The best restaurants in London

The Blue Nile is a gem in the heart of Woolwich. The food is outstanding only to be outmatched by the fantastic service.

Lovely little cafe that looks like it has been there since the beginning of time. This is not an insult, it looks like it’s a proper institution. I came in as I was in the area waiting for someone and I had the special which was pie and mash, and it did not disappoint. It came with Mash and Veg and was all for a very reasonable price. I would happily revisit, the staff were super friendly and the food came quickly. Be warned they only take cash though, so come prepared. I’ve added a pic of the toilet, but don’t let this put you off, it was super clean and to be honest, that is the most important thing in a toilet, not its modernness.

Absolutely loved my visit to this gem of an Indian restaurant! The food was incredibly flavorful, every dish was tasty and clearly made with care. The decor was beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere that really added to the experience. The overall vibe was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special occasions. Highly recommend, can't wait to come back!

First restaurant visited in London and everything was good and tasted good.

Tiny, cosy place serving up some of the most delicious food I have ever eaten. Do not be put off by the modest exterior -- once you start eating, you will be amazed.

This place is really lovely. We went on Valentine's day. The ambience in the restaurant is stunning. There's a small menu but the food is delicious! I will definitely be back again

Always excellent food from Kasara and delivered hot within half an hour. Would definitely recommend whether eating in or takeaway as always a good experience.

Just for the future reference: If someone orders fungie pizza so please Cover it with mushrooms! Fungi pizza is not a Margarita with 2 mushrooms chopped. Please improve becauce as a local I won't come anymore.

I have been coming to Il Gusto for two or three years, but not very often recently. This is a big mistake, it's very easy to forget how good Gusto is given the proliferation of Italian restaurants in and around Twickenham. Anyway, Il Gusto is certainly in the top rank of restaurants here both for service and for quality. I must remember to come here more often!! Thank you.

The wings were succulent and delicious and didnt have the weird looking meat with the veins inside the wing and the breading was good and I got more drums than flaps so that’s even better, I do recommend this place 🔥

What a lovely find for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Poached eggs on toast with a coffee. Friendly, good food, relaxed atmosphere. Perfect.

Visited this place few years ago and been recommending it since. Delicious pizza with really well made toppings (in house and fresh), we were served despite being rather late. Also prices are fantastic and very refreshing in comparison with most of London.
