The message to the chef was not read, I asked for no chilli in crispy beef this was ignored. They usually honour this request but not for the last two orders.

I find the sauces far too sweet and overpowering, it would be more more helpful if there was more of a description or picture to go along with the items. Mostly inedible.

Very unfortunate to report the food that arrived was below the usual stand. The noodles were very soft and broken like it had been reheated. The veg itself was also overcooked and generally tasteless

Made my order at 20:03 and received it by 21:45. I’ve contacted the restaurant in regards to the lateness and the lady I’ve spoken to was very professional at handling the call. She chased her delivery team dn got back to me. Despite the fact I’ve received my order quite late, the food arrived hot and in a very good condition. Overall very good food although the Singapore fried rice was a bit too spicy for my liking. Other than that everything was good and the portions are fine. My order: Sliced Beef in Oyster Sauce Special Fried Rice, Large Sliced Beef in Black Bean Sauce Sweet & Sour Chicken (Hong Kong Style) Singapore Fried Rice

Not happy with this order last time it was really nice this time it was dry overcooked and the ribs was all fat and bone chicken bread crumbs was burnt as so was the chicken balls. I have to be honest I’m not happy about paying for this

Food was great. Delivery driver on the other hand, wasn't. He handed me my food, kept the receipt, screwed it up while walking back to my gate and just left it on the wall!! I had to ask the fool what he's doing that for. He then picked it up and handed it to me, and left. Disgusting...

Best Chinese I've had in a while, they forgot my two cans of coke but immediately sent out their driver during busy hours to get me my drinks. Would highly recommend this place. I ordered the King Prawn Fry Rice Spicy and King Prawn Szechuan, tasted really good.

Food quality was terrible, chicken was all watery and slimy. No flavour at all. I really wanted to like it but ended up throwing away the food, it was inedible.

Vegan option of the mock duck tastes tastes super yummy, the only Chinese I know that offers vegan option, but would advise getting extra pancakes as there is lot of filling. I also got the vegetable noodles which were also super tasty. Restaurant service also great, they called up to check order - I hadn’t realised I ordered a meat spring roll instead of extra pancake rolls for the mock duck, but they sorted the order for me. It really is one of my fav restaurants, just a shame they only take orders from 6pm.

1st time ordering from here and the food is stone cold the chips are soggy. Chinese is expensive so I expect my food to be hot. Its not edible. I will not be ordering from here again. What a let down. Not impressed at all.

I'm not sure how this place gets positive reviews. Probably the worst Chinese I've had to memory. Chicken balls were soggy, chips were like cardboard and the meat in the rice was grisly and chewy. They sent us chilli oil instead of curry sauce too. Won't order from here again.

I asked for king prawn rice noodles and I got normal noodles This is the worse Chinese ever… the prawns even looked under done They got my order wrong and is trying to make me wait 2 - 3 hours for the right order I do recommend them at all

Food was dry and tasteless. The chilli beef tastes like it’s been in the microwave. The noodles were dry and stuck together. Not worth the money.

Terrible takeout place to order, we order £50 amount of food. And then the app said that the food is on their way to deliver we waited for more than two hours tried to call them the lady said that she will sorted it out and call as back but unfortunately she just kept us waiting and Tried to call back again but they did not answer. Its very heartless experience they could’ve told us that they cannot deliver the food because of the time we are so hungry that time and they kept us waiting, no apologies at all and not even bother to refund our money back.

cucumber is totally soggy, I can't even use I for my pancake rolls. First time this has ever happened from this resturant so very disappointing

The crispy beef which was ‘popular’ isn’t the greatest. The beef is really beef it’s just crisp don’t know how to explain it better then that. The source is was way too sweet, taste like sweet and sour but no sour. It don’t a bit come with noodles are anything btw.

Excellent as always, and delivered well before the time stated. Lovely noodles and the spring roll was delicious, much better than the one my local Chinese uses, which has such a thick casing it's offputting.

My food never got delivered. I was waiting in hotel lobby. Asked for a refund on phone and they said to cancel but I can’t as it says it’s been delivered, which the takeaway admits they didn’t deliver to me. Had to order on same day from other place. Asked for partial refund on this order and would be happy if this could be refunded please

Just had the best Iv ever Had, special fried rice extra soya sauce and chilli oil with sweet and sour pork Hong Kong style meal in 1 ,super flavourful super hot and freshly Made I can tell , the pork and batter coating was crisp not soggy it was freshly fried and put together, the meats in the special friend rice was of top quality, Nice bits of chicken pork prawn, unbelievable, perfect to Be fair , couldn’t fault a thing, I feel like going back right now and getting another 2 for later, respect and thank u to chef and person taking order, Love

I ordered through uber eats, ordered sliced chicken in pineapple, I'm 99% sure what is pictured is not sliced chicken in pineapple as you will see, the other item I ordered was the sweet and sour chicken balls, that was the right item but the balls were that greasy the grease was leaking through the bag, heart failure waiting to happen there, had to just cut around the batter and eat the chicken meat inside instead, wasted dinner, ruined evening, leaving this review here as a note to self to remind myself to never reorder from here again.

When I gave my little sister and brother their rice to eat there was metal nail in there food I don’t know where it came from I was very lose but it forced use to put everything in the bin

We ordered their Singapore Noodles Fried Rice with Sweet and Sour Chicken and Crispy Beef! Upon placing the order, the food arrived alarmingly quick and that was an immediate red flag. It seemed that the order was microwaved and not prepared fresh. I have never had Singapore noodles with the large amount of curry powder in it- it was more like 'curried noodles' instead of the traditional Singapore noodles dish. The fried rice was not great and was white in colour therefore, lacked the signature soy sauce colour to it. You can get much better quality at a proper Chinese restaurant because this was not worth the nearly £50 we paid for it! Never again!
