KFC Kempston - Bedford Road in Bedford

Only half of my order was delivered and it was cold. Burger buns are hard and the contact number doesn’t work. Would not order from here again!

Cans of drink put in same bag as the food so drinks were warm by the time delivery came.

Missing items. And items that were delivered were of poor quality.

Pathetic food. Meat is under cooked didn’t feel like we were eating kfc. The chicken pop corn were soggy and the staff were not helpful either. Would never visit this branch any more.

We each had a meal deal , and chicken on both meals was delicious .

Chicken dry as anything and didn’t actually taste like KFC, too many chances now, that’s us done with Kempston KFC

The meal quality was substandard, with undersized and overcooked portions, and missing items. Given our combined expenditure of approximately £30, we found it unacceptable to be charged 50p for a small amount of ketchup, especially considering that it should be included with each meal.

The female who served me assured me my discount card had gone through, but in the end it had not. When I queried the cost I was told to submit a discount card first - which I had done. Asked to speak with a supervisor and told none work at weekends. Food was good.

Service very slow staff pretty much the same wont be going back

consistently given me different times for preparation and delivering. waited over an hr for food. food came cold or lukewarm. not worth the money paid and definitely never again.

Order was only for chicken burgers and chips and they couldn’t even get that right! No chips £32 for 4 burgers what a rip off!!!

The chicken was literally drenched in oil, I managed one bite which I then had to spit out and ended up throwing all the entire meal in the bin. The 7Up was fine though.

Specifically asked for no mayo on the burgers, both burgers arrived swimming in mayo. Good job it’s not an allergy. Other than that, it was ok.

When the food was delivered it was actually cold, and this is the second time this has happened out of 2 orders,but after warming up in oven it was fine

I like the kfc food like it is finger licking but the service in 2025 is absolutely awful because i was waiting to order there was a man in front of me and there was a lady just sitting there doing chips or what ever then she finally order his food the i had to wait like 5-6 minuets to order then i finally ordered but then when i order like 5 minutes after i asked about my food because all i order was 3 piece chicken and chips and a mini fillet burger but then a lady said to me 'im just waiting for the zinger burger ' then i said but i have not ordered a zinger burger then she finally call out number 1063 so i said that's mine because it was mine then i finally got the order🙄😶

We had to wait over 1hr an half for food, it was wrong when we got it and freezing cold!

Fabulous delivery driver!!! had to pop out and forgot to give the code to my elderly relative who was visiting. The lovely delivery driver was kindness itself and very patient, didn't get their name but wish I had given a bigger tip! THANK YOU !!!

All food was stone cold despite not having to travel far. Cold cans placed on top of warm food? Missing item (popcorn chicken) and both corn on the cobs cold but clearly off when bitten into (had to chuck both away!) Very disappointed!

Food was rubbish. Tiny pieces of chicken, not much variety. Cold drinks had been placed on top of chips resulting in warm drinks and cold soggy chip. Waste of £40. Won't be bothering again.

Was given food order saying it was complete but when got home Part of order missing, they were too Busy chatting and prioritising deliveries. £8.99 meal missing!! Bag sealed so Shiuldnt have to check before leaving,, too far to go back and dispute, phone line constantly engaged. Will never use them again

we were goven the wrong order and phoned 50 times(YES 50) to complain and still didnt get a reply and when we went to the store was told nothing they could do just complain to just eat

What an awful service, delivery driver decided to deliver the food to a different house without even accepting the code. Waste of waiting time and then decided to close the chat when I told him he was on the wrong road.

I have complained before and the same thing keeps happening. 1. Why do you keep putting cold cans of drink in with hot food? 2. Each time i order an extra piece of chicken its from an older batch not the same ones that come with meal.

Order was delivered in good time and the driver was great. The restaurant completely ignored my chicken pieces request. Not impressed with them.

I recently visited this KFC, and while the food was very good, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff member (Lady with head covered)serving me was unfriendly, didn’t greet me, and had an unpleasant attitude, giving me weird looks throughout the interaction. It really took away from the overall experience. Good customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this was disappointing. I hope the management can address this issue to improve the experience for future customers.

2 times I’ve been here in the past 2 months. 1st time we waited like 45 mins for our food. It was busy which is fair enough but they were prioritising the deliveries and had forgot all about my order. My order wasn’t even on the screen. And the staffs attitude was disgusting. Second time I went was last night. It was quiet and food was quick so good. But the staffs attitude. All of them mucking around and fooling about. Management need to step in.

Terrible the bag was wet and broken, the food was cold, we are missing a gravy, the popcorn chicken had spilled into the delivery bag hence we could nt receive it.

the delivery time changed several times, making it over an hour! food was then cold when delivered. Not even the slightest bit warm. The temperature surely was not at legal serving temp. Very disappointed.
