The food is delicious and the service is very good and the atmosphere is lovely

The new staff is horrible, especially the Bengali manager. I have been a very loyal customer since 2015 yet they betrayed me today over a minor inconvenience that happened the last time. I am no longer going to be their customer just because of the new staff and their inconsiderate behaviour. Not to mention, they cannot even communicate properly in English. I will not be going there ever again, the new staff has completely let me down and has lost my loyalty

I visit due to closeness to me. The service is better now and the food is good. They need to reduce the volume of the music, and the guys playing the pool also need to keep their voice down in terms of noise making. Otherwise, I am cool.

Staff at reception were nice and rooms were decent. However the experience at Brewers Fayre was disappointing . I was filling up my plate of breakfast, but the bowls were placed one on top of the other so when I wanted to get the food from the top bowl it was my natural instinct to walk over the other side to make it easier for me. But the manager spoke to me in a tone that made me looked stupid telling me ‘grabbing food is this way’. I was just doing what made sense in the moment, and instead of calmly explaining, she made me feel stupid like a little child over something so minor. It’s not even about the rule…it’s about basic respect. If she has such specific expectations, she should design the setup of the food bowls more clearly and communicate with a little more courtesy. Honestly, it’s not that hard to be polite.

The food here is alway's lovely. We get delivery and the food arrives nice and hot. We told them we did not like prawn crackers that were added when you spend over £15 and now every time they remember this and they add extra bits free instead. I would reccomend this place to anyone who has not tried it.
