McDonald's in Bedford

Milkshake was 3/4 full, cheeseburger was missing. I hate ordering food

Food was lovely and warm just the chips needs to be a bit hotter. all round great taste and worth the wait 👊🏻😎👍🏻

Not sure if it’s the fault of the driver or the restaurant; but the food was cold and soggy by the time it arrived to me. Also one of the drinks spilled in the bag and it wet my floor and has to throw the drink in the bin

the order took over an hour to arrive. The driver apologised and said there was traffic. Mate... I was literally watching you drive all over the estate clearly making other deliveries!!! Food was stone cold by the time it reached me.

Well it's been 10 months since I needed to visit this branch and again outstandingly poor. Burgers over cooked and dried bun over cooked and chewy makes a Philly cheese Meal, normally great, an utter chewy cold miserable experience. This branch is killing the McDonald's name one meal at a time 😔

Never got my food delivered, even that my husband went to the restaurant to get it, they wouldn’t give it to him. Terrible

Delivery was fine. Had no dips arrive with the order, second time now and not just 1 dip but several different ones. Food ok otherwise

Very busy, unlikely to get your order right to be honest. Nearly every visit I am needing something fixed, or contacting customer services.

Staff are friendly and polite to delivery drivers. They work hard in a fast paced environment. Popular place at night. 24 hours. Sometimes short staffed at night.

Option doesn't provide the correct lateness time, The driver failed to even show up. Lazy people that cant read clear instruction should be working for delivery.

Very very slow service! I waited over half an hour for my order and they didn’t even have any other orders.

Hit and miss. Sometimes it’s good other times it’s not. Sometimes food is cold when I’ve done click and serve. Not great when handling big orders as food is missed especially when they are busy mainly evening times so I suggest checking everything before putting away. They are apologetic when there is food missing and they are quick to bring out the missing items

Drivers need to learn how to use a heat bag to keep hot food good to eat. I don't order hot food for it to be cold.

Rubbish all drinks were spilt in the bag. Don’t ever send that driver to my house again

All my food was cold. Drinks were spilt and to top it off my delivery was late, now I’ve tried filing for a refund considering I paid £25 yet nothing has taken place

The driver was rude, threw all the rubbish from her pockets onto the driveway. Food was cold, she is unapologetic and rude and I am not happy with this service at all.

Slow service all round. Drive through queue unreal. Decided to order inside. No customers but service still slow. Order came complete with Long black hair in the quarter pounder. Food cold. Not impressed.com

Food, stone cold, the driver obviously couldn't find the property as 1 minute was outside then 15 mins later it was delivered!! Wasn't even dark so could easily seen the house number

If you want to taste someone else's aftershave with your burger - then this is the place for you! 🤢 the worst McD around.Multiple attempts to give it a go and always v disappointing. Avoid entirely or make the trip to milton keynes.

Food was stone cold, didn’t put the dips in and didn’t put any straws in.

The burgers were all cold the refund of £3.54 was very dissappointing. The courier couldn't find our big building, when he eventually found us he was rude & miserable.

My food was rubish. I ordered my fish o fillet with extra tartar sauce and I got no cheese and sauce in my burger.

Why is it so difficult for your staff to follow orders (online and drive thru) the amount of times we've ordered for delivery and NEVER get the dips we ask for, despite ordering nuggets, who eats a bloody dry nugget, just been through the drive thru, having ordered via the app and stupidly expected the bbq sauces in the bag, I asked for ketchup which they gave us 2, get home, we haven't even got straws for our drinks Sort it out guys, I did your job when I was 18, it's not rocket science

Had kids meal missing,3 large chips missing,double cheeseburger meal missing and 3 cheeseburgers missing,totally upset with this and have now had to drive to mcdonalds and collect order,no refund or nothing so won't be using them again

Good delivery time but always seem to make some sort of mistake whether it be the wrong burger or small quantities of dessert there’s always a downside, personally I wouldn’t order from this one online.

Very happy with McDonald's in general but this location does have better service and the food is always fresh.

When you pre-order it does not mean you will receive your order at that time which makes no sence which made me late but oh well

Driver was really polite. Fries were cold but that was expected with McDonald’s.
