McDonald's in Bedford

We got a flat duet coke very cold chips a chicken wrap that had 2 small peices of chicken inside totally disappointed with it so we have decided no more mcdonalds.

Gave a chocolate cookie instead of chocolate brownie

the delivery person was nice, the restaurant made mistake with our order and the chips 🍟 were awful

driver didnt have the delivery address, was shouting an aggressive on delivery, people watch out for this agressive driver

Food took 2 hours to arrive, for the order to be wrong. Missing item milkshake. Coke spilled and medium instead of large fries x2.

Rude when we called them up because they got our order wrong and all we got was a rude girl giving attitude and swearing at us for no reason at all.I think this is absolutely appalling behaviour I do not recommend going to this McDonalds aspects is a lot better and nicer employees.

Absolute pathetic restaurant. I have 4 chips missing and 2 Mccrispy chicken missing. Rand mcdonalds and the manageress was extremely rude and unhelpful. I paid for this food and more than half my order is missing. Her attitude was if you have problems with order than i suggest you dont buy from mcdonalds again!!!!

it was cold and the coke was medium not large unless they have shrunk like everything else. I don't have takeaways very often so look forward to them when I do have them. I ordered it at 4pm tobe delivered at 5.30pm but it was as I said 15 mins late.

When the order was received all the drinks had spilt and all drinks wasted. Driver also was 15 mins late. Not happy at all and expect partial if not full refund!

driver took multiple deliveries one of Which was the complete opposite direction in wixams was there for 10 minutes then had to pass maccys to deliver my food at the hospital food was completley cold an mcflurrys melted not happy

Embarrassingly bad. Cold, stale fries, missing burger and only 1 pickle in cheeseburger. Wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business in the next few years based on this experience. Shockingly bad. Avoid.

McDonald’s at Interchange Retail Park is a solid spot for a quick meal while shopping or traveling. The location is very convenient – easy to reach with plenty of parking, which is a big plus. Bunch of mongtards. Drink with no ice was served with ice. Burger with an extra was served without the extra. Made to park up and wait 5 mins for their sheer incompetence

Cold food, uninterested staff, asked if everything was in the bag was told yes but they had not packed it, asked if the chips were still warm as the order took so long and was told to try one! How about you just give me warm food? Just a massive disappointment, and don't call them if your order is wrong, if they answer the phone they want you to travel back to correct their mistake

Well it's been 10 months since I needed to visit this branch and again outstandingly poor. Burgers over cooked and dried bun over cooked and chewy makes a Philly cheese Meal, normally great, an utter chewy cold miserable experience. This branch is killing the McDonald's name one meal at a time 😔

Very busy, unlikely to get your order right to be honest. Nearly every visit I am needing something fixed, or contacting customer services.

Staff are friendly and polite to delivery drivers. They work hard in a fast paced environment. Popular place at night. 24 hours. Sometimes short staffed at night.
