The best restaurants in London

This place is horrible. The woman who served us told as one price, and charged us another. This has happened multiple times. I really don't reccomend. This shop steals money from unassuming customers.

No hay cliente hasta el servicio. Solo máquinas automatizadas - muy irritante e impersonal. El personal se mostró reacio a ayudar - ¿no se supone que Marks y Spencers deben convertirse en una marca de calidad?

Reservamos una mesa para 21 personas para celebrar nuestra fuga con nuestros amigos. Hicimos esta reserva el 25 / 11 / 2024 , así que exactamente dos meses antes de nuestra visita. Al llegar la mesa no estaba lista, pero no pensamos mucho en ello primero, ya que llegamos 20 minutos antes. Sin embargo, cuando llegaron las 10 de la noche nuestra mesa no estaba ni cerca de estar lista. Pedimos al personal y nos han dicho que esperemos. Pasan otros 10 minutos y nuestros huéspedes están prácticamente parados en el medio del restaurante sin ningún lugar para sentarse. Fue muy embarazoso para mí y mi marido. Sentimos que no lo hicimos bien por nuestra parte, mientras tanto no fue el caso ya que hemos tenido esta reserva hecha hace 2 meses, fue la administración de ESQ para resolver esto y tener nuestras mesas listas para nosotros a tiempo. La excusa muy débil del gerente fue que la gente sentada allí ahora mismo llegó tarde para sus propias reservas... Lo siento, pero eso no tiene nada que ver con nosotros. El restaurante sabía muy bien que vamos a entrar a las 10 pm. Fue a las 22: 40 tan 40 minutos después de nuestra cita reservada que pudimos sentarnos. Tuvimos una pareja que realmente dejó el lugar porque estaban estresados por esta situación. Antes nos gustaba esq pero la forma en que están gestionando este lugar es muy horrible. Los camareros están demasiado estresados, esperan mucho por las bebidas, a veces se sentía como si estuvieran evitando incluso mirar nuestra mesa, así que no necesitan completar nuestros pedidos. Se supone que fue una buena experiencia pero resultó ser una decepción.

This could be such a good pub… sadly it’s not family friendly. As per the previous reviews, the staff are very rude. The garden is great here and they have a children’s play area, but it shuts at 4pm. They have signs up as well saying children must be off the premises by a certain time. Unfortunately whilst there our children were shouted at by a lady behind the bar because they weren’t sitting down. Another lady came to collect our glasses before we were finished, when I said ‘would you like us to leave’. She said yes. Such a shame because of the garden - could be a great place for kids, but they don’t seem to want anyone there with a family. Go somewhere else is my advice - there are better places not far.

This has the standard Five Guys menu and ordering is straightforward. However the restaurant layout makes collection awkward at busy times as there aren't many seats directly near the collection counter and some customers tend to eat there instead of moving inwards or downwards. On my visit the code for the loo did not work despite multiple attempts to entry. There was no staff member to be found in the basement level so nobody could fix this.

Stopped in her for a quick bite before a meeting. I was met by a very friendly woman behind the counter who talked me through the options for lunch. She made the chicken wrap sound really good, and it was. All in all a great experience with good food and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Estuve en la ciudad por un corto viaje de negocios y me enteré en las redes sociales sobre este café que sirve excelente comida, especialmente el Nasi Lemak. Ya que no he regresado a Malasia por un tiempo, a lo largo de mi camino a este café me imaginé que debía haber una variedad de platos para elegir y definitivamente elegiré un rendang para acompañar mi nasi lemak. Desafortunadamente solo había 3 platos y el rendang ni siquiera estaba listo. Y era la hora del almuerzo. Realmente decepcionado. El lemak nasi era simplemente promedio, no impresionado. He probado mejor en otro lugar en Europa. Pero debo decir que el tarik era bastante bueno.

Nous étions une quinzaine de personnes, personnel agréable et compétent. Service rapide et efficace, beaucoup de choix sur la carte et prix très raisonnable. À faire si vous êtes dans le coin.

Came here to watch the football. Lovely venue, lovey staff, lovely atmosphere, and the live music is pretty decent as well. Will definitely make the effort to get here for matches in future.

There’s seems to be new staff there girl at the till was rude they’re all shouting behind counter all confused with people’s orders all of that for the coffee to not even taste nice

El servicio al cliente proporcionado por el personal era extremadamente pobre y decepcionante. Parecía como si simplemente estuvieran tratando de deshacerse de los clientes lo más rápido posible. No volveré a hacer compras en esta sucursal.

Stopped for an afternoon coffee and hopefully some nice Portuguese snacks as I was passing that side. Sign on the door stated "Sorry we are closed".Peeked in and there was someone inside. Asked the lads drinking beer outside if it was closed and they said it's open. When I opened the door, the grumpy guy inside said rudely and loudly "It's closed!" and this was at 5pm when Google timings show its open until 8pm. With an attitude like that, I'm surprised how they have good reviews?

Food was nice but expensive The guy landlord was EXTREMELY rude to my friends wife after we held a function and she paid a few hundred pounds on the food and drinks. He has a bigggg attitude problem. Won’t be returning lots of other nice pubs around where they respect their customers
