We went twice for dinner (checked in at 945 pm on Friday and they still sat us with a smile). Came back on our last night and Hassan gave us excellent service. We had a number of the small plates (salmon, spinach, polpetes) all excellent. Highly recommend.

Great Italian food with lovely waiting staff. We come here regularly whenever we are running Conferences nearby. We will return!

Cenamos aquí el domingo por la noche, 9 de marzo y tuvimos la suerte de tener a Shah como camarero - él era súper, tan servicial y amable ... él mantuvo sus ojos en todo para asegurarse de que estábamos contentos con la comida (estuvimos! ) , era un restaurante muy bien dirigido y como Shah nos dijo, 'todos trabajamos en equipo, un equipo feliz' - y se podía decir.

Absolutamente preciosa 😍, la mejor ive italiana hasta ahora en Londres! Personal atento, educado, profesional ¡Vendría aquí de nuevo!

El servicio (por Nijath) era absolutamente perfecto. La comida era buena, los desiertos finalmente nos llevaron a la comida - koma. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia!

We chose this restaurant because it was so close to our hotel. But, boy, were we surprised and overjoyed with our experience! The service was an 11 out of 10! And the food was very good. We started with the rosemary pizzita and it was perfect. Nice options for wines by the glass and the food was very good. The service was off the charts. It was my daughter’s birthday and they turned the lights down to sing to her! It was so nice! Highly recommend.

Lovely restaurant, staff and service amazing. Monsi was our server Saturday evening he could not have been better. Tower Suites by Blue Orchid is a super place to stay, especially if you are in London for the weekend. My daughter and I enjoyed it immensely!

Great and helpful service, primarily by Nijath who was there to help us out whenever needed. Food, wine and dessert were all amazing.

The enviroment was very comfortable and we also appreciated the service that we got from the personal (best regards to Aditya and Niohith for the good service), it was a very good experience with the food and the price was also decent. I would definetely come again to enjoy the food one more time!

Lovely service, seated next to the gorgeous flowers, had lunch 3 dishes to share and we left very content and full ready for bed! All dishes delicious in flavour, the pepperoni particularly on the diavolo was super flavourful and dough to the pizza great!

It's the second time I have been to this restaurant and both times I have been on my own. The view is lovely, the food is healthy and delicious (and loads of vegetarian options) and a lovely view of the Tower of London. The waiting staff are exceptionally friendly and always make me feel at home. It's a safe and friendly place where I can have a beautiful meal and not worry about being alone as I'm well looked after, especially by Nijath and Aditya D - thank you. My new favourite place to dine in this area!

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant, but what truly made the difference was Sumit’s kindness and attentiveness. From the very beginning, he made sure everything was perfect and made me feel genuinely welcome. Definitely a place I’ll return to. Highly recommended!

A friend and I came for lunch last week as I had seen fabulous reviews. These were totally justified. Mariya served us and was an absolute gem and nothing was too much trouble.I had the lasagna and my friend had the risotto which she said was excellent. The tables were far enough apart too which I like Martin helped us decide on the house red which was very good and better than the other two. Maria also helped us with coats. This is definitely a restaurant I will return too. Thank you so much you stars! A really wonderful experience and great to celebrate my dads birthday with a lovely glass of red.

Service was lovely so kind. I am very grateful. I appreciate the efforts to have live singers for Valentine’s Day BUT it gets to a point where the speakers are up so LOUD my partner and I have to shout at to even hear what the other is saying. The songs on the entire music playlist clashed badly with the atmosphere the restaurant gave. I could barely even hear the LOVELY service staff SPEAK to me. The loudness of the music made this a regrettable choice for my partner and I.

We ordered a cocktail drink named 'Future customer', main dishes 'Risotto alla pescatora' and 'Spaghetti Alfredo', and desserts 'Mousse al limoncello' and 'Pannacotta al pistacchio'. Love the mocktail 'Future customer'. So smart to use strawberry puree to thicken the drink, making it smooth and rich. A bit sour from pineapple bring a refreshing first taste. A fantastic combination of taste of sweet, sour and aroma. Do bring appetite. Risotto and spaghetti are al dente, only perfect cooking time can made this amazing texture. For the Risotto alla pescatora, golden color and lightly crispy outside of the fired salmon adding smell of fat to the risotto, bringing additional layer on it. For the Spaghetti Alfredo, chicken's tender and juicy. We finishing the meal at desserts, which were made just between pudding and cheesecake, moist and creamy like ice-cream but not melting, so interesting. We love that amazing balance of smoothness and sweetness. For services, we were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff, whose proactively help to try arranging window seats for us to avoid disappointment. Waiters also cheerful and helpful, making it a delightful dinning experience. Highly recommend to come. I'll definitely bring my friends here when I visit London again.

Service, food all excellent but music is awful

Wonderful place, absolutely beyond delicious food and great that you have the option to share plates with your mates and try a lot more of their options. The service was impeccable, focused on every little detail, I would give 10 stars if I could. And the prices are more than reasonable for London, I will definitely come back, still thinking of their lobster ravioli. Thank you for a delicious experience!

We loved the restaurant, the food and the service, especially from Sumit, who was very attentive and polite, as well as having great wine tips.

Perfect place food-wise. With all these Indian servers nothing is going well. The wine ordered never arrives. 12.5 pct on the bill and it's even a problem to give change for 50 pounds!

I recently visited this charming Italian restaurant, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff, Estefanía, Angelica & Pranil were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the meal. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing dining experience. Now, the food – simply outstanding! Each dish was bursting with flavor, and it was clear that only the freshest ingredients were used. The desserts were the perfect sweet ending to our meal, especially the tiramisu, which was to die for! Overall, a wonderful experience, with delicious food and exceptional service. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine. I will definitely be back!

This place is really good. They have a buffet or à la cart option. It is connected to a hotel so seating might not be available. And also, it’s hard to find the bathroom so just note that. Otherwise there’s salmon and their breakfast options are amazing variety of juices to pick from and they have fruit , yogurt and cereal.

We were able to book a private dining room at short notice. The team was very accommodating of our needs and made the necessary adjustments before we arrived. Overall the dining experience was enjoyable, with highly attentive staff who were well trained. Just hoped the portion sizes were a tad bit bigger as a couple of us were not full by the end of the meal.
