My friend and I arrived quite late, having struggled to find anywhere in Peterborough still serving meals. Despite the late hour, we were made to feel very welcome, and told to enjoy our food. Every dish was piping hot, as was the crockery, and everything we ate was flavoursome and absolutely delicious. It may not look much from the outside, but I would thoroughly recommend Royal China to anyone who enjoys Cantonese food.

Have never actually sat in but this is definitely our go to takeout. Set menu C for 2 people is our regular. They are flexible on the main courses so we tweak the menu. Always great quality and the portions are big (for us 2 anyway). Always left overs for the next day.

Not our first visit, we have never been disappointed. The food is amazing, I mean really amazing. The portions are well balanced, really well cooked and presented. The best Chinese around. Its a little off the beaten track on the edge of an industrial estate but pleasant inside. Good service and the lady host Jessica is very attentive and the rest of her staff very efficient. Really worth a visit.

A hidden gem! We had a lovely family meal. The owner was very attentive and accommodating for the children. We will definitely be coming back.

The food is always fresh and delicious, the Beef Ho Fun and Spicy Garlic prawns are wonderful. The service is friendly even when rushed off their feet so accommodating especially for are big demanding group. It is a local family run restaurant which will always be my go to. Perfect for any event and has on site parking!

Three of us went to this restaurant on Sunday. The service was very good and as it was a bit cold the waitress put on a blow heater. The food was fresh very well cooked lovely Cantonese dishes. We can highly recommend crispy shredded beef and won tons. Definitely be back with more of the family.

Management cannot deal with complaints in a professional manner. Manager needs a course on customer service, attitude is awful. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

After travelling 45 minutes on many times to lunch here we went today and was told by man in car they were not open! although website states they are. This is no way to run a business and we will not be returning!!!

We had a wonderful relaxed New Year celebration thanks to the Royal China team. The food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. All palates were cover and they handled all our queries and needs excellently. Thank you.

The food is absolutely superb - as good a Chinese as I've had. Been here a few times and never had a bad meal or service. Will be back for sure.

Visited as a family as have many times before but sadly this will be our last as we were made to feel so uncomfortable. When we asked for a couple more starters (portions are small) and the same with 2 mains we were TOLD to eat what we had left before they’d bring anything in addition. Then, we were charged extra for ordering more when it’s a buffet. We just paid and highlighted that this was upsetting for us but we’re told we were wasteful as we’d left one thing on a plate. Felt rushed throughout the whole meal, duck was served before we’d even finished starters and plates were taken away whilst people were still eating, was just a horrible experience and it’s not as if it’s cheap at £15 per head, I could have ordered £60 worth of Chinese, had more food and a more pleasant experience. They must be going down soon or something, in addition 2 out of 4 of our party were unwell same evening.

Service was awful, walked in and not even shown to our table, just told where to go. Was asked drinks and was served them no problem. If you want lager it is only out of a can or bottle, no draught available. Lagers were served in random glasses so it looked like they’d been stolen from a local pub, the coke bottles were served with glasses but 2 of them were dirty. 3 course lunch for 4 adults and 3 children, everyone got a main but only got 4 of the sides as apparently everyone could share but there was definitely not enough for 4 adults let alone the kids. Asked for more chips (which are the cheapest frozen fried to within an inch of its life) to which our server pointed to the bowl we had on the table and said there was some left. The ones in the bowl were the little crispy dry bits at the bottom of the packet. Was served another half a bowl of chips although we didn’t get 7 portions of the sides as the menu said, so for all of us we got 7 mains but only 5 sides. Was also charged for pints of coke but only served the bottles. Probably another 3 or 4 tables in at the time so not a busy place. Was made to feel like I had to finish the food in front of me before I could order what I was already paying for. Disappointed as went there for a friends birthday and not the meal we would want to treat him to. Wouldn’t bother again with the place

We visited as a group of 17 to celebrate my mum's birthday. Beautiful food. Wonderful service. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

Last night we had a very tasty meal, I love having duck in orange and this is one of the best I have tasted. The portion size was just right. My partner was very impressed with his meal as well. The presentation was perfect. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff even after our 3rd bowl of crackers. The price was very reasonable of 11.95 each for 2 courses. The staff where very friendly and always smiling Definitely go again when we are in the area.

This was just about tolerable as on eat out deal. Staff etc were ok a bit confused as busy. Food slow. Starters were ok. Mains very poor. Usually have duck in orange sauce with actual duck surrounded by real sliced orange. This one was like wotsits in orange juice. The squid was like polystyrene. 1 vegetarian had very limited choices. Unlikely I'll eat here again.

The mixed starters were very good. As a main course I had duck in orange sauce and noodles. There were enough noodles for at least 3 people but the duck, which was very nice, was a moderate portion only.

We (me, the wife and two kids) decided to pop out for a quick bite to eat on Christmas Eve.Although it doesn’t look much, and is situated just off a dual carriageway, the staff are very polite and friendly. The food is very good and the service was very quick and attentive. We will definitely be going back again.(PS I don’t know what the other reviewer’s problem was with the little bowl of sweets at the end - but we really enjoyed them!)

Completely unimpressed. Limited menu, most things deep fried in batter, little variation in taste, and rounded off with a plate of jellybeans. Avoid this place.

Last minute decision for Chinese, have driven pass the place when ever going to Peterborough as it is the old Little Chef.It was not that busy, other than people collecting take aways. The room was a little chilly.fixed price menu, the food was good and we were offered top ups of rice and noodles. We stuck to having Chinese tea to drink, and again plenty of top ups.Overall, it was like a sit down take away, and with the fixed price simple for a family. Not elegant dining, but well cooked, hot and not greasy.

It was a last thing, no one could be bothered to cook, type decision, it could easily also have been a takeaway but we couldn’t be bothered to wash up either!Welcoming staff, shown straight to a table, before 7pm it was fairly quiet with only 4 other tables with guests but was busier by the time we left. Drinks order swiftly taken and delivered, same with the food order. It arrived piping hot, tasty and just enough with no waste. Certainly would visit again.

We had our motorcycle club night out with 43 of us and I must say that I could not fault anything, the service was 1st class the many different courses were delivered to out tables with perfect timing and I have enjoyed a Chinese meal as much anywhere.I would definitely recommend the restaurant.

Wow, we came here for the Sunday buffet and we have left very happy with full bellies. Lots of choices, and it all tasted great especially the salt and pepper spareribs. Lots of choices for pudding including fresh fruit,puddings, trifle and haribos! We will be back

First visit to this restaurant Both wife and I had the set 3 course meal At the time of post was £15.80 per head Service was very good and quick Looking at the menu we both thought that it was 1 selection each course but was informed that the starters was all items on the menu under that selection so was a good taster Main course was in deed 1 selection each plus served with a large helping of rice or noodles per person Food was very good an just enough We both skipped the second course which was duck served with pancakes so the manage offered us an extra main course Would recommend this restaurant and we will be back

We love this place and visit regularly. We always have the 3 course evening menu but there is a buffet menu for lunch which is very good value. The evening menu You can have a mixed starter or choose what you want then the duck and pancakes follow then the main course where you can choose one or two dishes with rice and/or noddles. I can assure you that you will only want one dish with rice as there is so much on the starters and duck dishes. The waitress will always ask if you need more too on any dish! Kiddies also get free sweets at the end. You can have a dessert too if you wish at an extra cost of 90p per portion. Drinks are very reasonable too. The only thing I would say is the place needs a little attention outside. A better sign as it is just off the parkway and it isn’t always clear if open. the car park does need sprucing up and maybe a new sign too. I feel it is losing business as it does look closed. We love it tho. See you again soon!!

I knew we were on to a good thing when we walked in the door. The place was extremely busy with happy people, lots of laughing and lots of eating going on (always a good sign). There was 4 of us. Left my mother to order the starters which was delicious, Mum ordered another starter. I then ordered crispy duck for us to share which was also delicious. We all picked something different for the main course so we could share and get a taste of each. Found this an ideal way to thoroughly enjoy all the different flavours. We were too stuffed to order a dessert. All the while the waiters and waitresses looked after us. They weren't intrusive but always there when a glass was empty or if we needed anything. I was really surprised at the bill, just over £80 for the four of us, including the drinks. Can't argue at £20 per head for such a delightful visit. All in all a perfect place to visit and I would Recommend full heartedly. You really must try it. Enjoy

We went for a Sunday lunch buffet, we had not been before and had read some reviews so were not really sure but as soon as we walked in we were greeted and shown to a table, there was also air con on but not too high so just comfortable. There were already quite a few people there, so that was an encouraging site, the waitress was also very busy but we were not in a rush so waited the food was lovely, not a lot out but they kept bringing bits out so that it was always fresh and a quick turnover and we were told if we wanted anything, just to ask, we are definitely going to go back and recommend.

We did not even get to sit down and eat anything or even get to ask for a table. We walked into the restaurant and was waiting at the desk when a lady member of staff carrying some plates threw them down on the desk and said "No space no space you go away" So we left and went some where else to eat.

As a regular visitor I love the food here, such a variety at a good price. When the restaurant is busy, service can be a little slow but the food is well worth waiting for. The only negative comment is that the pancakes are now served in the cellophane wrapper where previously they came in a nice steamer basket.

During the past 2 months we have had the eat all you can buffet on a Thursday night and a takeaway. Both were good, and we will be back there this Thursday for the buffet. Wine prices for a restaurant are also very reasonable.

We visited Royal China on the 13th of February we was in a bit of a rush as we had not planned our night very well and had to be at the Brian Cox show at 20.00.

Went for a meal to celebrate two birthdays. 11 of us in total. Buffet table service. Food cook to order. Have been several times previously and high quality meal and service each time. Would recommend. Great price too.

Disgusted with this establishment. Came in a few months ago, we used to be regulars have paid lots of money to this place a referred alot of friends. The service was slow, we were waiting a long time and had to leave and offered to pay for what we ate. They refused. We came back this evening after a while as we haven't eaten out at all. Walked in and they refused us service! Disgusting! We thought we would give them another try but they told us to leave. Never been so humiliated. Disgusting behaviour.

Driven past many times and took a chance on lunch. Do not be put off but the outside as the inside is very different. We had the lunch set menu and for £7.80 this could not be faulted. Staff very attentive and happy to serve. Will visit again for lunch.

went on a Saturday night no lights on outside it's looks derelict no lights on in the car park either so not very inviting and not very good for people with vision or mobility impairments I think they need to spend a bit of money outside if they won't to attract customers. there were three of us we first got told there was no room for us. We then was going to leave and she changed her mind and she said it's okay I have space. Staff walking around like zombies. The place quickly got very busy staff still walking around like zombies one lady was tired trying to do all the work herself well the other waiter and waitress I will be around very slowly bringing out food one gentleman came out the kitchen with his thumb inside the bowl chow mein this was bloody disgusting wow that was one Genteman put some food in the kitchen walked round the restaurant went back into the kitchen then came back out again and then book the food not too sure what that means this is all what they're playing out I thought we try this place out as we are thinking of putting 20 people with us soon but I'm Fortuny I will not be visiting this restaurant ever again Food hygiene ratings 3 not sure how they got a 3 when you see the kitchen door open you can see loads of dirty plates

An established family business with a relaxed and friendly environment, comprehensive menu and tasty Chinese food; this is quite simply the best value Chinese Restaurant in Peterborough.

We had not been to this restaurant for a few years, and I approached with caution, as the place promotes itself with low price offers. I should not have worried!

Wonderful staff, incredible food, super fast service and couldn’t have been more accommodating for vegetarians - there isn’t a lot on the menu but if you ask they happily offered to make us a variety of extra dishes and just kept bringing us food!

Went for lunch to celebrate a birthday. I would highly recommended this Chinese restaurant. The food is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and the service is brilliant.

Great experience all round , lovely staff ,nothing was to much trouble,constantly asking if we had enough variety of dishes and enough to eat.All food brought out to centre of table to share over three seperate courses. Discovered this place when googling Chinese Restaurants nearby and wish I'd discovered it sooner. We went on a weekday lunchtime so had the place to ourselves. From the outside the place looks like a derelict 1980s service stop and is almost a little off putting. (It started life as a Little Chef in the 80's, so that figures). Inside it's charming and the staff very friendly. The food was beautifully presented, piping hot and delicious. They only offer three course set menu at lunchtimes and this was perfect. Lots of choice, generous portions and at £7.90 I don't believe you will find a better lunch for this price. I will definitely be returning again soon!!

Tried this place on the off chance. Was not at all disappointed, much cheaper than my usual take away and can not fault the food at all! Will be permanently switching to this take away as the whole family loved it!

Went on a Saturday night and was surprised how quiet it was. The food was superb, well cooked and presented. The staff could not do enough for us and were polite, friendly and efficient, Been here many time before but not since menu change - the new menu works and yo still get as much food as you want and need, Excellent - will be back.

Family and friends joined Jenny and I to celebrate our Ruby Anniversary at The Royal China on Saturday night. The food and service was fantastic. We can not thank you enough for such a WONDERFUL time. The. food was cooked to perfection and great on flavour. The speed it was served was great. In fact we were not waiting very long for any courses. The only way it could have served any faster was by using roller skates. The food is all cooked fresh and absolutely delicious. The portions are small which works very well as we love to have a little bit of everything when it comes to chinese food.

Help yourself buffet was terrible .Food was luke warm , they obviously can’t cope with doing buffets and being busy . Had to wait 5 minuets for a plate , for them to bring out a tiny one . Nearly everything was empty and customer service was Terrible.Having 4 children have to wait for their food and then a waiter come straight to our table asking if they would like Ice cream ! After polity saying to the manger about what has happened she wasn’t apologetic and started walking into the Kitchen shouting .when it come to paying the cook approach us raising his voice I think this is very unacceptable for a restaurant! Stay clear

Upon first walking through the door, I thought it was going to be a small place and I wasn't wrong. However, there's plenty of space and the regular eaters aren't mixed with the party guests, which I like! The lighting isn't too bright so nothing is too in-your-face. Would be perfect for someone with any light sensitivity.

Fantastic all you can eat for a set price restaurant good value with plenty of choice of starters, mains and desserts.

Used to be a "Little Thief" restuarant, need I say more. OK at times, but a really a poor version of the real thing. As in all things you pays your money and takes your chance. Always remember a restuarnt is only as good as it's last meal. What will your's be like?

Very disappointed with the menu change. It's now 1 starter each, 1 main and rice or noodle. I miss the variety and I am disappointed. That being said the food was lovely but it's lacking the customer focus I think. The menus gone from a fair few dishes to like 4. I may as well have gone shanghai with variety and free refills for not much more. Place looked empty and closed on arrival so much so we thought it was shut. Nearly left until another car arrived and we watched them go in. Overall food is still nice, she dud offer refills of the food we'd ordered but it just isn't the same. Don't think il be back, nothing stands out about this place anymore, no real customer service. Smile goes a long way. Always feel I'm a burden being there when entering. Shame it's gone so down to this. The menu before was far better. Even if u do smaller portions variety is key. And my recommendation make the place look.open.

Visited on a sunday with family and had the sunday buffet. First impressions weren't great, the place is shabby and run down, didn't actually look open. Can't fault the staff, everyone was pleasant and very eager to help but the cleanliness and quality of food was poor. Cucumber is the veg stir fry!!!! Random. Plus, as we were leaving and the staff were packing the food away, they were digging around in the trays with their fingers and eating it, lol. I have waited tables so I know the deal, but at least do it in the kitchen out of sight of the customers

Went for family member's birthday meal on Friday evening. Pre-booked bring to table buffet meal - group of 14 including 2 infants. Starters bought out, no explanation of what anything was. All very greasy. Duck and microwaved pancakes brought out next, not enough cucumber, spring onion, hoisin dip. Asked for more, they brought out more microwaved pancakes, then a few more cucumber and spring onion, but no dip (after about 10 mins). Took orders then for main meals, don't thing we received what we ordered and everything was overcooked and greasy and, again, no explanation of what the dishes were. At the time they were bringing out our main meals, they hadn't cleared away out duck and pancake plates, so no bowls, plates to put our food on. Upon asking for these and receiving after another 10 min wait, my daughter was missed out and didn't receive bowl/plate. She decided not to bother asking again due to seeing what the food looked like. When bill came, they'd added on a hire charge for a high chair which we didn't use as they store them in the disabled toilets and it was mucky anyway. Restaurant is not clean either, dust everywhere, unclean carpet. Dark and dingy. Refused to pay whole bill due to poor quality of food and service. Manager decided to lock door and refused to let us leave, saying she would call police. Explained to her we had every right to refuse to pay whole bill. Will also be reporting to environmental health, as very large fish in foyer kept in mucky looking water and very small tank. Also, goldfish kept in small bowls near bar. Will not be returning and would advise everyone to do the same.

The place is ok I guess.... But the service and the food are average. Over the last few years I've been about 4/5 times and in my opinion it seems to be getting worse. I'm in no rush to go back.

As a buffet restaurant, I was expecting to choose what I want and the quantity that I want with a first view. The waitress came to the table and asked what we want from the list of things that the have, without known what it was anything. We asked for 1 o 2 things of everything, and if you like you can repeat. I was a bit disappointed, because I prefer see what I'm going to eat in a buffet restaurant. I found the place very dark with a blue light around the room, not very comfortable. Parking is free and it doesn't have light at night.

Visited this restaurant with my family for a birthday meal. My daughter likes this restaurant so we had a buffet meal on a Thursday evening. Although the food was acceptable, the squid was very good, we had to wait and wait for the serving dishes on the hot plate to be replenished with hot food. I waited half an hour for Mussels in Plum sauce and gave up in the end. This restaurant is not customer focused enough. Very young under paid staff (I would guess) with a manager who seemed to micro manage everything. Very hard working “Yes” but not attentive enough to the Buffet customers that evening. I got the impression that we were considered the poor relation to the Menu meal customers? I felt a little let down by the staffs lack of detailed attention to our needs.

The restaurant seems to be run but just two members of staff but apart from the service being a little slow the food was lovely. For £15.80 you can have as many dishes as you can eat, brought to the table. There was such a huge amount to choose from on the menu that we asked the restaurant to choose for us. We were given a very varied selection of starters, followed by duck pancakes. We were asked to choose main course from the menu and once we had eaten these she asked if we would like any more before dessert. Our puddings consisted of profiteroles, toffee apple, banana fritters or cheesecake, all served with ice cream. Excellent value for money and we will be returning again.

Fantastic hot food. Plenty to choose from. Drinks push up the bill but the food is outstanding. I took my parents there for the first time yesterday and they really enjoyed it. That was my 3rd time there and everytime I go the food is just as good as the last visit.

Went for a friends birthday - largeish group so we were a little annoying as continually asked for more drinks/ dishes etc but staff were all polite. Service was a little slow however.We asked for a bit of everything to start but several dishes were missing so had to ask for things and keep an eye on menu. Had to try keep track of mains the same way as were concerned that some dishes were ending as others were arriving and hard to keep track of what was ordered. Duck was very generous in portion size but not enough pancakes and veg by a long stretch. Asked for more and they came no problem but thought could have brought more to start. Lots to choose from on menu however. Much more than a lot of all you can eat restaurants. Including dessert options. The food we did have was good. And we had a lot of seafood dishes. Also offer s decent veggie selection compared to a lot of buffets. The spinning table was handy and clean plates brought out regularly. Not the best Chinese I've had but certainly good for the price and value for money.

absolutely disgusting,from the beginning i we didnt get drinks for 20 mins when the starters came out there wasn't even enough for one thing each and the bits i did try were disgusting. then the mains come out they were all freezing, put them on the plate tried them and left them. I called over the waiter and said I was disappointed and his reply oh sorry and walked off I though he was getting the manager but didn't I called the manager over and explained it to her she became very annoyed and just said u want putting and at this point replied no. I asked how the situation would be resolved which at this point she began raising her voice and midway through talking she walked of to sort out other customers. so I walked out to the foyer with 4 year old daughter leaving my mum and other family members to sort the bill at which point she ran and barged past me not letting me out the door. I then asked in a polite manner to let me and my daughter out and she started shouting at me in front of my daughter and then a man came out and started to shout at me at which point my daughter was very upset and shaking, she then continued to hold my sister in locking the door even though they had paid for what they had eaten she kept her in there for nearly a hour DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

It is wonderful having this restaurant so close and able to collect takeaways from them. The phone is usually answered promptly and we havenever had to wait more than 15 minutes to collect. Food is piping hot, well packaged for the car journey and always good quality. No complaints!

even though i know the sevrice has been bad before we have enjoyed the food here so we booked a table over the phone for saturday evening only to turn up on the night to be told she thought it was friday evening - no apology from the woman just told to go away - never again will i darken the door of this godawefull place

We eat here a number of times a year. Called and booked a table for 6.30pm on Saturday night. Travel from outside of the city. We arrive and they had booked us in for Friday night. Owner's response was sorry but no tables. Blatantly booked us in for the wrong day as when I booked she told us we would be charged for use of a high chair. We will not be returning. Customer service is as pleasant as touching a boiling kettle!!

Have had 2 meals here lately due to a birthday and anniversary. All I can say it is worth every penny - just over £15 per person and you come away feeling full. Always very clean and service is prompt, possibly a bit rushed. Lots of starters to choose from to begin meal and you can have as many refills as you want, crispy duck and pancakes to follow. Mains - a good selection, small portions but as many as you can manage. My favourite is Sizzling beef in black bean sauce. We like it as there is never any waste. Dessert a little limited but enough to tempt your taste buds and and you get to have more than one, which we did. Can't wait for the next visit.

I've been visiting this place for a monthly lunchtime meal with ex-colleagues for several years now and the food has never disappointed. A group of about 8 to 10 of us usually meet mid-week and the service is always good (except for a very brief period about a year or so ago when a new waiter started) but that was very quickly remedied. The staff are always welcoming and polite and the premises are always clean and tidy (albeit sometimes a little chilly).The Royal China has always been exceptional value (although I can only say about the lunchtime menu) and to date, even this month after many other establishments have hiked up their prices, the total bill has always been less than £10 per head. This includes a starter, a selection of several main dishes with rice and noodles, and an ice-cream desert or coffee. No one ever comes away hungry - unlike other similar restaurants I've visited in the same town this same month, and paid substantially more. I can heartily recommend it :-)

Starters were a little bland. Main meals were very tasty but just very small portions. Could keep asking for more but would take a while. Only one lady could take the food order and she was very organised but was very flustered, we felt like we couldn't relax. The man owner sometimes pushed the staff around a bit to hurry up - not very nice. They are only trying to keep the customers happy but sometimes important to keep staff happy.

There were nine of us out on our monthly Chinese night. The restaurant looks like the interior has had a refurbishment and was nicely set out. It wasn't very busy so we may have benefited from this but the service was very good. Attentive but not pushy; letting us dictate the pace of the courses with no feeling of being rushed. Initially thought the portions were small but they kept coming until we said stop so I suppose this helps reduce wastage. The food was great; all freshly prepared and a great variety and it was nice that dessert was included in the price. I think we all left feeling stuffed and feeling it was a great value meal.

Went with my family and had a lovely meal. Staff are well trained and asked about allergies at the table. Food is cooked to order so it is fresh and hot. A fantastic price for all you can eat from the menu.

The night started off well, the two English servers that were waiting on me and my partner were polite. The starters were good, the duck and pancakes were good only a little bit on the soggy side but the meat itself was lovely. When our mains arrived, a cashew chicken and crispy chilli beef with rice it went very quickly downhill. The chicken was very clearly frozen and microwaved. The "crispy" chilli beef was swimming in a watery chilli sauce which rendered said crispy beef soggy and bland. The rice was served stone cold, again very clearly a microwave job. I confronted who I presume to be the managers wife about the poor chicken quality, she proceeded to tell me everything was cooked fresh and nothing is frozen. However having worked in hotels and restaurants I understand the need for frozen food. However food of that poor a quality should never be served. Chicken that looks like fish is not okay. The lady proceeded to raise her voice and began shouting which is very unprofessional and uncalled for as I was just pointing out errors in their food as any paying customer would. She brought over the manager who again started shouting about how everything was cooked fresh and was authentic Chinese food. Having been to China and eaten authentic Chinese food it was far from it. I wouldn't have minded if they just apologised, took the drinks off the bill and we ordered something else, however the song and dance that was made over a criticism was not okay and was down right unacceptable and they will be reported for bad food hygiene. Never eat here unless you wish to become ill or enjoy being shouted at.

Terrible undercooked food. When asked to take chicken back because was undercooked got screamed at to the point of having a panic attack. This establishment should be struck off.

We went to Royal China on advice from our Son, and we were please we did go. We didn't wait for a table we were taken straight to one, the menu was easy to understand, it was a Buffet where you could eat as much as you wanted, the service was excellent and the food food didn't disappoint eather, also it is over priced, defiantly go again.

Visited here on a Thursday evening with my family. The staff couldn't do enough and we had more than enough food and throughly enjoyed our evening. We had all fresh and brought to the table, only downfall is that we were charged £2 for a highchair for my 18 month old daughter not great as she would have been running around otherwise so didn't have a choice but to pay apart from that a great visit.

I was pleased with our choice the young girls serving are freindly and welcoming. The food was lovely and very tastey. Lots of mains and starters to choose from. And my daughter loved the many sweets to choose from. Good job.

Went with my friend on a Sunday night.After the friendly waitress explained how the buffet works here, me and my friends ordered our starters. The food is nothing special, just your typical non-authentic Chinese food,and it tasted pretty good. Now I appreciate the facts that the food were cooked fresh for orders, and the owner probably don't want the food to be wasted...but the portion size was ridiculously small each time we order, that we eventually got tired of ordering and left the restaurant...The experience did not feel like a buffet but more like a tasting event...nonetheless, good customer service from the waitress.

I have always found the food freshly cooked and plentiful. I love their garlic chicken! I have rarely had to wait long for service but admit I usually go at lunchtime when it is less busy. We have returned many times and have yet to have any issues with the food or the staff.

Visited Sunday lunch . FOOD was fresh and plenty .All nice and hot. Squid is to die for.Loads of pork , beef and chicken dishes, fried squid, spring rolls, prawn toasts, special fried rice, few types of noodles. There is also desserts and fruots and ice cream .
