I like the relaxed atmosphere of Meghan's. I am often there for dinner or brunch, especially since it is really dog friendly. My last visit was made especially nice by the young but very friendly and professional waitress Alexis. It’s a smiley helpful server that makes the difference.

Quality and tasty food you’ll expect from Mediterranean dishes. It made me smile wholesome, especially dessert Tiramisu. Always happy dining place to return to. Beautiful and satisfying presentation of the dishes .Forwarding big Thank you for great experience to great floor team and chefs. 👍🏼

My friend and I have eaten in this restaurant before and really enjoyed it. Maybe the management has changed but we went there a few days ago and complained to three staff members about the bowl of salad served with our lamb shish. It was just a soggy mass of ghastly bland vegetables, white cabbage and sweetcorn and other unrecognisable stuff, nothing like a proper Turkish salad. One waiter tried to tell us it was a complimentary salad specially for us, although a salad was shown on the menu as included in the price. I told him and 2 other waiters that it looked like it had been sitting around for 2 or 3 days. The veggies were all one colour - sludge - apart from sweet corn, which we have never had before in a Turkish salad. There was just one half slice of tomato and about 4 baby spinach leaves arranged on the edge. It sat in a wet tasteless pool of liquid. I just cannot express how bad it was. I should have taken a photo. Also, although there was a good portion of very tender lamb, the bulgar wheat portion was minimal. We definitely will not be going back again. All they needed to do to put it right was to remove the soggy salad and bring us a proper fresh Turkish salad but no such offer was made to us. So disappointing.

Called and made an order for collection. Received food with excellent customer service from the team, and the food was delicious, flavourful, and very fresh. Great value for money, as the portions are generous.

A hidden gem! - We came across Sala Thai Kitchen after visiting the Cathedral around the corner. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating even though it was mid afternoon & unexpected. Really lovely food, (although I wasn’t expecting the massaman fish to be in breadcrumbs). Definitely recommend trying this new restaurant.

Popped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon with my partner. The restaurant is well presented and spotlessly clean. The waiting staff were very polite and accommodating. I ordered a peroni top and a bottle of house water, we recieved these along with a stray glass of wine, that wasn't ordered or consumed. The grilled chicken appeared to be frozen chicken chargrils from the supermarket, the fillets were very small, thin and dry, and smothered in BBQ sauce. I ordered the Lamb Iskender. The lamb Kofte had far too much mint mixed into it, which flooded the taste of the lamb. Furthermore the kofte was overcooked, making it very dry and leaving a bitter aftertaste. I left feedback with the waitress who asked if I would like to order something else, to which I declined. My partner had a chocolate fudge cake for desert, which looked and tasted amazing, accompanied by strawberries, blueberries and cream. When I asked for the bill we were charged £55 in total, including the stray glass of wine and a pre-included 10%service charge. We basically were charged £11.56 more than the price of what we ordered. Basically the restaurant looked very nice and the waiting staff were very good, but in truth, the food was substandard, especially for the price. Also I don't expect to charged for things I haven't ordered. Taking into account the quality of the food, I believe it was a cheek to automatically add a service charge to the bill. I personally believe a tip should reflect the overall service and should not be expected. Taking into account all the other reviews, I expected so much more, very disappointing indeed. We were going to go back here for valentines day, but after sampling the food and the billing issues We will not be going back here again. If a restaurant cannot cook and serve good quality food, there's just no point.

Friendly staff. Varied menu. Food was exceptionally flavoursome. Not cheap - but very nice. Surprisingly busy for early evening. Just about enough room between tables. Great service (if a little clumsy!).

My first visit to this fabulous restaurant. If you love Italian food this is the best place to go.. Great menu..

If I could give less than 1 star I would… The worst fish and chips I’ve ever experienced. My fish cake must have been either sat under the light for 38 days or recooked 13 times. Inedible. Avoid like the plague…
