Well above the average. Helpful staff. Chef happy to adapt a little to meet dietary preferences. Will be back again.

Highly recommend going for the 7 course tasting menu here very very nice and lovely village location. Be prepared to spend a lot of money but its 100% worth it.

This place does the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. The fish is super fresh, cooked to order. No exaggeration, it’s the best I’ve tasted. Cooked in dripping like it should be, but very few other places do! 10/10 chips, better than any other for miles around. The curry sauce is also awesome. Trust me, once you try it you’ll want to keep coming back. I’m already on my third visit in a month.

This family run restaurant is amazing, the food is just like the taste of back home. The staff are super friendly.

First time at the pub and really impressed 😁 on the night had great band on. All good !!

I was lucky enough to have a surprise party organised for my 50th birthday with x15 family members held in this restaurant . From when I walked in the door to the end of the party the food, service and atmosphere was fantastic. Thankyou Luca & Enzo x

Honestly best cafe in ockendon, the atmosphere is always amazing, John is the best cafe runner everand he’s staff are always polite. Service is always happy, #nobby (inside joke) wouldn’t go any other cafe in ockendon
