the only thing that was any good was the cheese bites and the bbq wings The service was so slow even though the restaurant only had 3 tables including mine considering we only had 90 minuites it took nearly 30 minuites to get served between each order we placed we managed all of 2 which we were limited to 2 items per person per order in the time limit Waiter was also pushy and tried to sell us on bottomless cocktails which were limited to 3 types or 3 types of beer which we declined and for what your served it’s exspensive And when I complained about the food and said I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog he just goes oh really no I’m so sorry or even we till take this and try and improve Absolutely horrible experience Will not be returning

I went there for a evening meal with my colleagues. The food and service was amazing with a nice vibe in the restaurant. The ambience was very well and the staff were also helpful in recommending dishes.

Lots of choice on the menu, staff were helpful and overall the service was very good. The food was served relatively quick and the flavours were spot on. This is a big restaurant and it was really quiet when we were there, so lacked an atmosphere and felt cold as it’s so big. I imagine when this restaurant is busy, it feels completely different and has a real buzz.

On Sunday, I went to this bar with my girlfriend to have a cocktail, after visiting on Friday with some friends to grab drinks. On Friday, everything was fine, and they didn’t ask for any ID. However, on Sunday, the waiter refused to serve us unless we showed a passport or driver’s license. We told him we didn’t have the physical documents with us but showed him pictures of them. Despite this, he still refused to serve us. It’s funny because on Friday, it wasn’t an issue—they didn’t ask for any ID—but on Sunday, they did. So, don’t go there without your documents because that guy seems to think he’s a police officer. :)))

Had the lunch menu £9.95 for a main course and drink. Excellent food and service.

Claudia was amazing at our table. Food was awesome and we had a warm welcome. Would recommend the mixed fajita platter. The tequila was lovely. We tried the smokey version and it was delicious.

It's more like 3.5 stars I'd say. It was very cool to get 2 cocktails for the price of one. However, the food was quite average. The mixed fajitas stack (worth ~1200 kcal according to the menu) was actually not big at all, not sure where all those calories are.

It was the perfect beginning of my Saturday weekender with the girls. I had the BEST SERVER ABBY who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfy and no breaks between our next orders. Definitely would come back for her service.10/10
