Worst customer service. Staff are not trained correctly. Ask silly questions about orders and genuinely have no idea what they are doing. Had to hang up the phone as staff where asking why I’m asking for and offer and where I saw it? When it’s on their menu. Wouldn’t trust people as lost as this to make my food so will not be ordering from them again

I visited this restaurant after checking their website, which clearly stated they were open until 12 AM. I arrived at 11 PM only to find the place already closed. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. If you can't stick to your advertised hours, at least update your website so customers don't waste their time. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Always something missing when ordering delivery. This time no fries or salad came with lamb donner.

We organised a party here and Nishant and his team were extremely professional and accommodating. All the guests that attended loved the venue too. We used the in house catering and the food was amazing. The guests loved the food too and complimented it for days after the party. Would definitely recommend the venue for holding events here and the catering is exceptional.

Gave me burnt and flavourless peri peri chicken, when called lady was very unprofessional and did not understand anything I was saying. Paid for delivery but was told to come to the store?

I’ve gotta be honest here. I’m baffled by the good reviews. The hot and spicy chicken wings were hot but had 0 spice or flavour. The batter was soggy. The cheese on the pizza had congealed where it had gone cold. I had one piece of pepperoni on each slice. The garlic bread wasn’t toast enough so it was just soggy bread with lots of cheese. I won’t order from here again. Complete rip off. We all agreed it was a waste of money and went straight in the bin.
