Didn't understand what driver meant by 4 digits!!

Food was cold when opened the chicken burger it was a mess chips cold

unfortunately the order arrived barely warm I had to heat everything up in the microwave

First time I've had favourite chicken. Lived in the area for 40 years. Impressive!! Moist and cooked to perfection... not your average slap up chicken shop!!

I travel from Florida to visit family, and everytime we come i specifically skip a meal just to make sure I can come and eat here. The food is amazing, the service the same, and I wish I had one back stateside cause I would have this over every other chicken place we have back home. Prices are fair, the hours are amazing (especially in Felixstowe where the sidewalks seem to roll up and close in the middle of the afternoon). Thank for great food, great people, and a great experience. I’ll be heading down there right after I post this as a matter of fact. You all really know what you’re doing!!!!!

This is an excellent fried chicken place. Puts other fast food outlets to shame. Excellent chicken well fried, lots of flavour and without being overly fatty or crispy. I like that they had loads of sauces including a hot sauce that you can have alongside the chicken & chips. Service was friendly & fast. Highly recommended

Just had a chicken meal deal for lunch, lovely coated chicken knocks kfc out the park .... Will definitely be returning.

Chicken was some of the worst I’ve probably had, had a bit of a fishy taste and I despise fish more than anything. I are one piece of chicken out of 5 before having to bin it or else I would’ve began gagging from how revolting it was

Chicken was undercooked as I complained they no longer will allow me to order from them and was very rude on the phone.

The delivery driver failed to follow the instructions I had left about not using the doorbell. By the time I got my children back to sleep, the food had gone cold.

Can’t go wrong with this takeaway.
