At Last in Peterborough

As this is a family run tea room's and bar, it is well kept and has a friendly atmosphere. We enjoy a drink and a cake/bun. Parking outside not good, but there are locations nearby. There is an inside seating and outside, so that's nice. Always worth a visit and a cuppa.

Nipped in on my way through Werrington. Ordered a fudge tart, which was amazing, and a black coffee. It was very busy, but I was told there was plenty of room out back. The place opens out to a 50's style rock 'n' roll diner.

Great little venue if you fancy a fry up during the day or a slice of cake. I went for the Full English plus an extra sausage with a latte this came upto £14 which is quite expensive for a small cafe not centrally located. The food was nice all served hot and there were a great selection of cakes and toasted sandwiches. I think for the price you pay it would be nice to have a bigger breakfast or more options available. There is limited controlled parking in the pub opposite and a touchscreen interface is available at the till to input your registration details Overall good atmosphere, nice food, steep prices

Very good food and nice atmosphere

I have just spoken to my 85 year old mam and my son of 25yrs old. They visited her today for her birthday. What a disappointment, two very small dry pieces of quiche and a few skinny chips (not even any garnish) £10.00 and Lasagne all dried up with a few skinny chips. Sorry will not return. Lovely place shame about the cooked food!!!!!!!

Lovely cosy and very welcoming place . Home made scones were very tasty and very light 😋 Loved the idea of selecting your sandwiches from a menu .,would recommend .and thank you last tea rooms .for such a lovely friendly service making you feel "at home " and very relaxed ❤️

Visited for lunch today as a treat for my daughters and their friend. Nice selection to choose from with the children going for the sandwich options. It was a good portion size for them and all were enjoyed. I opted for the hot sausage roll as the quiche wasn’t available (will be back to try it next time) which is possibly one of the best I have ever had. We finished off with some cake and again these were all very nice but the kids struggled with the portion size as they were very generous portions🤭 The scone with jam & cream won it for me though on this visit. An absolute gem of a place and somewhere we are lucky to have on our doorstep. This wasn’t our first visit and definitely won’t be our last!

Lovely cafe with a good range of food.

My partner and myself popped in to the tea room today, was a very friendly relaxing place to sit and have a coffee. The gardens out the back also looked very lovely too.overall a very lovely pleasant place .

I went to At Last Tea Rooms for the first time last week and I was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff were friendly, the items we ordered were really lovely and I really loved that the staff were dressed in the era of the tea rooms would definitely recommend.

A delightful tea room with a nice range of food on offer and outstanding cake. There is a garden at the back where you can take your dog and they even gave him a bowl of water.

Had afternoon tea with two of my wonderful friends to celebrate a big birthday of mine. Absolutely delish, so fresh, so tasty and lovely staff who couldn't do enough. Defo will go back again.

Been meaning to visit this place for ages and finally did over the Jubilee weekend. Did not disappoint. Lovely garden at the rear, great decor and great cake. Would highly recommend.

Great at last a coffee shop in Werrington.

This is a lovely little tearoom, that was right on our doorstep and we had never realised. Gorgeous food and plentiful. Came out full and highly satisfied. Staff, food and setting just delightful.

Only went in for a quick cuppa ended up having a teapot of tea each. They were so big we both had 7 cups of tea each fantastic. Their sausage roll was so tasty too, with a lovely portion of cheesy chips. The atmosphere was so relaxed too as we sat out in the back area. 5 out of 5 for a lovely afternoon.

Lovely cafe with sense of humour too (check out the way to the loo!) Lovely cakes, however coffee not so good. But they do their best to help you (like hot choc without milk) No real vegan options tho. Will come again

This was our first outing to eat and we were very pleasantly surprised. We felt happywith the care they obviously take to make the place Covid 19 safe and the food and service were excellent.

Me and my partner went here a few months ago on the opening (I believe) of the speakeasy wine bar. Ordered 2 cocktails and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely don’t cheap out on the alcohol content! :) Lovely staff and a very unique design!

Great little tea-room with fantastic decor & design. I should have gone before.Looks small from the outside, I knew the building in it's previous guises, but inside was still surprised by how ruddy huge the place is, with a few different spaces & ample outside seating 'out the back' in a secluded courtyard, you could forget where you were.A little gem really, you can see the owners of this independent business have put a lot of 'love' into creating the areas. I stopped by for the first time after lockdown & had a coffee, a piece of their fetta cheese quiche and opted for some crisps on the side, a fun little touch. The quiche was delightful, the accompanying coffee was good and the setting was very pleasant.I do feel slightly perturbed by those places whose staff ostensibly tell you to 'have a nice day' as you leave, the service at The At Last Tea Room was genuine and British, and I like that. I shall return as their cake in the counter is on my mind...........

Me and my fiancee went here fir lunch and we were very impressed. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Staff were very friendly.

this lovely tea room has been open for about 3 years and for some reason we had never been in, how daft can we be,on our way back from a walk on a very crisp day we thought it was about time we tried it's delights. a lot of thought has been put into the decor and walking in is like putting on a comfy jumper, you immediately feel at home and the servers are very welcoming.service is prompt but not intrusive the coffee is hot not lukewarm like a lot of the multiples serve , the cakes all homemade are delicious especially the chocolate what's not to like.for whose who like something stronger it's licensed with eleven gins to taste , not open on mondays you still have six days to spoil yourself, give it a try i don't think you will be disappointed.

Daughter has wanted to take me for ages to this lovely nostalgic tea roomson arrival we were welcomed very warmly by the owners and waitress once seated we were given our menue and we chose toasted cheese and tomato sandwich, i also had a delicious cappuccino, daughter had tea seved in a pretty china cup and saucer, followed by fudge tart and chocolate custard (reminded me of school days years ago lol) daughter had victoria sponge which was a huge piece, we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon in a relaxing nostalgic atmosphere, we noticed a bar as well which sells a good selection of drinks and cocktails, a garden out the back for warmer weather and a back room as well which was shown to us by the owner as yet to be refurbished, we will be returning soon with the family in tow.

Situated in an attractive village setting. We have been here a few times. There is a 1950s-60s theme to the decor, which adds a different feel. Good for coffee, cake or pastries and for lunch (try the sausage rolls). Excellent service with a family feel. I recommend you sit in the cafe at the back, or in the garden, rather than in the small shop area.

Popped in for a coffee whilst out walking. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff but was a bit shocked when bill came to over £8 for 2 coffees and 1 scone with jam which made the scone £3.70 - really rather expensive, nice as it was.

We came here , for coffee & cake , we were not disappointed at all. All looked so appetising , the sausage roll & chutney were delicious . We were accommodated with the Pram , nothing was too much trouble for all the attentive staff . Will be back very soon , for Breakfast & can't wait either .

I came here due to word and mouth about how good it was. I was amazed at how big the place was! Had a vintage music aesthetic that no where else in Peterborough has! I felt right at home here and their tea and food were delicious! Very friendly staff who were overly helpful. I plan to come here many more times! Beautiful little cafe in the heart of werrington village.

Good to have a cafe in Werrington. Sat outside in the sun with a very nice veggie breakfast. Support the local business, well worth it.

My cousin and I went for an afternoon tea and it was lovely.. My cousin is gluten free and said that her cakes were lovely and the scone was to die for... The sandwiches were very nice also and my cakes were lovely too.. Will definitely come again.

We had such a lovely afternoon tea. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious, and the scones are probably the best we’ve ever had! We couldn’t eat it all so had the rest of the cakes boxed up for us to take back home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! Nice atmosphere! We were blessed with the weather and had our afternoon tea in their garden which was nice. Really couldn’t fault it. Would happily go back again.

Lovely quaint little tea rooms. We only stopped for an ice cream but the staff seemed friendly and was very interesting viewing the decor inside.

We had a lovely morning. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming . We took a friend who is suffering from Parkinson so we were quite slow at getting settled. But we were made welcome, staff very helpful. The atmosphere was lovely and There was no over powering 50 th music ( great) . It was just lovely ,welcoming and friendly. Will be back.
