Si eliges el souvlaki griego, probablemente estés bien porque parece que los cocinan en el lugar y saben bien, pero no recomendaría a nadie que compre los platos griegos. Fui un sábado antes de las dos semanas y pedí "gemista", que fue el peor gemista que he comido en toda mi vida, y tómalo, soy griego y los he comido mucho. Hablé con la señora que los prepara / cocinan y le dije que tienen un sabor increíblemente duro, que el arroz se siente como precocinado y que se quedó en la nevera durante una semana y ella respondió: "No, no, la comida está en nuestra nevera por menos. que una semana probablemente 3 días ''. De Verdad? probablemente 3 dias? ¿Y te atreves a seguir sirviendo esta comida? Ella no se disculpó, ni le ofreció otra comida ni nada. Pagué 7, 50 por un plato asqueroso que no pude comer. Incluso mi novio, que es británico y no tiene idea de la comida griega, lo intentó y dijo que le dio un dolor de estómago de inmediato. Vivo en Notting Hill y podría ser un cliente habitual, pero nunca volveré a acercarme. Simplemente me robaron el dinero y tuvieron el descaro de servirme una comida que se preparó probablemente hace 3 días o incluso más y me dieron la actitud también.

En primer lugar, la foto de arriba NO es el Bizancio, ¡es la tienda griega en la carretera! Llamé para desayunar, me sentía un poco brusco, me levanté demasiado rápido, creo, nunca había sucedido antes y me desmayé. El personal y los amigos del propietario no podrían haber sido más serviciales, comprensivos y considerados, realmente estaban preocupados y me cuidaron hasta que me recuperé. Lo que comí en el desayuno fue perfecto, volveré y haré una revisión más completa de la comida más tarde, la decoración está un poco pasada de moda y anticuada, pero la gente lo compensa. ¡Nos vemos en 2 días! !

It is a small and unnoticeable restaurant but it really does serve delicious Greek food! They also serve English food, e.g. English all-day breakfast, but the Greek food and drinks are the best. The Greek coffee and chicken and bacon wrap that I ordered were wonderful. They amazed me. My friend and I ordered 2 coffees and 2 mains. It only costed us £11.6 in total which was affordable and worth the price. The staff were nice and polite. They made me feel welcomed. It is not a posh cafe but with simple lighting and wooden chairs. It is quite considerate for them to have tables outdoors for smokers. I have to say it was such an enjoyable morning to have breakfast, looking out at the quiet street, while chatting with my friend. I am definitely visiting this cafe again.

Locale greco piccolino con pochi tavoli ma si mangia abbastanza bene e a costi contenuti. Buono il piatto do sourtaki gli spiedini greci con la pita, tsartiki e patatine...veramente abbondanti e prezzo onesto.

Νόστιμο σουβλάκι, ευγενικό προσωπικό, μερικές φορές είναι πήχτρα και δεν έχει να κάτσεις βέβαια.Λογικές τιμές για την περιοχή.Γενικά θετική εντύπωση.

Siempre se intimidó un poco al entrar, ya que es griego hasta los huesos. Pero me lancé a la zaga y asomé la cabeza. Ahora es mi hogar lejos de casa, mi lugar de comida en cualquier momento del día. Servicio de bienvenida (hola Nico!), Sin prisa. La comida es casera. Porciones increíblemente grandes. Vino de la casa más que adecuado. ¡Una gema!

Café qui manque totalement de goût pour la décoration mais qui a le mérite de faire de la bonne nourriture pour un prix plutôt bas pour le quartier. Nous avons pris des english breakfast qui étaient tout à fait correct et copieux. Le cadre du restaurant est familial et décontracté.

Basic Greek dishes. Greek tv if interested. Small but clean store. Friendly staff. Just good if you are in the area and want a Greek dish or a coffee.

Very friendly staff provided us with a super full english breakfast and lovely omlete. The portion sizes were generous. I would def go again.

The souvlaki in pitta is so good! Tzatziki is amazing! That is why it is full of greeks. The price is much lower than the other greek restaurants nearby. Worth becoming a frequent customer!

La comida regular calidad y servicio con precios para reflejar esto. No es un mal lugar para tomar un café o un suvlaki griego tradicional, pero nada más que eso. Tuve el casero que no estaba mal. Lugar es pequeño y sencillo. No está mal para parar allí para un frape. Mi amigo que estaba conmigo me dijo que estaba bien.

Since my last review, this place hasn't changed. The food is tasty and good value. Try the pita souvlaki at £2.90, thats the best one I have had in London and it looks like the one you would have in Greece! Highly recommended!

I went here twice for breakfast and once for lunch (it can get pretty busy on a Sunday after church). The moussaka is delicious, and they make a great cup of Greek coffee. Breakfast is also pretty good too.

Un pequeño café que sirve platos típicos griegos, postres y souvlaki en el corazón de la Comunidad griega en Londres, cerca de la Iglesia Ortodoxa de Aghia Sofia.

Ci siamo fermati per mangiare un souvlaki al volo. Cucina discreta con porzioni normali. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ristorante molto semplice.

Fui pasado este restaurante y quería probar como vimos su oferta para la envoltura de pita. El fuera y dentro no está muy bien organizado, bastante básicas, pero decente. También pedimos un café griego. La envoltura era delicioso, y sabía como en Grecia. Los suvlakis son muy buenas. El café sabía también como en Grecia. Los precios son muy razonables y porciones de un tamaño decente. Volvería desde lejos sólo para comer su envoltura de pita.

Sirven un souvlaki griego decente aquí por una fracción del precio que pagarías en otros lugares. Y sabe bien!

a very tiny place where the try to do everything..watch matches,serve coffee,serve food, prepare food...they even have a table just outside the WC...the food is decent,just decent, but i consider it expenssive. also for a greek restaurant the range of beers is extremely poor. the coffee as well is one of the worst ihave ever had. the staff try to do their best but yet, they don't look like they are into it..they look like they are just wait for the hour to pass..totally dissapointment..

Having driven past for many a year i finally had a chance to pop in here today with a friend, initially for coffee but what became an early dinner or very late lunch, Not knowing what to have we asked the waiter/owner what he would recommend and on his advice we both had greek meatballs in a delicious sauce served with greek style potatoes which were cooked so still slightly hard and in a lovely spicy sauce, cut in a sauce style, probably cooked in olive oil before having the sauce added, anyway they were lovely and we had some green beans. Two meals two coffees and a water and a soft drink came to £20.00 That is great value especially that the cafe is situated in an area full of tourists. The people working here were a man and lady, the lady is the cook, neither of them spoke great English, but given 99% of their clientele were greek I'm sure it doesn't matter!

I came here with my family and I enjoyed the best Greek food and delicious souvlakia! The stuff are really friendly and the cafe has a really warm atmosphere! I would definitely come here everyday!

The staff at this Greek café are extremely friendly, giving a good service with nothing to much trouble. Disappointed with our hotel we went here for an unscheduled breakfast and really enjoyed it, being reasonably priced, well cooked and presented with ample portions.You must try the cappuccino as its to die for, we had a second cup.They were selling Christmas sweet hampers imported from Greece and even allowed my son to try some and buy them individually. The café has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and could easily accommodate large groups, but it may be a squeeze for any one in a wheel chair as there is limited free space inside.All in all an enjoyable experience and would certainly recommend a visit if you are in the area..

A deux pas de l'église grecque, en plein quartier grec donc, un petit restaurant sans prétention. Quelques tables, un accueil chaleureux, quelques Grecs attablés... Tout cela est aussi authentique que la cuisine, qui vient à coup sûr du fourneau de la cuisinière et pas d'un paquet surgelé. Le resto semble connu pour ses souvlakis, mais le lunch menu est une aubaine : pour moins de 10 £, une entrée, un plat au choix, un dessert, un café grec. Dans mon cas, ce fut pita et tzaziki, moussaka, et un délicieux gâteau crétois à l'orange.Exceptionnel, même pour le quartier.A ne pas manquer si on est dans le coin.
