Quiet Sunday afternoon so difficult to judge atmosphere, but friendly service and three very well kept pints. Will be back!

Fuimos a la Cherry House para una comida de “buena comida” el domingo, cuando llegamos preguntamos si podíamos tener dos facturas separadas que era un gran problema. También me pareció un gran problema sonreír. Cuando nos sirvieron bebidas deberían haber sido traídas en una bandeja y no las manos alrededor de la copa, luego tuvimos carne de res que venía muy grasosa y arenosa y debería haber sido cortado más fino, esto debería haber sido recogido por el chef, los pudines Yorkshire eran duros, al igual que las patatas asadas. Luego vinieron los chismes de jerez, el jerez estaba casi sin existencia, sin probar todo, y para colmo, el café vino tibio preguntando si queríamos alguna crema 5 minutos después, luego vino una taza de té la taza vino en un plato pequeño no un platillo, y la leche vino en una tetera sin tapa. Great tasty food, good tap beer and pleasant atmosphere.

The cafe has been closed for a few months. It was eventually sold to new owners. They are refurbishing it at present.

By far the best Chinese food in Peterborough, you MUST TRY IT! This small business is probably the most authentic food you can get around town and the delivery is super quick (even at the weekends). The price is very reasonable and it’s by far our favourite take away restaurant. We order here once or even twice a week because it is absolutely divine. The rice is the best part, not sure how they cook it but they cook it perfectly. I will continue to support this small business and forever recommend them to everyone. The chicken skewers with cucumber and egg fried rice is my favourite dish. Thank you for giving us the best Chinese food, I cannot thank you enough 🩷

My old curry house stopped doing curry! 1st time tonight I have used The Curry Masala, so did not know what to expect, food arrived very promptly, the driver checked the bag to make sure all was OK and present, very curteous, well the food, piping hot, smelt good and looked good too, no need to pop this one in the microwave, excellent Chicken Vindaloo, tikka was spot on, Naan was soo good, I wish I had ordered another. Very impressed, will definately be using this takeaway again. Thanks Guys.. Robin

Un bar / restaurante / pub espacioso generalmente relajado, que admite perros por dentro y por fuera con una bonita vista del lago de remo. Solo una cerveza de barril relativamente cara y las cervezas lager habituales y comida básica del pub. Sin embargo, no hay suficiente personal en los últimos tiempos y a menudo una larga espera para ser servido - y el peor café que he probado desde un cambio de gestión: una pena, ya que el personal solía ser tan amable, atento y relajado, y el café solía ser muy bueno. La casa de barcos de al lado es ahora una apuesta mucho mejor.

Again, outstanding service at very good prices. Four meals, all good to very high standards, I had shredded chicken chow mein, it was excellent. The Missus had sweet and sour chicken, Hong Kong style, to which she enjoyed thoroughly, my two lads both opted for beef curry and egg fried rice, to which they also said was delicious, but on this occasion, they said it was lacking mushrooms, but was overall, top quality. A superb little takeaway, and in my opinion, the best in Peterborough. Keep up the great work team, and thank you for delicious food again.

¡Qué comida tan encantadora! Me reuní con un grupo de 5 amigos y todos tuvimos buena comida. Las hamburguesas con papas fritas 2 por £ 10 fueron un éxito con las chicas y una porción decente y el anillo de salchicha Cumberland con puré que tenía era tan delicioso y una porción muy generosa. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. La joven amigable detrás de la barra también. Gracias. . . esperamos con ansias nuestra próxima puesta al día allí.
