First time experience, a nasty smell from greasy lamb shish taouk, my son didn't eat it. I bought the chicken taouk, took a bite, didn't like it either. Last resort was Kfc

One of the best places I’ve eaten recently, the food and service was on point. The staff was friendly and welcoming, I think he was Palestinian.

I was drawn in by the incredible aroma, and I'm glad we decided to dine here. The Arabic-style chicken shawarma and seasoned chips were incredibly tasty, and the mixed grill impressed with juicy, flavorful meat and kofta. The lamb chops were okay. The service from the gentleman at the counter and the lady serving our table was exceptional—5 stars for their politeness and helpfulness.

I buy mixed shawarma and it was all lamb shawarma and most of lamb was burned and taste not fresh. Your service was good but please focus on your food if you can't sell a whole lamb shawarma in a day so marinate alittle so it can easily finish and you make new on daily basis instead of selling old one 😞

Food is nice, be mindful about the quantity. If you are an average person like me do not order a full chicken with rice, you won't be able to finish it.

Best flavoured chips & I had a special chicken shawarma platter. Loved my mint tea at the end. The setting was amazing, will definitely be back with the rest of the family!

Grilled and Shawerma are very delicious, friendly staff, fully hygiene. As well, other food such as Hommos and pastry (Manakish) are tasty. Manakish's menu is small, I hope they add more choices of Manakish

Food was great very tasty. I had a dodgy chair by the front door and had to find a chair that was not broken and carry it over to my seat in the corner. Service and food was pleasant no complaints really. Took a while to prepare but it was worth the wait.

Quite disappointing.. Food, drinks and service.. Its good though its not expensive!! We had “Fatayer”.. they were poorly made.. Barely any stuffing on the dough and tasteless.. No plates, no cutlery, no cups were given.. I don’t know, in all cases, wouldn’t say recommended..

The food is delicious Mash'Allah Tabark'Allah Alllah'Humma Barik. The service is very fast, the staff are smart and friendly. Would highly recommend eating here. I Will eat here again when I'm back in Harrow

I updated my review, the food is perfect. So delicious, best shawarma in London. Only one problem, please put more garlic sauce in the chicken shawarma special. I wanted to drive down as I only had enough for a few wraps, please please add more.. 😀😀

I love this place for the traditional food they do, it’s always been such a great experience every time I’ve been. The flatbreads are all freshly made in their traditional pizza oven and the shawarma is to die for. I can wait to come back again!

This place serves tasty and affordable meals. It enjoyed all the dishes we ordered and this is my best place for labanese food fresh and delicious. It’s situated right beside car park.

We have been here twice now. The food was fresh tasty and very big portions. Today when we went we found the kabab to be slightly salted, we told the waitress who straight away took the plate away and asked what we wanted instead. The waitress is very kind and welcoming. The price is very very reasonable. The restaurant is very clean. We will definitely go again. And we have told so many people about this restaurant.

Harrow needed good and simple , Lebanese restaurant that don’t cost a fortune to enjoy the labneese cuisine.. They have their own bakery / oven where you are served fresh piping hot bread and manaeesh.. now that’s a bonus ! 😁. Salad fresh .. the serving lady her name was Islam , (asked her name as wanted to mention her )she was amazing lovely smile 😀.. she just gave positive Energy doing her job . The place deserves more and 5 starts .. I hope they keep staying on top and maintain the great standards on the long run ..

Sapphire House is another Jewell in the crown of the Harrow food scene. This place is a cut above your average kebab house and serves tasty delicious Lebanese food at very reasonable prices. We tried the jawaneh (chicken wings), and babaganoush for starters and the laim meshwi and grilled lamb chops for our mains. The babaganoush was really good and authentic as were the very tasty chicken wings. This was capped off by pillowy hot pitta bread fresh off the grill. The mains were both yummy and very filling. Finished off with a mint tea and very much enjoyed our meal. Will be back for another sit down very soon. The takeway which we have tried previously is also fabulous.

Went out here for the first time. Very friendly staff especially the waitress and amazing lebanese grilled food! Shawarma here is better than edgware road in my opinion . Very delicious and well priced. Great hygeine too. Will be returning here 😊

Fantastic value food. The falafel was crispy and had a great taste as did the bread and halloumi. However, the batata harra was soggy and did not taste fresh. We ordered the vegetable platter but initially got given a salad instead. They only realised after we told the server twice and physically pointed to it on the menu. The platter itself was nice but we were not given any hummus or chips/rice as described in the menu. Complementary mint tea was given at the end which was a nice touch.

This was the worst mixed lamb shish ive had...it was all fatty and had to complain...he made anither one which was exactly the same. Charged me £10 ...unbelievable. wont be coming here again.

Amazing authentic Lebanese halal food in Harrow. They are under newly renovated and under new management. Great quality freshly prepared food. We tried shawarma arabi, shawarma plate and family platter. Everything was authentic tasting and freshly prepared. Best part is the freshly prepared fataer and bread which is really hard to find. Staff is very courteous and professional, also owners personally interacted with all customers. Conveniently located near parking lot. Highly recommended.

Best Lebanese joint in Harrow. Great selection of dishes which are all freshly made and very well priced. Their home made chilli sauce is exquisite and really excite the tastebuds. Would highly recommend this place over the others along the Station road strip. Will definitely be back again. Keep up the great work.

Worst place i have visited , very rude staff

Visited on the day of their grand opening and was not disappointed. Ordered their Spicy potatoes, whole chicken, falafels, chicken wrap, and za’atar flatbread- all were flavoursome, perfectly cooked, and well-priced, with friendly staff too. Will be going again.

The best Middle Eastern food you will find anywhere in Harrow. The owner Murad is an absolute gentleman. Every item on the menu is incredible.
