Polite staff, good food & service. Worth a visit!

Attended the Tom jones tribute night and was blown away by the friendliness of the pub,had a great time and will surely come back,bravo cock inn bravo.

Was accused of being drunk, have word with the Muppet management, I'm writing this reviewed of course I'm drunk lol 😂

Didn't eat food. Was bank holiday weekend so there were food ban there, entertainment and music outside then indoors. Great afternoon

Good atmosphere we were there for a Wake. Plenty of room and seating. Sadly we were there for a second Wake. They opened early for us and food was plentiful

Always friendly and tentative to your needs. Live bands on occasion, home cooked food as apposed to pub grub. Really relaxing and friendly environment. Loads of parking and street food on a wednesday

Was at a funeral here yesterday Friday 14th June for a very good mate off mine, Will be truly missed & the service was very good.

Tried the food for the first time today and wasn’t disappointed. Presentation was spot on, a really good selection on the menu, tasted great and was definitely good quality. Overall excellent value for money in a well presented pub with a nice atmosphere and friendly service. Planning to return for a Monday curry special soon 👍

Absolutely beautiful spread for our lovely Dad's wake. Food was plentiful, varied and delicious. Many compliments from those attending. Service and staff were brilliant. If you need to arrange an event, Ccouldn't recommend more highly. Thank you

Good beer, good food, friendly and helpful staff

Had a celebration of life after a funeral for our foster family. Arrangements were seamless. We got touched when we were not asked to put even a deposit. On the day, the afternoon tea spread was abundant and the atmosphere is more than what we expected. Excellent service from start to finish. We are most grateful to Wayne and all the staff.😁 Most deserving of an all rounder ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Some really great food deals here, especially Tuesday Pizza night! Love that I can also order and take away. Its a shame table service isn't available here, but overall food is usually very quick, and plenty of selection of beverages. Really cosy local pub.

Just had a meal with my elderly, parents great menu, well cooked, lovely staff and reasonably priced! Will definitely return.

Tasty beer (TT Landlord Dark) & the warm fresh pork scratchings were an unexpected treat.

It's a lovely pub. Nice country feel to it. Real ale decent quality. I had Landlord dark and ghost ship. Both decent pints. Food, well that was not good at all. I had burger and chips as did my Dad. Came on a plank o f wood and chips in a metal basket. Why not a proper plate? Burger was burnt. My sister ordered halloumi fries. After taking the order and payment, member of staff came over to say they had no halloumi fries. Why not say that at time if ordering. My step mum had steak stew and dumplings. She hardly touched it. Meat bland. Dray (no sauce etc) and dumplings hard. Ok pub to go for drinks, but wouldn't go back for food

Very old pub great bands play there great bar service . People friendly

Had Sunday dinner which was excellent with plenty of meat and veg, ordered pigs in blankets which were full size sausages and were amazing. Followed by three hours of karaoke which went down very well with everyone.

Popped in for tea, opted for burgers and a kids meal. Very tasty, speedy and friendly service. Will be back to try some other menu items. Keep up the goid work

Went for their craft day. Shame about the weather as they had bands and bbq outside. The rain spoilt this a bit but the band then was inside. I didn't eat there but the food looked lovely, service was great and it was busy. Will definitely go back again and try out the food. Seems a great pub.

waited 1hour 30 minutes for burgers, supposed to come with onion rings but they ran out. Asked to speak to the manager but he was a no show. Asked for ketchup but was told the bottles were all outside so went and fetched one myself. Give this pub a miss unless you are prepared to put up with it because its cheap.

Came here tonight for some food and a quiz. Super friendly staff, amazing food and a great selection of beers. Love the place and can't wait to go back.

Since it reopened the food is outstanding, especially the Pizza. Highly recommended & good value.

Only popped in for a quick drink to celebrate a neighbour's 60th. Nice pint, pleasant behind the bar, food smelled really good but didn't try any. Plan to go back at some point.

I used to frequent this Pub in the early 80's & my how its changed. 3 of us ate there & we all enjoyed our dishes. Cooked fresh. Staff friendly & efficient. Will definitely return.

Food was nice just veg 🥦🥕🌽a bit hard, and the colliflower 🧀cheese was really watery but other than that it was nice x

Absolutely recommend the Sunday lunch, service was superb and even gave me a tub for my leftovers for the dog. Will definitely be back very soon.

Went to see new market that had started. Turns out fruit& Veg man is only there till 10. Buy other guys were nice. Great sweet stall.

New owners took over a couple days after I popped in. They’ve done wonders with the place. It’s so clean. Pub was busy, brilliant atmosphere. Service is quick. Cocktails are good and shots are cheap! Will definitely be returning x

Saturday 26th June me and 2 friends walk 45minutes to the pub. We get there just before 11pm. The website says 1am finish time. We walk to the bar to get served and the girl at the bar working says you aren't having a drink. We've called last call. I said but your website says you're open another 2+ hours. She goes yeah that needs updating. I said well we've walked for 45minutes to come here, can we not purchase 1 each for the inconvenience on your end. She goes no. I actually told her I appreciate she has rules to follow. Then she responds you best walk another 45 then in a snotty voice. Disgusting customer service and rude. Us lads won't be going there again.

Staff are always really friendly, beer is kept at a nice temperature. Got some social distancing measures in place, such as ordering at the bar and waitress bringing the drinks to your table.

Good quality food. We have visited this place on three different occassions for dinner. Everytime everything was always delicious and atmosphere very welcoming.

Lovely birthday meal for 8 people. Service was excellent and the food was delicious, hot and plentiful. Good choice of tapas. Waiting staff were very attentive and always on hand if anything needed. Would highly recommend. Prices were very reasonable to boot. Will eat here again.

Lovely food and very friendly service, highly recommended. We ate at lunchtime, 6 kids and 4 adults (£100 total). Very child-friendly and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The adults had tapas, every dish of which was beautifully cooked and mouth-watering.

Clean and friendly pub, enjoyed every moment.. Its on our top list for visiting again very soon.. Outstanding customer service and spotless toilets and clean floors, tables and bar surface.. Spacious smoking area at the rear with a large parking lot..

We've eaten here on several occasions and the food has always been excellent. The staff are very welcoming and the pub is clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The bar is dog friendly and a pleasant place for a nice lunch.

Lovely decor and fantastic tapas! Staff friendly and efficient. Only negative was a lack of dairy free options such as soya milk or a dairy free dessert.
