There’s seems to be new staff there girl at the till was rude they’re all shouting behind counter all confused with people’s orders all of that for the coffee to not even taste nice

Stunningly incompetent staff who operates the till like this the HMRC tax office. I’ve been here many times and it’s excruciating every single time. Long queue with stressed customers always.

Belated gin tasting experience here. Marvin our host for the evening was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and ensured we had a fantastic night. Staff very friendly and made us feel welcome.
