The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The staff were so kind when our daughter dropped her hot chocolate - they gave us another one for free and made sure it was cool enough for her to drink. Thank you. We loved the outdoor seating area. So cosy.

Excellent service, quality food

Quite a nice ambience, lovely, helpful waiter. Food was OK, nothing special, vastly overpriced. Won't be visiting again and CANNOT recommend.

Amazing new food menu, we eat here a lot and the new menu is amazing, as always staff so friendly and service is also amazing. This is a totally must treat.

We arrived for lunch and it was busy but we managed to get a table after a short wait and placed our order. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food (with 2 small children). If they had told us when ordering it would have been that long we would have gone elsewhere. Children were so hungry by the time the food arrived that we had all more or less lost our appetite. 5 year old said 'we won't be coming back here again!' There's an honest review for you! But it wasn't just the ridiculously long wait that made this an unpleasant experience. When we asked the owner if she had an update on our food (who had already had a very loud go at another customer and made the issue very public to the room setting an uncomfortable atmosphere) we were met with a very rude response. She must have then told the chef that customers are asking how long it will be and the chef very loudly said "Tell them they'll get it when they get and they can...." I wanted to leave immediately at this point but we'd already had to pay when ordering. People in the restaurant starting turning around to look at us to ask us why they were being so rude to us. It was so unpleasant. All we'd asked was how long it would be as our children were so hungry. Never going back which is a shame as the food was actually nice when it finally arrived. The waiting staff who served us were lovely too.

We recently hired the back room at The Roundbush for our daughter’s baptism reception, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We had 34 adults and 7 children in our group. From start to finish, the staff were incredible. We planned it with Shannon and she couldn’t have been more accommodating and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was outstanding – we all had the roast dinner (as it was a Sunday), which was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked meats and all the trimmings. They also catered wonderfully for a mix of vegetarians, vegans and children, ensuring that everyone in our group was well looked after. Just a special add that the Guinness here is exceptional, with some avid fans of the black stuff in our group pleasantly impressed! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Highly recommend The Roundbush to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a lovely venue. Thanks again Shannon, Tony and Erika.

I booked and pre-ordered a Christmas meal for our family of ten. On arrival I checked in at the bar saying we had booked and my name. We were shown to our table, which didn't look very Christmassy and a waitress brought some menus. I explained we had prebooked, so didn't need menus and we were then shown to the correct table. We were asked what drinks we wanted: prosecco, sold out; vodka and coke, no coke; vodka and orange, no orange; zinfandel, sold out. We did get wine and beer. Food was OK. On receiving the bill I sent it back complaining about the lack of drinks so they took some off. I sent the next bill back as they had not deducted the £110 deposit I paid weeks before. Eventually got the correct bill and left asap.

I recently tried Thai Rack and was really impressed. The food has a great balance of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors. The Pad Thai and Green Curry were both fresh and tasty. Definitely a solid choice for delicious Thai food!

It's Domino's - decent pizza, though I like their thin crust lot more. The team at Radlett are really amazing - they go above and beyond. Handle complaints really well if there is a genuine issue - but also know how to deal with pranksters. Pick up from there generally means half price.
