Oriental Fusion in Bedford

Tried a few local places over the years, and this is the only one that's never let me down. You might be waiting a bit longer on Fri/Sat nights, but this is true of anywhere. Food has always been great, and prices are quite reasonable if you order direct.

Food is great never had a bad experience ,always warm ,always on time and always tasty .Been going here for a couple of years and would only order from here,if you want a decent Chinese I would suggest this takeaway this is the best in bedford and kempston

Amazing food with great staff. Portions are really good and worth every penny. Salt and Chilli chips are a must 😆

Great food, and even better service. Kevin (i think his name was) was particularly helpful and polite and served with a great smile on his face. Would would definitely return. Food was amazing as well.

Can NOT fault the food at all. But service and delivery is absolutely ridiculous!!! Placed my order online at 18:29PM Saturday evening and after 4 phone calls asking for updates on how long/delivery etc, the food finally arrived at 20:15PM almost 2 hours later! Man who answers the phone is so unhelpful and has a very ‘I can’t be bothered to talk to you’ attitude and has no customer service at all. The delivery driver was nice and more apologetic than him. Will come and collect it next time!

Decided to try these guys on a whim last week. Pretty good all around, for what you pay for. Love their chilli and salt spare ribs and their crispy shredded beef. Singapore chow mein also rather good. Solid effort + reasonable prices = nice Chinese takeaway. 🐉🇨🇳🥢

Terrible food. Everything was so bland. No flavour at all. Asked for beef and blackbean spicy, was beef in a gravy. Chill and salt ribs could have had any salt on them. I was told 30 - 45 mins for delivery but was over an hour. Won't be ordering again.

We normally order from Oriental Fusion and on the whole its very good. Tonight however we ordered off their website and not Just Eat. We chased our order after an 1hr 10mins and was told its just being packed and should be with us in 20 mins. From previous experience this usually seems to mean we forgot! As we order often its a case of everyone has busy days and it was a Saturday however when it arrived the portion of Duck wasnt as full as usual and the hoisin sauce was almost concentrate. We'll still be going back as on the whole the food is good but this time it was a little below standard for them.

Food was shocking, bland tasted like it was reheated from frozen & has left me with an upset stomach would be zero stars if I could!

Food didn't turn up when supposed to when tried ringing kept hanging up took 20 minutes to get an answer to then be told food would be another 20 minutes in the kitchen so it would have been 1hr 30 late and told will take 3 days for refund. Would never use again and would recommend you stay away.

This is the 1st and last time. Place the order online 6.30pm Now it's 8.30pm still not received. Rang two times told it's gonna take another 25minutes .

Had our first take away meal from here and very happy. Food and service really good will definitely be back. A cheerful person serving is always a bonus thank you.

Food order was over an hour and half late and then wrong, it was missing one item. Delivery of this item we were told to be 10 minutes after calling them several times again. Finally arrived a further 40 minutes late. Food is fairly good but the service is terrible. Over our last three orders there have been two mistakes and two meals were late. This recent event has completely ruined our evening meal and evening with friends, placing doubt on using this restaurant again. Very badly let down and very poor service even with the partial refund. 2 Oct 21 Another disappointing experience. Food an hour late again and to add insult one of the sauces had leaked over the food. No apology for late delivery so no more orders going their way, which is a shame as the food is nice. Still 1 star !

We waited 3 hours for our food to be delivered. Phoned at 7.10 to place inital order and food finally arrived 10.10 Food was nice but just took way too long!

Always used them, to fair the food has always been good - but they have always said that the price isn't the price advertised and have always asked for an extra £2 for the delivery driver. I ordered online and they phoned me asking for an extra £2, but I said no give me a refund - still waiting!!!!

Really surprised by some of the negative reviews, have used this Chinese resteraunt alot and never had problems food is always tasty and hot, prices very reasonable and always had good service when calling up. Literally the best tasting Chinese in Bedford having tried others.

This places soups arent my taste but the food here is pretty good .

Rather good bit a lil pricey! I had crispy chicken bits without the sweet + sour sauce & they tasted good yet they're a lil too much batter on them.

Can’t fault the food here BUT we ordered at 6pm and it’s now past 9 and we have 3 hungry kids. Disappointed that our New Year’s Eve focuses around this meal has taken all evening to arrive. Not cool. No offer of reduced payment and frankly condescending attitude from staff member promising it will arrive hour after hour.

Awful service from this place. I would not recommend buying from them based off customer service. They seem to have one rule for one order and another for others wether it's delivery or collection. I ordered from them and asked to get delivery to one address and within that order I was charged a delivery fee (which was fine, this was an order off their site and not JustEat) and within 2 minutes of that order being placed I get a call to ask for more money. Funnily enough, when the driver came he to was also confused why his bosses were asking that. Seperate occasion we were ordering from a different address and it was a group order and the extensive money chasing phone call never happened. Todays occasion, I am at my work address which is close enough to them to deliver and a hour passes with no food and no call. I call them to be told they cant find the order repeatedly. Finally after going back and forth they find my order and it's apparently going to arrive in 15 minutes. I ask for a refund as it's already been an hour and I am told dont order from us again. It was fairly different to a different occasion where I had been instore and the same person taking orders is now apologetic and sincere. I will not be buying from this place. They clearly dont seem to have a standard of customer service and seem to believe its the customers fault. They need to get someone else to handle the phones as I am sure, he alone will stop anyone ordering. Usless place.

Always great food from here. Quick service. Slightly dearer than some other take aways in the area, but worth the extra couple of quid

THE best Chinese/Thai food in Kempston

Best Chinese in Kempston. My family and I have been using them for about 2/3 years after tried most of the ones in Kempston & Bedford and we would never go to another one now

Had lots of chicken meals for a well desreved friday takeaway and high protein diet as I am in training for tough mudder . Spent 30 quid on lots of chicken dishes but the chicken was not chicken it was some sort of processed meat very low quality at that !. Like white spam . Anywy i was hungry and had one of the 5 dishes and i dont think i will eat the rest . I am sure they have had real chicken in the past . Looks like they have changed there ideas on quality meats . Big mistake ! Maybe next time tell the customer there being ripped off with very poor processed meat.

Absolutely disgusted by the mans attitude on the phone... he forgot my chicken curry and was rude when asked where it was.... never ever use them again...

Just ordered Chinese from this place, old oily soggy sweet and sour chicken balls , chips raw everything was absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend. We Rang to complain but the customer service was terrible.

absolutely rubbish if i could give 0 stars i would, we've eaten with them before and it was nice but when you order food and the don't delivery, try and call the and they don't pick up. i cant believe any self respecting business can do that and then offer you a discount next time.... thats appalling. I cant believe that they think this is acceptable.

Having tried most of them, this is definitely the best Chinese takeaway in Kempston. Always very good, (never had a bad meal yet), and huge menu to choose from. (everything from classic Chinese dishes to Thai and Malaysian). They get very busy at times, so best to order by phone and collect. They're always very friendly and polite.

Good food - always delivered when they say it is. When they muck things up (which is very rarely) they always sort it out pretty quick.
