One of the best cappuccinos in Felixstowe. Comfortable chairs on cliff top next to car park. Long queues in summer but served in strict rotation and never seems too long because of the views

This Kiosk is always very busy, and for good reason, everything they sell is fresh and made with care, the hut, tables and chairs are always spotless clean , the owners are always friendly and cannot do enough to please everyone, my wife and I always stop here for something every time we visit Felixstowe and the people that live in the area should feel very lucky to have this kiosk and this couple here to serve them .. and the views from the seating area are second to none..

I wanted an ice cream They had ice cream. I bought an ice cream I ate the ice cream I was happy They were happy It was a good day.

Excellent won't go anywhere else in felixstowe for ice cream. Sometimes have to wait but no problem. Owners are really nice. People do moan about the wait all I can say is there is more to worry about in life than that!

Avoid. Rude owner. Advertise coffee have coffee on the menu asked for a cappuccino and was told ‘no I’m not making you a coffee I want to go home’ really good way to show appreciation and gain custom..

Lovely freshly made to order sandwiches and great customer service from friendly staff- our food and drinks were even brought out to our car for us, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Great little kiosk away and high up from the madening cowds nice and peaceful over looking the beech huts and beach. Only had ice creams and drinks but they were very nice and staff were friendly

We have been visiting Jane and Steve for a few years now since moving to the area. They have been nothing but polite, friendly and welcoming to us on every visit! The standard of coffee and food is absolutely outstanding for a small, busy, establishment on every occasion. We can only imagine that anyone who may have had a bad experience, while visiting the kiosk, is due to their own impatience and possible rudeness to Jane and Steve when ordering. It’s the best coffee in Felixstowe in our opinion and perfection always takes a little time. The egg sandwiches, toasties, homemade cakes and toasted tea cakes we have sampled are simply delicious. We can only recommend you try it for yourselves! Five stars from us, more if we could!

If you like good coffee, visit Brackenbury Kiosk. You might have to wait a short while but you won't find better along the Felixstowe peninsular. Jane and Steve are 'mine hosts' and they. without exception, are both delightful. Nothing better than sit behind a wind-break, enjoying great cappuccino and toasted fruit scone. We invaraibly take friends and family, when staying, up to Brackenbury Kiosk.

Brackenbury Kiosk is our frequent coffee-stop on walks along the coast in Felixstowe. Our first visit decided it wouldn't be our last and, apart from excellent coffee, fruit scones and other cakes, the owners are delightful making every visit something to look forward to. A pleasure every time. Although closed during winter months we look forward to seeing Jane and Steve in 2022.

I’m baffled why the couple run this cafe, they are clearly unhappy in their work and don’t like people very much. Surly and rude. Even rude to little children which makes me sad

Great place to stop for coffee and cheese scone...and a wonderful view. You consume your order facing the sea, and have a wonderful view. The seating is simple, just some 'garden' type furniture. Love coming here.

It's a little if the beaten track... I've only tried it once as rarely visit old Felixstowe but its a casual and comfortable place to visit. The couple serving are friendly and have a wide selection of hot and cold lunchables. Would recommend.

Rude, miserable and obnoxious I visited in 2019 and was spoken to so badly that I said I wouldn’t return. Today I tried again. What a terrible mistake. I asked for one ice cream and a coffee. I got my coffee then noticed she was serving two ice creams to another customer. I reminded her nicely ( I didn’t speak rudely at all) that I also had an ice cream. Well this led to a torrent of abuse. I was told “I have had a busy month. I’m knackered. Hang on a minute and calm down”. Really !! Is this the way to talk to any customer. I suggest you stop and think how privileged you are to be busy in a pandemic. Many thousands are on the breadline. I will never visit this kiosk again. They don’t deserve my custom or in fact any custom. Life is stressful enough at the moment without receiving abuse when spending money. Her attitude shows how unhappy she is being in this business. Think before you visit. Hopefully there will be competition in the near future because at the moment they have the monopoly as they are the only one open. So sad she speaks so aggressively 😣

Food is top class, views are fabulous. But the owners are rude and obnoxious and seem to think that they are the most important people on the planet. There is no excuse ever to treat people as inferior if they continue to do this then they will have no custom at all.

Freshly made sandwiches, teas and coffees. Plus cakes ice cream and snacks. Clean seating and tables with excellent views out to sea. Friendly staff who bring your order to the table.

Steve and Jane run this kiosk on there own; they have top quality food, drinks and service. Sited on top of the cliffs, the view out over the sea is world quality. On a summers day, you could be in a tropical place. Save hundreds of pounds and cheap airline travel - Have a mini holiday with great British Teas, Sandwiches and Cakes in FELIXSTOWE.

Often stopped here for a cuppa with friends and always found a warm welcome from the proprietors who have been running it for ten years They've always got lovely cakes to go with a relaxing cuppa sitting at the tables facing the sea. Always a pleasure to stop here and you won't be disappointed.

I have visited here a few times for Ice creams, cakes and drinks. I have always found the kiosk very clean, the staff very friendly and the cakes very tasty. I visited here today and can honestly say I enjoyed the possibly tastiest cappuccino I have ever had. (I travel nationally regularly and often buy 2-3 coffees a day from various different cafes). This little kiosk is a hidden gem I would recommend!
