Me and a mate went for lunch. Service 100% offered chai x2 complimentary and was given seats inside cushy comfortable and very good food too. He said it was royal treatment, very good

Nice restaurant with pleasant decor and friendly staff. I was amused (having pre booked) to be taken to “a very special VIP table“ which was not the lovely banquettes in the photos but a small booth in the very back corner next to the serving hatch/kitchen (husband and I were very casually dressed having spent the day in London) . While the food we had (the large sharing platter between 4 of us) was very good, well spiced, nicely cooked, lamb particularly hot and juicy , our kitchen view of large amounts of plastic tubs of food either bought in or pre-prepared elsewhere didn’t encourage us to order other dishes.

Good food & attentive service, at a reasonable price

Kibele is a stylish and welcoming Turkish restaurant offering authentic flavors and great service. We tried the platter for two, and it was a generous, beautifully presented selection of grilled meats, rice, salad, and dips perfectly seasoned and freshly prepared. The food is halal, which was important to us, and clearly marked. The ambiance is warm and elegant, with attentive staff who made the experience comfortable from start to finish. A great spot for both casual meals and special occasions.

We held an 18th bday dinner on a Saturday afternoon for 16 people including 2 young children. Dorian was the gent who looked after out table, he was a delight and a credit to the restaurant such a lovely man and great at his job! The food was a delight, we have a favourite turkish restaurant that is less fitting for a special occasion, we did not expect the food to be as good but it was!! Lovely atmosphere vibe and food what more could you ask for! My only suggestion would some back around music upstairs.

Our servicing waiter is good but he force us to pay 10% service charge which is around £26. I ask why ? He said it’s now law from sept24. I don’t trust but paid instead. He take service charge separately n refuse to give us receipt. Then we know he is cheating us but let it go. My request to all customers don’t pay service charge .. if u r told .. this service charge is customer choice not theirs.

Excellent service , brilliant food, amazing ambience

Recently went here for the first time, The service was great and the restaurant has wonderful decor. Both lighting and design of the place is unique, also the Saxophone player added to the ambience. The Food was great too, I recommend the Kibele mixed dish. Both the lamb and chicken shish were cooked with great flavour and the rice was great. Definitely would recommend.

I like their breakfast and lunch menu, and plan for a visit for dinner and live music.

Truly a lucky find with this restaurant. We were looking for a Turkish place to eat, a little more upscale, nice atmosphere and where we can sit and have delicious food. This was the place!! Jama, our server, was fabulous! He was attentive and very freindly. The entire staff also made the experience more delightful. The food was full of flavor and amazing. One of the best we've been to on our travels. Definitely will visit again when we travel back to London. 😊

Took part in s group event of about 50 participants and enjoyed excellent food, great service and some really interesting entertainment and show. Had a set menu which included some amazing braised lamb cooked with pears served on a bed of bulgur. Heaven. Highly recommend the place for group events.

First of all, I am grateful to Mr. Tayfun for his kind behavior, I really thank him a thousand times for everything, thank you to the chef Fatih in the kitchen department, we and our baby had healthy and delicious food in London, we traveled for 5 days, we visited every day in the evening, thank you for everything every day.

Food: I had the mixed grill, cold maze and kunafa with my family. All the food was quite good standard Turkish food, did really enjoy the Kunafa! Service: Selo’s was quite good, he even helped with taking a few family pics. Thanks! Atmosphere: the place is quite cosy and elegant at the same time, didn’t have the time to check out the downstairs area but upstairs the atmosphere was nice.

Wow... when it comes to a quality night out, a date night, dinner with the family, Kibele really stood out to me. I have to say that I'm a very meticulous person who really pays attention to details and that's why I'm taking the time to write a review. I like trying new restaurants quite regularly but usually there isn't much that keeps me coming back. Tonight was quite different. Our server tonight was JC, very personable, very professional and very charming. I was running quite late for a first date, and my date had asked what kind of drink I wanted. When I arrived, JC had custom made a cocktail just for me. Perfectly balanced, incredible presentation and presented with some fire and flair. Then throughout the night he kept the goodness coming, from an absolutely stacked platter for 2, multiple sides, keeping our glasses full, and of course another round of custom cocktails. He made my night fairly special, and because of him and those delicious drinks I will be telling all my friends and family about this place. Lovely food and ambience, lovely decor, but JC was definitely our highlight. P.S. you can pay extra to eat downstairs and enjoy the music and live entertainment. We didn't do that as we wanted a quiet calm night. The restaurant does a really good job seperating the atmosphere in the 2 floors. When I went down to use the toilet, it was absolutely packed, the energy was buzzing, and I caught the fire show which looked stunning. After a long day in London we headed a short walk away from Oxford Street to Kieble. Been here many times before. Welcome was excellent, food was superb as was the service. Yes the prices have gone up a little but everything has gone up in recent times. However still excellent value for money. We will be back!

Very disappointed with how we were treated, especially as regular customers. I used to enjoy coming here, but this experience changed everything. I called ahead and spoke to someone to make a reservation specifically for the downstairs live show. I asked multiple times to confirm, and the person reassured me it was possible and convinced us to come. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have gone. When we arrived, they told us it was fully booked and asked us to eat and drink while they “sorted it out”—but nothing ever happened. They lied just to get us in. As loyal customers, we didn’t expect this kind of dishonesty. The only positive part of the night was the person who served us. He was honest, respectful, and doing his job properly. Thanks to him, we at least felt some fairness. I hope the management learns from this and treats people with more integrity in the future.

Absolutely amazing, couldn’t have picked a better place for a nice dinner. The Turkish tea, mezze platter and kunefe were the highlight for me. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Easily one of the best dinner spots in London—highly recommended!

The moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the host and seated at a lovely booth table. There were three of us wee were able to request a bigger portion of the platter for 2, so the three of us could share. The portion size was perfect for the 3 of us, there was so much meat and it all fell off the bone!! Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection, not a piece of pink in sight!! Ignoring our full stomachs, we all decided to have dessert and once again, everything was perfect, dessert sizes were big, and everything tasted divine. One girl is already going back on Monday with her boyfriend and I'm making plans to come back for my birthday!! This truly is a gem of a restaurant and I wish we could tip the chef because they were the true MVPs!! But everyone did their bit to make our experience thoroughly enjoyable. I'm looking forward to coming back!! Please keep up the high quality food and cooking, it really made all the difference in the world!!

I recently organised a birthday dinner for my mum at Kibele, and the team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. A special shout-out to Mariia, who I spoke with the most – she was kind, responsive, and went out of her way to make the planning process smooth. I had arranged to pay the bill remotely so my mum and her friends could just enjoy their evening, and the staff handled everything. On the day, there was an unexpected delay when their taxi got a flat tyre, and they arrived over an hour late. Despite this, the restaurant was very understanding and kindly allowed us to push back the reservation. My mum and her friends thoroughly enjoyed the food and said the service was excellent. They had to head to the theatre afterwards, so didn’t get the chance to stay for the evening entertainment — but we’re already hoping to visit again soon and experience the full night at Kibele! Thank you again to Mariia and the entire team for making my mum’s birthday so special.

First time visit for a birthday celebration. Welcomed warmly , comfortable seating excellent waitress Priyal who also had amazing wine suggestions….and the food was so amazingly tasty, honestly one of my best all round experiences in London.

Visited for the first time on Saturday night,we didn't have a reservation but although very busy, from the moment we entered we were given a warm welcome and accommodated. The atmosphere is cozy and modern,good decor,clean,the staff are friendly and polite. The food was delicious. As my friend and I were celebrating our birthdays we were surprised by a cake with candle and a little song by the team and honestly that made me us feel special! We were also able to enjoy a few drinks and the evening entertainment on the lower ground and had a very good time. Special thanks to Selo who went above and beyond to make sure we had a good evening. Highly recommend this place!

Went here for my birthday meal with a small group of friends and service was great, staff were attentive , polite and knowledgeable. Food was great too, reasonably priced and arrived quickly. Staff were so lovely, they bought out a small birthday cake with candles and sang happy birthday which was a nice surprise. The restaurant is nice and had a live music that wasn’t too loud. Would definitely recommend this place and will go again.

This has to be the best lamb in London. And in an elegant environment with a warm welcome, and definitely huge value for the quality of cuisine unfailingly on offer.

What really made the night special though was the service. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, and our waiter, Dorian, stood out in particular. He made us feel completely at home with his warm personality and great attention to detail. It felt more like dining at a friend’s place than a restaurant — in the best way possible.
