Pizza Hut Delivery in Bedford

How the hell is pizza Hut still in business? 20 pound pizza that tastes like cardboard. For 5 pound I can get a better one from CoOp

Food arrived freezing cold again. Wrote to Pizza Hut who said tough.

Awesome thick crust pizza and it's not covered in oil or whatever they serve in other pizzerias

Ordered online, was told this would be delivered within 30 minutes. Over an hour later, no answer to their phone, no delivery and appalling service! Will not be going back there again.

18 quid for a pizza that's the size of my palm. Absolute joke

Use often for collection, good deals and normally ready within 15mins

Terrible experience. Waited an hour and a half for pizza to be delivered. When I chased up, was told it was out for delivery. It then took another half an hour to finally arrive. When it did, the pizza was cold and horrible. I called about 20 times to complain, no answer. No apology, nothing. Dominos next time...

Food was 40 mins late in the afternoon, food was cold and they left it on the floor outside my house, don’t ever leave food on the floor. Absolute joke. Will never order from these incompetent people again. Trash

Pizza Hut pizza is good but this place can’t seem to deliver within an hour and a half. Every time. They aren’t a new establishment anymore. Get it together.

This hut has never delivered on time 100% of the time (2 orders from 2). Ordered 2 hours ahead to ensure it would be ready for delivery on time and 30mins yes post delivery I am still waiting. The store rarely answers their phone to be able to chase my delivery. Certainly won’t be using again…should have known to order from dominos after the first experience. Avoid.

Ordered 3 times time and not been disappointed. Pizzas and orders arrived and have always been oven hot. Had a little mix up this evening after I placed an order online, however the manager sorted it out immediately and was extremely obliging/courteous. The delivery driver also very pleasant. Will continue to order from here.

Tried the new Pizzahut opened in Bedford. The food was hot and fresh well as very friendly staff.

Horrific experience from the delivery driver. They are suppose to deliver to your door but not this young man. Unfortunately this young chap decided to ring the buzzer and play on his phone for a bit. I had to carry my baby down three flight of stairs to to outside the building entrance( he refused to enter the building due to covid) although all restrictions have been lifted. I had to collect 5 boxes. Balancing them and my baby up the stairs there was no humanity. He just grinned and watched me struggle. Disgusting people you hire as your drivers.

Decided to try the new Pizza Hut which opened in broadway. First impression nice seating area. While you wait for your order you can watch how they make your food. I noticed the pizza maker weren’t wearing either a hair net nor a hat. Her hair was down. I also noticed pizza chef weren’t washing hands whilst making pizzas. If you ask how I know, well I ordered 4 pizzas for my work colleagues. 1 was just cheese due to the person we’re vegetarian and other 3 were meat. Noticed pizza maker made all four pizzas and moved onto next order without washing her hands. Risk hazard for cross contamination. She also dropped blue coloured lid while making pizza and she straight away picked up and put it in a metal shelf behind and moved on making pizza again without washing hand. No mask worn by any store people no gloves were worn as well.
