Pizza Hut in Barking and Dagenham

Worst customer service. Staff are not trained correctly. Ask silly questions about orders and genuinely have no idea what they are doing. Had to hang up the phone as staff where asking why I’m asking for and offer and where I saw it? When it’s on their menu. Wouldn’t trust people as lost as this to make my food so will not be ordering from them again

We ordered pizza. Again Hash delivered so fast. The pizza was still heated up and tasted really good

I ordered 1 Margarita Pizza and 2 Garlic + Herb dips. A Margarita pizza turned up with 0 Dips. If you can’t get that right then I don’t know where to go from here.

Placed an online order. Got a call from the staff to make sure that my order was correct. On checking I realised that I had ordered the wrong item. Thanks a lot to the staff who made the phone call. Ordered over the phone. Spoke to Alam who was very helpful and professional. As soon as I attended to collect the food, it was all ready for me. Quality of the food was great. I will hopefully visit them again
