No good customer care service. Staff very rude and not friendly this afternoon. Never come there again

Rubbish food delivery was to quick. Myself and family got food poisoning. Chicken was red and horrible chips soggy and pizza was disgusting which made my nephew ill all night. I am absolutely disgusted at how the food wasnt done properly and to quickly. This needs to be addressed quickly with a refund. Disgusting 🤢🤢

One of the worst pizzas I've ever tasted. Base was old and off, hard on the bottom, but yet somehow not properly cooked through. Cheese had a weird taste to it. 'Chicken' was bad tasting salami bits, chips were stale and oily. I'm not a fussy eater and can eat most things, but I couldn't even finish one slice. Avoid.

Good takeaway with nice food, sauces are tasty. If you like spicehut you will like this place. Customer service is hit and miss, smile more and say hello to your customers.

Absolutely disgraceful charges for takeaway . Up to £8 extra per person before fees. Every item half the price for collection . Do not get a delivery

Beautiful Grill and pizza shop. Excellent customer service. Food was brilliant the 'Naga wings' is a blast also there donor kebabs and pizza 🍕 selection is a must try with the special sauce they make in-house. Will be back again with friends and family for sure. Management and owners are really friendly and welcoming. 5 * from me definitely

Customer service here is not an issue. They are always serving customers with a smile and are happy to take your orders. Only issue is that they run out wings at times. Would not recommend ordering from here much better to come in store and order at the counter

Fresh chicken and chips and great customer service

My Foster son ate here yesterday and has throwing up since last night! Feeding children food which has gone off! Appalling 😡 I will be reporting this food safety & hygiene issue to local authorities!

Honestly, if there is no star I would choose that, first of all he tried to charge me more, and then the order was missing some stuff, I had to wait 1 and half hour to receive the missing order ( My house is 15 minutes away with traffic), When I call them they close the line on me!!!! And they try not to reply. It is one of the worst places to order from.

Name is yummy grill but taste is worst I ever had . The chicken was really bad smell like a rotten meat never been used it for 3 -4 days.customer service is very poor and they don’t care about the service . All I can say is absolutely rubbish.

This is mostly takeaway I table to sit in and eat at.Not good atmosphere as people queue near to where people eat. Place is small. Runs out of food before closing time as it's popular.🍗🍟

The food is nice when I order it through UberEats. When I visited the shop it was not so welcoming and the hygiene standard was not up to date, need to be more welcoming and hospitable to the customers who collect. Collected lamb don't 4 times and it tasted like raw meat. Also didn't like their cleanliness like windows and mirrors were stained, the table was not cleaned for next customer, fly problem and a messy/untidy counter. On the first occasion missed one of my food items from my order and it's always wrong waiting as they don't follow the sequence. I would not recommend this food shop to any of my friends and family.

rude and disgusting attitude.went there and order 5 wings and chips not only did they scam me got 4 wings then asked them to fill the chips and wings up laughed in my face and gave my money back. i also looked behind the counter and the floors were disgusting chips kept their too. wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy. There are other shops in the area i suggest going there for better service and hygiene

Absolutely disgusting customer service they have a problem with their website but still happy to take your money and then tell you that you have to try to get your refund and have to wait for 3 days

Food is really nice when I order it through JustEat. Went to the shop and it didn't look so hygienic, need to be more welcoming and hospitable to customer who collect. Chicken and chips portion is tiny. Barely any chips, neither can you get a larger size. It's all children size. The box the food was served in didn't have the grease proof paper although I ordered 4 boxes. My food fell through as i was eating.

Chicken and wings are not bad when cooked fresh along with the chips otherwise wings tend to be hard and chips too, burgers have too much sauce in them making it hard to hold so I recommend you telling the staff how much sauce you want on the burger.finally the thin crust pizzas are really good with the chilli sauce dip.

I absolutely love this place. The food is always top notch with amazing service who are so friendly. Im a very frequent customer that is always served in the quickest best way. So if you havent eaten yet at Yummy grill, you definitely should.

I have used this takeaway for years but overnight their prices have become extortionate. Kids kebab meat and chips meal £4.99?? Curly chips £2.79?? 2 piece chicken meal £4.99 Absolutely disgusted with them!!

Had chicken chips and nuggets from here yesterday..And it was yummy..Will order again.

I would not recommend this place if it was the last place on earth food was disgusting. I ordered a wrap and it was filled mostly with onions and tomatoes. The chicken tastes days old no care for the food, fries were soggy and oily. First and last time ordering from here.

A quick something to eat won't do no-one no harm, so don't worry you won't be sick after eating from here, I give two stars cause I'm not really a chicken and chips person but hey I was hungry and I survived so hey why not

This is honestly the best kebab place ever!! You do not get a pitta, you get a naan but it is beautiful!! And very affordable! Never had a bad meal, try it!

The food was absolutely disgusting! Really didn’t enjoy the chips as they had no flavour. The vegetarian pizza was plain and had no flavour also. Ordered from just eat, delivery man was polite and the food arrived quickly.

Food is garbage, ordered two burguers and one came with half of the ingredients, the egg (the only ingredient apart from the meat and ketchup) was burnt, order came 30 min late. The chips were so disgusting that we had to trow them to the trash can, And the bread was one month old. Beef was worse quality than a burguer king burguer lol. Rude driver. You will feel like a 7 years old cooked for you

I had order from them 3 times. They have area in Rm7 on justeat but every time driver told me that i live too far (about 3miles) and i shouldnt order from them anymore. Food is nice but am not gonna order anymore because the driver is rude like hell.

Normally order from here but the food is just rubbish. The wings wasn't Peri just dry dry dry dry over cooked chicken wings. I asked for the burger to be lemon n herb and they totally dismissed that and my burger was full of spice I couldn't enjoy it reason I asked for a low spice. Such a waste of money.

yummy grill is the love of my life i have been elinghtened .the chicken is the perfect degree of spiciness and very tender with a crisp outer shelll.the chips a well cooked and hot.they take no time at all.also the ketchup is not too runny just lighty watered.my brother is a liar and he thinks he doesnt like salt but he doesnt mind yours secretly when ui put it on and dont tell him.on certain occasions by the wayy 2w ings and chips for 1 pounds is an impecable price for the distance from my house and quality ratio.abdul is basically jesus wheyyy #dagenhamgang kiss kisss
