Favorite Chicken & Ribs Felixstowe in Suffolk Coastal

After years of having takeaways from here I'm Disgusted after receiving cold few a few weeks ago via delivery. I phoned to tell them straight away and was told they were too busy to send out another but i could go to them and pick another up which i wasn't able to do, i was then told they will provide me with another meal another day. Fast forward to the next time i phoned up to receive this meal and was told they will not do this, and apparently i was told on the day i complained to go to the shop with the food to get a refund or replace the food, even though I'd already said that this was not possible, hence ordering delivery. The phone conversation ended with him saying bye and hanging up! I never write bad reviews for anywhere as most places can have off days and wouldn't of if it was just the cold food and they rectified it but the customer service being so bad i could not ignore.

was a bit suspicious about the delivery being so fast but food was soggy and lukewarm, so confirmed why ! usually really good, so disappointing :(

Ive been using this shop for years Chicken is always tasty and moist with crispy coating... hot wings are delicious I also like the ribs my only criticism is the gravy its not quite on point the chips are always good so keep up the good work guys 👍

Disappointing, chicken burgers were cold not one bit of heat in them stone cold. At least the chips and chicken wings were warmer. Shame, as they’re normally brilliant.

Whenever I'm on holiday from London, this is the first port in town I come to. Love, love, love their chicken.

We don’t live in Felixstowe’s but will drive there just for Favorites ! Great food for value , the whole family loves it and it’s the only fried chicken we buy! The ribs are perfect everytime !!!! Great staff and service as well as it’s always been !

Quick stop over during visit to Felixstowe. Good quality food and great service. The snack box was the ideal size and reasonable price.

Ordered 2 double ringer fillet of fire plus meals and only received one set of wings only realised this after I had driven home

It shouldnt take more than an hour to make and deliver one simple sampler meal. Now i have no time to even eat the food. Waste of money and time. Used to be so much better

Food was nice. The driver forgot a burger but when he realised bought it straight to us.

I would like to start this by saying - I ordered our meal at 22:53, the time it took I could not have prepared for. As the clock barely hit 22:59 I here a faint knock at the door "who could this be?" I thought to myself "I know it's not our food" oh how wrong I was... with a smile on his face and a bag of joy in his hand he handed it to us and swiftly shot off into the night to deliver more food before just eat could even update its status. It goes without saying that the food was a 10.1/10 and the quality was just "chefs kiss". It's an honour to have such craftsmanship. No, art in Felixstowe. Please next time you're hungry reach for your phone and select what should be the only option, my favorite, your favorite, our favorite chicken ❤️ P.S this reviews is not in anyway endorsed by favorite chicken nor do I have any ties to favorites (apart from my heart)

Fast service. Had burger , two wings, chips and drinks meal Burger bun was dry and seemed a bit stale...decent wings, spicy. Have to pay more for mayonnaise not cool. Friendly staff

me and 3 other friends were sitting there eating, i bought 2 meals and gave my friends a meal to share, worker then comes out and starts shouting at us to leave because we're drinking lucozade and oasis. he then takes photos of us and calls the police claiming we're making to much noise even though he came up to me and my friends at the table and shouted at us, got all up in my face, and started pointing at me.

No food when it said it had been late . Called the shop . Had to go out and find the driver . Then half of it was missing .

On time but took ages and not very hot. The chicken was delicious as usual though.

The app told me it had been delivered. I had to call the restaurant to find out where my food was. and was kept on the phone while the rushed my order and personally brought it. but it's not exactly hot food it's warm at best.

Nice, but more juice than beans now and chip portions are tiny. Won't be ordering as much now. £23 for a couple of chicken and chips meals of is a bit of a rip off.

Another excellent quick delivery and the chicken is better than the KFC ever was when it was briefly in Felixstowe

Was a bit annoyed that the driver rang to say he was outside then handed over the food while still sitting in the car through the window. What happened to delivery to your door ??

Only 4 stars because the food was only lukewarm when it arrived. Three minutes in the air fryer and it was hot, but that shouldn't be necessary. Otherwise very tasty.

I travel from Florida to visit family, and everytime we come i specifically skip a meal just to make sure I can come and eat here. The food is amazing, the service the same, and I wish I had one back stateside cause I would have this over every other chicken place we have back home. Prices are fair, the hours are amazing (especially in Felixstowe where the sidewalks seem to roll up and close in the middle of the afternoon). Thank for great food, great people, and a great experience. I’ll be heading down there right after I post this as a matter of fact. You all really know what you’re doing!!!!!

This is an excellent fried chicken place. Puts other fast food outlets to shame. Excellent chicken well fried, lots of flavour and without being overly fatty or crispy. I like that they had loads of sauces including a hot sauce that you can have alongside the chicken & chips. Service was friendly & fast. Highly recommended

Just had a chicken meal deal for lunch, lovely coated chicken knocks kfc out the park .... Will definitely be returning.
