Coffee Link in Suffolk Coastal

Visited Felixstowe today. So glad we chose to stop here. Really enjoyed both the Raspberry and Banana milkshakes we chose. Also the Bakewell, and Coconut cake’s both really hit the spot.

A disappointing experience, a rather dull moody interior that matched the mood of serving staff. The coffee was good but we were glad to leave.

I was passing through and serched for best coffee in felixstowe, and suspect i found it, i am a coffee snob who will not go near the chains as barristers no idea when Asking them for a long black, this barrister certainly knew what he was doing and the coffee was good quality and smooth.

a nice little place with friendly staff! also very clean ! staff happy to have a chat and welcome you when you arrive

My husband and I usually come here for coffee and cake. The staff are always friendly and certainly not over priced.

Popped into coffee link whilst in town last week, served by a charming young man Benjamin , we just opted for the special Tea & scone for 2 at just £6.00. This was very nicely presented Teapot- milk jug - sugar- Scones were served warm along with Butter portion & jam portion - serviettes.... All served with a smile Will definitely return

As a regular to this coffee shop j feel I must air my views due to recent events ..Firstly the price increases mean that their competitors next door at Costa is now cheaper so you will be losing a lost if customSecondly Benji who served us was utterly rude when we asked about price increase, he told us to go else where is we weren’t Happy! His attitude in general was vile .. His he still has a job here I don’t know ! possibly because his mother is the manager ??? His attitude towards his customers and female college leave a lot to be desired . He belittles then , is rude and degrading towards them .. maybe that’s why they have a high turnover of staff lately ?if changes are not made with the male staff and the prices I can see this being another empty shop front within next few months ...which is a great shame .

My wife and I enjoyed our visit, and despite it being quite busy the staff were efficient and we chose a bacon bap using streaky bacon (opted for well done) and it was excellent. From other customers comments it seems a popular choice.

Good selection of coffes and Tea on offer friendly service reasonable prices. Selection of cakes to choose from. Always have soya milk unlike some places.

Don’t be put off by small sitting area and not many comfortable chairs- the coffee and service was fantastic Staff lovely I will visit again

Popped in today.i really dont know why people bother with costa when this place is far superior. You really must try this place you will not be dissapointed. Great friendly staff too

I recently visited Coffee Link for breakfast with my wife and father-in-law as our usual venue for breakfast was closed. There are limited options available so we all had a bacon roll which came in a warm roll with a decent amount of well cooked bacon with no fat on it. The hot drinks were decent too (latte, cappucchino & chai tea latte). The server was helpful and polite and we would visit again.

A good team of serving staff and a good range of coffee blends, the only problem is seating is a bit cramped.

During the warmer months, I try to get to Felixstowe at least once a month. Whatever my purpose I can't leave without a visit to Coffee Link. It is warm, welcoming and compact with caring young staff, The coffee is excellent, the Banoffee Muffins are superb and it's excellent value for money. Invariably though not entirely, the clientele are elderly but the staff are just so polite and helpful towards us.

Love this coffee shop....used to go to the other Big Chain coffee shops, but this place is so much nicer and the coffee tastes so much better! Staff, Ben and Holly are so friendly and their Mochas are the nicest in town! Ditch the Big Chain shops and go to this local shop instead, awesome

Really like it in here (definitely worth avoiding the bigger chains and going in here). Lovey Decor and atmosphere inside staff are all really helpful and friendly and the coffee is so nice! My partner has a gingerbread latte and I have a hot chocolate both of which are lovely. My only comment would be the hot chocolate could have done with being a touch hotter but that’s personal preference! Will be back

Just a few doors down from a big coffee chain but we were drawn to this shop. Excellent service and fab coffee and all for under £10 for 5 of us - bargain. The young male server was very friendly and professional 😊

This is the second visit to this coffee shop for us. We were dodging a storm with our 10 yr old granddaughter. As usual great service and fabulous coffee. I much prefer this cafe to the better known ones in the street. We will be back.

Called in for the special offer of a drink and choice of cake!! Very friendly staff, excellent service, good choice of coffee.

A smaller version of Costa next door although it appears to be slightly cheaper . Not a good layout inside due to the size of the place "a corridor" but the staff are good.

This is a very pleasant coffee shop. Great coffee and fabulous bacon baps. Very friendly and helpful staff, always my first choice for coffee when I'm in town. Its also very good value. One down side is the premises themselves, by the layout it dosent come across as the most comfortable and inviting place not sure what you could do to improve it.

Beautifully presented cup of coffee and cakes, provided by staff who really know their stuff about coffee. Would recommend a visit to anyone who enjoys a coffee.

Great to see this outlet in Felixstowe - much better quality than the big brand names. Their decaf flat white beats anything I've tasted from expensive London baristas. Competitive pricing too.

This has to be the best coffee shop in Felixstowe - generous sized cups of good quality coffee with a choice of snacks served by willing and polite staff. You are actually served at your table ! Excellent value.

Simple urban coffee shop with a few snacks and comfortable seating with cheerful baristas. Locally roasted beans ensures freshness.

Sat by the window looking out to the hustle and bustle of Felixstowe town enjoying a coffee which wasn't pricey,like most coffee houses! and tastes a whole lot better it was so cosy in there and the day was freezing outside,think it's been open since Xmas second time of visiting great place to write your shopping list and grab a snack try the bacon roll,the lad behind the counter was so friendly, free papers to read and several choices of places to sit and relax,worth a visit when visiting Felixstowe it's easy to find right opposite the savers shop, thank you to the young man who was very friendly and running the coffee shop single handed ! The welcome was very warm, the cakes, scones, light snacks on offer were of a very high quality, and the mocha was awesome!! The flat white coffee was attractively presented too. This was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last ! A real treasure and so glad we found it.

This small coffee shop (tables and seating for about 12 people) makes the best coffee in town. A different coffee is offered each day. The coffee comes from a local roastery in Ipswich. Bespoke coffee is available to purchase here also. Sit down with a coffee and a biscuit or a slice of cake and you will not be dissappointed. I noticed also that there is easy access for wheelchairs. The staff are very professional coffee makers and exceedingly helpful
