How the hell is pizza Hut still in business? 20 pound pizza that tastes like cardboard. For 5 pound I can get a better one from CoOp

I've ordered the food over the phone, got there to collect my order and the woman that prepared my food was there eating it and her excuse was I thought you are not coming.

Used to come here when it was Platform one but moved away & came back to visit & saw that the name had changed. What a total disappointment. The old place had a happy , welcome vibe . Went in with my husband for drinks & lunch and was greeted by a guy who I assume was the manager & to say he was rude was an under statement. He looked us up & down with contempt & said hot drinks & take away food outside. We said we wanted drinks from the bar & he pointed to the corner by the door & said go over there & we ordered 2 cold beers & the girl behind the bar had a face that would turn milk sour & the same air of contempt. We drank our drinks & left & will not be returning. What a shame

I visited the store today having placed an order including 2 large fries from the drive-through. I was disappointed with the temperature of the fries which were tested before I’d left the drove off. The staff member questioned the temperature, but had taken them away and promptly exchanged them for “hot fries”. Which I thanked her for. I parked up in the retail park but was shocked to find having tipped the fries out into the Big Mac lid, the top fries were pipping hot, but the fries at the bottom shockingly cold. My Mum & I decided to eat the rest of the meal as queues were out of control at McDonald’s. I made a call to the store while sat there complaining to a female Manager who asked me to return if possible so this could be sorted out for me. In the store I was met by a tall lanky male Manager who needed a lesson in customer service to be honest. He asked me why I hadn’t returned the cold items as this was “policy” but would replace them when I explained I wasn’t asked to when speaking with the female Manager. On further explaining to him that I’ve had to return to the store having originally asked the staff member to change them even realising they were cold, it was clear to me they had simply been topped up with hot fries. And he seemed more concerned about the lack of returned fries than the complaint itself!. Having managed at the High Street McDonald’s, I explained that I was utterly surprised by the way he was dealing with my complaint, without so much as an apology. To this he became extremely hostile and threatening towards me. He replied, “Well I’m the Manager at this McDonald's” & “Do you want your fries”??, before heading off to return with then sarcastically asking me to try them to ensure they were hot, and then wishing me a good day while smirking! I’m not at all surprised by his attitude! At least the young lady that served me was polite and professional, something this so-called Manager could learn a great deal from!

Great pub with a great atmosphere

Shawarma was tasty, pizza over cooked was not good. Fries 🍟 were good. Not too expensive but not worth as the food was not good

Lovely country pub. Food good and reasonably priced. Ambience of pub very nice. Service good. Only complaint their telephone had a very loud ring tone and it seemed to take ages for anyone to answer. It sounded like a fire alarm going off! This was very irritating when you’re trying to have a conversation with friends.

Okay café but quite pricey for what you get. Tables look dirty even after they clean them.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Very clean. The music was not too loud. The cocktails were very good. A nice place to spend a couple of hours and have some drinks

Lovely food and great service from Agnes on the bar.

The delivery took an hour and a half to arrive and there was missing fries food was cold also

The best fish & chips by far that I have had in a pub restaurant. The staff are always attentive & friendly & it has a great atmosphere.

Wrong meals sent. One wrongly sent meal was under cooked.

Great food - first time trying it! Food left on every plate, not due distaste but due to the very generous portions! Extremely fast delivery by Reggie and our foot was steaming on hot and tasty on arrival. 10/10 would recommend.
