Monsi made the whole experience very enjoyable after a bad start of being ignored by other servers and staff. He was polite and joyful and always had a smile.

Our first time here was incredible! Craig made the evening with my family so special. He is spectacularly professional, kind, and enthusiastic. He is an absolute gem!

Came in today with my mom. We've been walking past this restaurant every Sunday on the way to uni for 2 years already. And we've been wanting to go inside and try it out for that time. Today we finally went in and had some food and dessert wine. I can honestly say we were not dissapointed at all! The food was absolutely delicious, same as the wine. But most of all the service was outstanding, especially Nishith who was exceptionally welcoming, kind, professional and went out of his way to make our experience special. Thank you very much! We will be back ☺️

We went for a dinner and the whole experience was amazing. The food was taste; we ate Tagliatelle al Ragù, Agnolotti tartufo e stracchino all'antica and Pizza Parma. All of them were delicious and well served. The tiramisu and the chocolate cheesecake were yummy!! Aaddi and Monsi were so friendly and obliging!!

I absolutely love everything about this place. I ordered lasagna it it was totally worth the price. Waiters were very kind and helpful. If you are on a tour near the Tower of London or Tower Bridge you should definitely check out this place!

Let's start with the excellent service of the service data, you can combine Italian food, chicken, fish and dishes for children. All the dishes came out fresh, tasty and wonderfully plated. The atmosphere in the restaurant is fun. Fair prices (average for a couple about 70£) a recommended restaurant.

I was very pleased with the level of service received from Nishith, Sumith and Estefania. I stayed at the hotel for 23 days and everyday going for breakfast, lunch or dinner everyone provided excellent service. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone that visits London.

Me and my family went in this hotel, we planned on staying there because we needed to sleep and to have breakfast. The first day there was my dad’s birthday and we decided to have our dinner in the restaurant Cento alla Torre. The experience was amazing! The waiters were professional and kind. This is my first time having breakfast buffet in London and I would definitely say that I made the correct choice having my first one at Cento. The service was impeccable. Right after we put down our plate after grabbing our food, the server came over and asked if we want tea or coffee. My friend got tea while I asked for neither, two other servers at separate times saw that I didn't have a drink and asked if I wanted anything. They really try to make sure that every guest is taken care of. Would def come back!

Exceptional service from all the staff. Our server Craig was very kind. He talked us through the menu and showed us the desserts. Our food was fresh and well made. I fully enjoyed it. The price was even more unexpected. For two three course meals and drinks in London, the price was very cheap. I would definitely recommend.

Booked with a group of friends and was welcomed warmly on arrival. Staff were friendly and attentive and in good spirits. We didn't initially realise that the idea was to order smaller dishes for sharing but once it was explained we found what we liked the look of and ordered in pairs. The food came quickly, was very well presented, and tasted fantastic. A highly enjoyable experience. Well recommended.

Lobster spaghetti pair with prawn rivoli was awesome, served by friendly staff makes it a pleasant next trip.

Food was absolutely amazing, I had the prawn linguine which was beautiful with some calamari. Aditya who served me was fantastic, he gave great customer service and really made the meal a lot more enjoyable, especially as I came alone. Would definitely eat here again, and they even roped me into getting a dessert with quite a cool presentation which i haven't seen a restaurant do before, but you'll have to come and see it for yourself!

A great restaurant a stone's throw from Tower Bridge! We made reservations the same day to eat as a family. We were pleasantly surprised, the service is very attentive and the food is excellent! Nishith and Sumith took extremely good care of us and were very attentive throughout the meal! They even offered us to go up and see the view from the top of their hotel! We recommend!

Can’t recommend enough …. We finished all our tours, we were exhausted and kids were wrecked, we saw this restaurant and decided to dine in because all my kids loves Italian. I knew we could not too wrong with Italian because if nothing else at least kids will eat pasta. Despite not having prior reservations, the staff was very accommodating. The food was delicious, service was impeccable and atmosphere was outstanding, having 3 tired kids and doing what kids do, the patience from staff is much appreciated. Looking after our needs and getting the food for kids prior to us helped me have my food in peace. My 3 year old enjoyed the food so much that he ate little bit of everything we ordered. Also, we came to London to celebrate my MIL’s birthday and I only asked the staff to add a candle to the cake, although they went an extra step with the happy Birthday frame, singing the song and also switching off the lights for nice effect. Last but not least, special thanks to Nishith, Sumith and Estefania for making our experience memorable and for celebrating my MIL’s birthday 🥰😍 also, special thanks to the chefs - Sanjeeva and Senthil for the yummiest food I had today along with the extra chocolate eclairs for kids. They loved every bit of it and I will make sure to visit here anytime I visit London.

Pleasant restaurant. The view of the Tower of London is a plus. Fast and efficient service. The fundamentals of Italian cuisine are respected (al dente pasta etc.) The portions are average. Decent choice of wines. A downside: a wide choice of gin but no way to get a grappa. To be corrected as quickly as possible.

Slightly disappointed overall. Service was exceedingly slow even during slow lunch time. Some of the dished we ordered were good but one or two were just average. I had higher hopes for this place, maybe it was a off-day.

Had high hopes but mediocre Italian food. Tried the prawn linguine, risotto al fungi & the carbonara. All were weirdly bitter, didn’t feel fresh and just made the wrong way! Quite disappointed. The tiramisu felt like a cake with a weird texture. Disappointed for a restaurant in a prime area.
