The food was delicious- exactly how we would have liked it to be. The staff was polite and courteous. Above all it is not very expensive place to dine at and the portion sizes were quite decent. I would definitely recommend the traditional Nepalese momos. Also be mindful the food can be a bit spicy, for those who are not used to it - so please let the staff know when ordering.

I am very proud of Himalayan spices that they are providing so delicious Nepalese cuisine. I have ordered samaya baji(Typical Newari khaja set) and momo (2nd time). Both of the dishes are so mouthwatering and delicious. If you are not visiting this restaurant than you will be missing something. It’s universal for every part of the nation not only Nepal. Please visit the places and feel the taste. Hats off for all the team members specially the chef. Jojolapaaa Namaste and hands off salute from Nepal.

We ordered a takeaway from here and this is genuinely one of the best authentic curries I have had. Everything was packed with flavour including the pulau rice. When I went to pick up my order the staff member was extremely kind and had taken 20% off despite this only being for online orders. I was offered a drink while I waited and when I asked for poppadoms and dips (left them off my order by accident) he refused my offer to pay for them and gave them for free! I would also recommend eating in as the restaurant itself is decked out beautifully, looked clean and guests seemed to be well looked after as well. We paid £35 which fed 3 and we had leftovers! Definitely get the chicken biriyani and tawa vegetable curry if you’re looking for a flavourful experience!

Always wanted to try this restaurant and it exceeded all expectations! Beautiful Tudor building with a lovely cosy atmosphere inside. Food was so tasty and the host was so attentive! Everything was exceptional and we will definitely be regulars and return soon! Thanks for the food and service!

I'm a fan of this place. One can't get enough of the flavours, which are always on point. We had the most amazing Nepali Thali (sorry forgot the name) and not to forget, the delicious momos, especially- Sadeko momos! Oh my God! Such a delicacy that is. I would recommend people to taste the authentic Nepali cuisine served here, because it's worth. Thanks team for serving us.

Absolutely amazing food, best naan bread we've ever had, curries were very tasty too. Staff where incredibly friendly and helpful and the place also looks lovely. Probably my favourite place in Edgware after the Royal Sandwich.

For starters I had the chicken tikka and dumplings. Wow! For main lamb shank. For dessert the mango. For drinks a couple Gurkhas and a merlot. Wow. What amazing food. I asked for mild however it was still spicy but just right. Mild indeed. Perfection! The chicken tikka was amazing, so tender. And marinated perfectly. The lamb shank was cooked to a degree of perfection I am not used to. I was served by Prashant, a native Nepalese who lives and works here. He is one of the nicest guys I have met in London. Prashant is probably the most attentive waiter I have come across in London. Without a doubt this guy is a credit to the restaurant and I hope the management know and realise this. I was dining alone but never felt alone. Prashant was friendly and made conversation. This is a personalised touch you don't get often anymore. He advised on food and drinks. Overall this was an amazing dining experience and I will return when next in Edgware.

Had a great time at Himalayan Spices. Service was exceptional and the food was delicious. Had momos, lamb shank and chaumein.The lamb shank was a recommendation by staff Prashant which turned out to be a perfect choice. The hospitality was great and we had a good Evening. The politeness and the service offered by Prashant deserve a good applause.

This is the 3rd time i have eaten here and this time i decided to eat in, not take-away, Normally i would go for chicken tikka masala and a vegetable side, But on this occasion i tried the Nepalese hunter chicken with pillau rice and 5 dahl side dish, All of which disappeared in one sitting, Leaving me wondering what i will be having for my lunch tomorrow lol, The staff, (especially Prashant) being Nepalese, are always very friendly and attentive too.

This was a gem of a find for us. Food was excellent and service by Prasand was the best, even when dining in fairly close to the closing time. We were a party of 7 with 3 kids, and our server went above and beyond with everything. Our son celebrated his 13th birthday and they were so very kind enough to even add a birthday song track as he was cutting his cake. Highly recommend this place!

I chose one star as there is no zero available. I am writing this review from the restaurant table. Very disappointed for customer service, response and care. We have been invited to this place for a 18th Birthday party/dinner. We travelled all the way from Peterborough. Some families even travelled from south of England. They starved us! Host ordered starter to serve at 17:00 but we received at 20:30 and no foods for kids! I have asked for chicken nuggets or chips to a lady staff who went in and came out in 2mins to say there isn't any thing left! Foods are not tasty. I am waiting for main course, not sure whether my child will eat! I am considering to takeaway for him. If I were in my own, I would have left long before. Just staying for the shake of host family. I don't recommend this place. Just avoid.

I had a birthday at this place firstly the food was cold when it arrive it arrived like 1 hour late the food was below average no variety at all music was so loud I couldn't hear anything and there also was not that much tradition food I don't recommend going to this place

I love this place! The food is authentic and is super yummy… we have had Uber delivery and today eat in and I have been pleasantly surprised every time! The service today was fab and the setting and the atmosphere is relaxing and very enjoyable. With my 5YO playing switch and being a typical 5YO didn’t feel a nuisance to anyone it’s just the best!!!

WOW WOW WOW. A gem of a place on Edgware High St and one that serves the finest drinks, and accompanied with the finest Nepalese Indian infused food. Whether you pop in for a quick drink and a snack, or spending an evening downing cocktails and a tucking into a lovely meal from the a la carte menu, the service afforded to you by the staff as well as the owners will leave you wanting to come back here over and over again. The momo especially is to die for; best momo tasted ever! Especially the vegetarian one! A must visit.

A gem of a find for some authentic Nepalese cuisine in Edgware. It's new and hence it's not too busy right now but would recommend you try it out before everyone knows about it. The food and the service was spot on, the staff were happy to tell us about Nepalese cuisine when I asked. I believe the building is from the 16/1700's too which is a very nice touch. Good drink options and Cobra on tap. I'd even go as far to say that they don't charge enough for the food, incredible value. Enjoy!

New restaurant that's opened and boy was it authentic. Recommend this place. The price and quality of food was superb. A lot of Brits have never tried Nepalese food but if you like a curry, you will be pleasantly surprised with the spices and the variety of dishes. The naan bread was delicious and the chef is super talented. This is one of the most traditional restaurants in London and I recommend this place whole heartedly. The momos (dumplings) were yummy as well.

Wow !! the spices arrived in Edgeware. Took a Himalayan Karahi lamb and lamb and vegetables Mo Mo take away. Amazing taste, spices exploding in the mouth. Best Indian cuisine in the area, next time will visit for diner. Staff friendly. Prices Affordable. Food took some time but I could see the time in the skill and taste delivered.

As this is opened recently, you don’t see too many reviews but I can definitely recommend this place, if you are looking for some good Indian curry and bread or momos. We visited this place and tried chilly chicken momos, mutton curry and tandoori roti. Items are priced fairly and were really delicious. Staff is good, and lot of care is given to the place to beautify it.

What a wonderful place! The food was brilliant, prices very reasonable, and the service was excellent and friendly. The food is somewhat similar to Indian but slightly gentler on the spices. We had some excellent dumplings, lush spiced cassava fries, paneer with peppers, and amazing vegetable biriyani (big portion, so good!). Sadly no photos as we just focused on stuffing our faces. We'll be back for sure and will take photos then :)

The food was absolutely delicious and really good value for money. The aloo and the mo mo in particular were so good. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone who loves Indian food, and wants to try something slightly different.

Newly opened curry restaurant serving taste of the Himalaya. The dumplings were delicious and cocktails really amazing. I Will visit there again soon.
