Not the same anymore after change of ownership 3 months ago. I used to be a regular twice a week but change in chips sauce wings and chicken using cheap ingredients. Chicken is dry has no flavour. New supply ingredients used is cheap and poor quality now. Such a same won't ever be the same as before.

I absolutely used to love ordering from here because the food was always consistently good especially the chips. I even used to recommend it to others. After seeing the recent bad reviews, I was reluctant to eat from there but nonetheless I did anyway. The portion of the chips is much smaller. The burger does not taste the same especially the bun. The bun isn’t cooked properly. My husband asked for raw/ fresh onions on the burger but instead I go no onions! I didn’t even finish the burger off because I did not enjoy it. Honestly, I’m very disappointed as I really used to love eating from here. Please go back to how it used to be!

Do not go to this restaurant, all the food is rubbish, i think the chef needs to be changed, ive been coming to this place for a very long time and 3-4 days ago the food was old and tasteless

Chicken burgers, doners and wings completely rubbish gave me food poisoning do not recommend. Chilli sauce out of date can tell by smell.

Worst customer service ever experienced, rude no sort of manners hardly speaks any english. Ordered my food took my order and the guy started talking to another customer which happens to be their friend

Shop weren’t very busy, food was decent, but drinks aren’t included in any of the meals so burger and chips £5 no drink same with all other meals and drinks cost £1

i ate at this place yesterday and oh my. The food was cold and soggy and when i asked why the worker swore at me this buisness is outright disgusting they should be ashamed of their selves

I asked for a thigh piece and a side breast, I asked 3 times, when I arrived home, I opened the box and found 2 legs. I don't like the leg piece. Disappointed

They have the best sauces on this strip. Wings aren't so good neither are the burgers. Donor is ok. Chicken is good. Biryani is also good. Grilled food avoid

Mediocre food and awful sercive

the doner meal was such a strange combination - unseasoned doner, mixed into a huge amount of raw onion and cooked tomato - yet it tasted of nothing. The wings smelt off and tasted like it was fried in the same oil as their fish products. The chicken fillet burger was very salty but the fries were really good. I do not recommend.

Lovely cilli souse and amazing cips

Great food, clean shop, friendly, problem is communication same problem in the old branch in seven kings can never get an order right, was told 20 mins on the phone gave them 30 mins and he had forgotten to cook something had to wait another ten mins, this place will easily be 5 stars with right staffing but can't when I got hungry kids at home waiting around.

This used to be my favourite place for my chicken fix. But this place is sooooo slow. Its took them 30 mins to prepare our meals even though we were the only customers. The food was too salty.

Could not get the item I wanted to order had to substitute it with a second choice

This place brings down the other brunches. They should’ve closed Chadwell Heath instead of Seven Kings. The Pakistani guy at the front only looks after the Pakistani people, and doesn’t charge extra for sauce if they are Pakistani. The doner was dry like wood. The will wings were nice. The chips had no seasoning or any peri peri salt on it. The customer service is really bad since the owner went to Spain. I will never buy any takeaway from them for my family again. Kobir bai please help the workers with their customer service skills.

If I could give it a zero then would have. where to start, The food is not stored in the refrigerator, but in buckets and tubs left out. The staff are rude and can’t even speak English, they have no idea how to interact with the customers, and they fail to ask which item you want even with a numbering system. I have had their donner in pitta, but the donner meat is old and like other reviews have said not juicy but dry, they cook it on the flat plate with the onions etc to cover up the dryness of the meat. I have never ordered the fired chicken, but it appears to been sitting under the hot lamp of ages. I will not be going back, and I should have read the reviews before making the mistake of going there in the first place.

Had lamb biryani was very delicious excellent customer service told the cheff to cook it for me spicy and to ensure the vegetable curry was spicy too. 10/10

Sometimes fresh sometimes not so fresh have to work on it

Got great food. But they do take longer than usual to make the fast food. Nice dining layout and USB wall plug to charge your device on the go.

Previously rated them 5 stars and this was when they were relatively new. Now I hardly see the owner and the head chef who cooks there, their customer service is absolutely appalling. They were really generous with their sauces, now customers are force to pay 25p for each additional sauce. I have previously stopped going to take aways because of that attitude. If the chef could they'd probably charge me for tap water. Totally disgusted in their service. Finally service is excruciatingly slow. I've stopped going there now.

Wings have a funny taste and very slow service. Very different from the one in Mile End

Always good food,they have another branch in opposite Stepney station,chilly sauces and the chicken wings yummy..

The food in here is not very good at all. The chickens were dry or maybe old. Doner Kebab lacked the juicy taste you usually get in bengali places. The wings were also old or it didnt taste so good. Shame because the Mile End branch seems day and night different to here.

Went to the branch in Chadwell Heath, they didn't have chicken but didn't tell us. Instead they made us with nearly an hour. It's always been good, not sure what happened today. Very disappointed won't be going there again due to unreliability and complete lack of service and regard for the customer. They should have been honest and upfront from the start.

Waited so long for my order. Both chicken and chips portion was so small. He asked me if i want more chips i said obviously thats way too less so he went back put some more and handed me the plate. What a joke. Not worth the price. Guy at the counter was rude to others and also slow with there orders. A good 3-4 customers were annoyed while i was there so i can imagine what happens on a daily basis. I asked for naan with doner but no naan available whats the point so i had to change my order. I ordered a whole chicken but seemed like half a chicken due to the size. Understaffed and needs to lower prices if they arent willing to give a decent portion!

Too expensive compared to nearby fast food

It's a shame really as the place is clean and the food is decent but when you go there for a doner kebab and pay extra for the sauces and then they send you away with no sauces, no Pitta bread and no salad..........

Garbage food to be frank. Doner kebab was garbage tasted like burnt onions.

Nasty food, ordered with uber eats, wings and chickenc pieces were pink inside, chicken wrap came in a plastic box it was probably microwaved, chips had so much salt in them that we couldnt even eat it all went to the bin.

Not the same as Stepney or seven kings one. stay well away from here. Rude staff and fries way to salty. Chicken not fresh either although when asked if fresh the guy was boasting and saying it's always fresh here don't ask silly questions

I’m so sorry but it gets 1 star and I’ll explain why. When I visit Original PF I expect to taste Original PF. This shop doesn’t taste like the one in Stepney Green. The difference is like night and day. So bland and everything just seems to lack flavour. Will not be going again.

Grill chicken burger wasn't 🍔 cooked at all

I like this place, the friendliest staff I’ve met in a long time and the food quality & portions are great. Chips are the nicest I’ve had in ages, no issues giving 5 stars : )

Terrible experience, we all suffered from stomach problems and disappointment. We made the mistake of ordering mix grill + donner meal from this place. Never again. Also, tiniest and overfried chicken wings in history.

I had the mixed grill....the food was vile and had stomach ache the following day. Also the customer service is poor.

This place used to be great- the quality of the food isn't what is used to be. Chicken wings don't taste fresh, burgers which are too salty with breadcrumbs falling off and doesn't taste fresh.

I bought the chicken grill burger meal but chicken was not cooked from the inside ,quality was very poor.lack of skills .

Everything made was fresh. We had their chicken burger and wings. The grilled wings are very nice..its not your average chicken shop. much better quality and taste.

Yesterday it was good service nice fresh wings and chips with thigh breasts piece very friendly it's a big shop highly recommend go to this dine in and takeaway store.

Reasonably priced food. I love their chicken doner, often take that when I don't feel like cooking.

The worst chicken shop I have ever been in. Not only was the food abysmal, the service was horrifying. The owner refused to answer my questions about one of the items on the menu, and asked me to leave if I was going to take so long to order something. Also he was shouting at his staff in front of the public. Not a nice environment, definitely will not be returning. The food was sub-par and overpriced.

Gentleman made me pay 3 three times saying card payment has not gone through. Turned out the machine did not have paper. After I showed proof on my mobile banking he tried to force me to buy extra food. Refused a refund insisting it did not go through. Lied about not having change in the till. I complained to other employees before he embarrassingly spared some change for 1 out of the 2 refunds I was owed. Avoid these cheaters.

The best lamb Donner in the area. I've tried loads of takeaways and none match the taste of this places lamb Donner, and my favourite thing about this place the NAAAN! It's just amazing. The wings and chips are not the greatest however I have heard great things about their burgers especially the California Burger.

The best thing about original fried chicken is their quality and quantity of food.. this place is a blend of both fastfood and restaurant. I tasted chicken biryani .. it's the best you can find in Romford and chadwell heath..

Great food as always since the 90's. This isn't something you want to compare with your local Dixys or Fried Chicken joint. Originals have been around for decades in Stepney Green East London and they are extremely popular for their sauces, wings, burgers and biryanis. If you know then you know. If you are new to them then it could take a few visits ro get used to it and trying the right stuff. I'm glad they've opened a franchise is Chadwell Heath and Seven Kings. Just need competant staff.
