Order a family bucket and realise all the chicken burnt and uncle John didn’t want to replace or refund the food at all.

Thanks guys great pizza the extra chicken was a great treat and your pizza toppings where great also very good garlic bread. I ordered from you as are favourite shop is closed but you are a great find and are our new go to restaurant. Ps thanks again for the extras gave us a meal for the next day

Food as good as ever, appalling weather so delivery was a bit late but driver said heavy traffic

Why state a maximum of 35 minutes and then the deliver us 75 minutes. It’s not good enough

perfect great service strongly recommend the only thing if they could add for sauce next time that would be brilliant I am very happy though

Arrived late hardly any Doner Meat, half a Pitta bread and a tiny bit of Salad £19.99 for 2 large Doner Kebab more like kids size Kebab meal disappointed list a customer now . Was our favourite but no longer.

Food I ordered was late and cold. Asked for cheeseburger plain with only cheese and arrived with everything but cheese. All burgers had hard buns. Chicken burgers made with brown lettuce. All food was nasty. Would not recommend. Cannot seem to upload pics

Worst pizza and doner ever! Even a frozen pizza from the supermarket tastes better... the dough was more like bread! The doner was so dry and rubbery, did not even come with any sauces. Never ordering here again

This place serves up ok tasting food but the prices are extreme for the quality of food I'm sorry to say. £5 for a portion of wedges.. I have paid less for a side dish in Rosette awarded and Michelin starred restaurants I frequent.

We have ordered from here many times but last night the food was late, the kebab was dry and burnt and we couldn't eat the food because of how late it was when we arrived. Very disappointed

We ordered the 2x large kebab meal and will never do it again. It is by far the worst kebab we have ever eaten. The meat was dry and thick cut and hard. It resembled and being honest tasted like chewing on a piece of tree bark. There was no option at order point for chilli sauce and salad so we requested it in the notes. The good news is we recieved it but they should not of bothered. There was barely enough salad to fill a old English teacup no where near enough for 2 x large doners. The chicken wings were warm but again very hard on the skin and very dry. The food overall did not have much in the way of flavour. If u offer 2x large doners in your meals then make it so they come with salads like requested cause if I owned your shop then I would be embarrassed to have presented this to us. My final thought to anybody thinking of using thus restaurant GO TO CHARCOAL GRILL INSTEAD it's a much better restaurant with great juicy tasting food. We did not use them on this occasion as they are a little dearer but this shows y u pay a bit more for quality and if it was not for the credit crunch and being near the end of the month then I would be going there as usual.

Great American hot pizza loads of toppings and cheese on a super thin and crispy base and really good price. Delivered slightly early but in a polite manner. Couldn't have been any better will definitely use this service again rather than one of the big overpriced chains

Spaghetti was disgusting. It was cut noodles covered and baked with cheese on top - i had to add olive oil and make sure it’s covered so it steams in the microwave- add water and salt. - made it kind of edible. Pizza was tooo well done for a child to eat!

The food wasn't even late, IT DIDN'T COME AT ALL. The driver marked the good as delivered but I'm guessing he was as hungry as I was so he took the food. Absolutely disgusting and I do not recommend buying from here.

This restaurant is terrible. Placed an order 1hour and 20 minutes ago… called restaurant they said nothing came through. Although my food was confirmed as delivered via the app. Then i told them my address and they then said oh sorry, food will be 20-30 minutes.

I know things can get busy and orders can be late. That's fine. But it was 1 hour and 40 minutes late. It was nearly time for bed by the time it arrived! Haha

Although the food was all hot the food was just poor standards the chicken nuggets were awful and the chicken shish had no flavour to it at all

All the pizza toppings had gone over one side and were hanging over the crust in a complete mess so can only assume the box was tipped sideways. Very disappointing never had an issue with service before

Love the pizzas from this place, never had a bad experience. We always seem to have the same delivery guy and he is so lovely and pleasant.

The delivery guy was completely impatient, ringing my doorbell too many times, not even giving me a chance to get to the security door, my living room is on the other side of the flat, then he rudely informs me I should either ring or use their new website next time, I didn't appreciate it as I have had a migraine all day that hasn't gone away. No napkins were included either, despite my request for them. Being a semi-regular customer this is making me rethink using Uncle John's, as that experience wasn't the best.
