Lovely place to grab a coffee, drink or one of there huge cakes or biscuits. Nice staff, reasonably priced

How refreshing to find such a great place with good quality fresh food at a reasonable price. Staff are so nice and friendly and certainly know and observe Vegetarian and Vegan handling of food and separation. Perfect size jackets that will fill you for the day with a mouth watering selection of toppings and extras including fresh, yes (fresh) salad to your own personal likings including or ommiting any items not favoured. We have visited a number of times now and the quality, freshness, value for money and great service are always the same. A range of other products savory and sweet are also available should you manage to eat the whole spud and have room for a desert. Only slight detail I'm not so sure on is the decor as this looks old fashioned and dated. Highly recommend this little gem, see you again soon.

Extremely rude staff made us wait ages then served an Americano with oat milk without asking which milk we prefer. It curdled in the Americano and looked awful,bas it does when the milk is off, all thick and.lumpy. On complaining the waitress said, " Of course it will it's oat milk." No apology or empathy at all. 0/10 for customer service we can see why it's closing down!!Still theres a perfectly acceptable cafe opposite who have great customer service.

The old Post Office Building has been converted into a wool shop and tea / coffee bar with cakes inside / outside seating. Pet friendly.

After years of having takeaways from here I'm Disgusted after receiving cold few a few weeks ago via delivery. I phoned to tell them straight away and was told they were too busy to send out another but i could go to them and pick another up which i wasn't able to do, i was then told they will provide me with another meal another day. Fast forward to the next time i phoned up to receive this meal and was told they will not do this, and apparently i was told on the day i complained to go to the shop with the food to get a refund or replace the food, even though I'd already said that this was not possible, hence ordering delivery. The phone conversation ended with him saying bye and hanging up! I never write bad reviews for anywhere as most places can have off days and wouldn't of if it was just the cold food and they rectified it but the customer service being so bad i could not ignore.

Best fish in town!! For sure I will come again.

very clean takeaway/delivery service , small shop very well run by some very nice young chaps , always offer a warm welcome, not expensive either!

We were 4 adults and 5 children hungry for lunch but hadn’t booked. The Spa was busy but managed to fit us in. We were all very pleased with our lunches and sent back clean plates. Staff were attentive and pleasant. We look forward to coming back.

The Bakery, Felixstowe - what a terrific find. I bought an egg and cress roll, fruit scone and fruit juice - all for £8. The service was excellent, unhurried and friendly. The selection of breads, rolls, pastries and cheese was amazing and smelt delicious. The egg & cress roll was the best I've ever tasted. A delicious artisan seeded roll, probably 2 sliced eggs with the most amazing orange yolk, tomatoes and cress with a mustard dressing that was to die for. The scone was gorgeous and was packed with sultanas and currants. Absolutely fantastic. A shame I was in Felixstowe for a day trip otherwise I'd be in The Bakery every day!

The food is fine. Nothing special - very bland. Not worth the money. The atmosphere is horrible. The owner created a very hostile environment.

It is always a pleasure to go and eat in here. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is amazing, they have got a good selection, plus they have specials.

We were recommended this restaurant for its food quality but was very disappointed to say the least. Entering was dark and uninviting and was dirty. It smelled awful. The restaurant was nothing like the picture shown on the website. The walls were a light brick effect made of cardboard that were loose and hanging off. The chair backs were also cardboard painted white. It looked cheap and nasty. The prawn toast were greasy along with the other starters. The rice looked like, and tasted like it was 3 days old, starchy and nasty looking. The only good point was the waiter, whom was the only person serving, he was very polite and welcoming but the atmosphere and quality of the food was shocking. NEVER AGAIN

Piping hot delicious fish and chips. Very clean establishment, efficient and warm service, fish was extremely fresh and the batter was lovely and thin, flavoursome and with a lovely crunch. Highly recommend.

Visited Felixstowe today. So glad we chose to stop here. Really enjoyed both the Raspberry and Banana milkshakes we chose. Also the Bakewell, and Coconut cake’s both really hit the spot.
