Was given food order saying it was complete but when got home Part of order missing, they were too Busy chatting and prioritising deliveries. £8.99 meal missing!! Bag sealed so Shiuldnt have to check before leaving,, too far to go back and dispute, phone line constantly engaged. Will never use them again

Staff clearly can’t count , I ordered 6 wings and only got five , couldn’t understand a word of what anyone said , bin was left in the middle with f the room , food was barley good (only because it’s kfc) , not worth going

I recently visited this KFC, and while the food was very good, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff member (Lady with head covered)serving me was unfriendly, didn’t greet me, and had an unpleasant attitude, giving me weird looks throughout the interaction. It really took away from the overall experience. Good customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this was disappointing. I hope the management can address this issue to improve the experience for future customers.

food was hot and delivered on time , only issue the gravy wasn't as nice as our last order we did it was bland and not mixed well , ,

Terrible the bag was wet and broken, the food was cold, we are missing a gravy, the popcorn chicken had spilled into the delivery bag hence we could nt receive it.

order for specific time of 5.30pm it came at 5.45. then I was missing items and food was cold

2 times I’ve been here in the past 2 months. 1st time we waited like 45 mins for our food. It was busy which is fair enough but they were prioritising the deliveries and had forgot all about my order. My order wasn’t even on the screen. And the staffs attitude was disgusting. Second time I went was last night. It was quiet and food was quick so good. But the staffs attitude. All of them mucking around and fooling about. Management need to step in.

Absolute joke! Driver didn’t turn up with my food and I lost £82. I work in a children’s home and it was supposed to be a take away night. Huge let down

Same every time we come here about 7-8 staff all seemingly standing around doing nothing. Prioritising the delivery orders over customers waiting in the store.

the delivery time changed several times, making it over an hour! food was then cold when delivered. Not even the slightest bit warm. The temperature surely was not at legal serving temp. Very disappointed.

Waited for 30 mins ,yet didnt get all my food. Had to drive back,and waited for another 10/15 mins ,for them to confirm they haven't given my order. And ended up with uncooked meal. Its not my job to check my orders,after almost 40 mins wait. And again NIT MY JOB,TO CHECK IF THE FOOD IS COOKED????? HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICERs SHOULD MAKE A VISIT IN ALL THE BRANCHES and VHECK THE HYGIENE AND MANAGEMENTS TO CHECK UPON SERVICE AND STAFFS. !!!!! Could drive my way back again. But frankly, staffs arent bothered to serve ,or into the work. If I had to get them yo pay for my petrol,i wonder what would have been their thoughts ??

U sent the wrong drink I asked for coke and got 7 up and the driver got lost and hardly spoke English. Please employ people that speak English and know where they are going thank you

Parts of order missing, this is a common occurrence with KFC Kempston. Luckily JustEat will refund you for missing items.

Fresh cooked chicken,not stale and dry,but no corn on the cob which is a let-down!

The delivery took an hour and a half to arrive and there was missing fries food was cold also

The service in this store in kempston is so slow and all the staff are rude and have an attitude I thought it would change but nothing has changed, customers walk out while waiting in line because no one is at the till and all the staff look confused or can’t speak English

The only thing was that I requested in a note that the 2 pieces be drumsticks and got 2 breast pieces which I find too dry so not happy with that but the delivery was fine

The delivery guy was a problem I give him the order number I told him what I ordered and he still asking for a 4 digit number which I didn’t have took him 20 minutes to give as the food night mare

Staff are very rude can’t speak English then on top of that they didn’t have the right change so helped them selves to charity box there are absolute animals in there I wouldn’t let my own dog eat from there. I wonder where they get there Staff from aswell because they don’t know how to act like normal humans very odd behaviour in there

Really? How hard is it to fulfil an order? Missing 1 hot wing, corn on the cob given instead of the chips I ordered and a tango in replace of an orange juice. Every time! It’s so frustrating! I honestly don’t know how this happens. How hard is it to fulfil an order that is written down for you to follow??

This is the worst kfc in bedford, i cant tell you a time they have ever seasoned their chips and its supposed too be the main selling point,the staff are rude and all round just terrible, been here 3 times in the last month and it just gets worse

Bought 3 x 3 piece chicken wings and when we got home there were only 6 in the bag. The one time I forgot to check my order before leaving, this happens. This isnt the first time this has happened either. How is it only at KFC that staff does not know how to do simple maths. Been trying to call for the last 20 minutes, and it's saying line busy. What do you do, turn the phones off? KFC, please recruit staff that can at least count correctly. It's the minimum requirement for crying out loud.

I order a mini fillet burger with no lettuce and pepper mayo as I'm allergic and the burger came with both. This isn't the first time this KFC has got my burger order wrong, they don't read there orders note clearly.

Always a great service from Kempston KFC.

Tavistock street has closed, no surprise to many who ate there in the past year or so leading up to them shutting the doors for good. I won't go on about poor staff attitude, food quality and overall pride for the as it's now irrelevant But KFC in general is a past fave and I have fond memories of the zinger tower meal deal..

Ordered 6 piece bucket and 4 fries for delivery, should of checked the order before the guy drove off because I ended up with just chicken ( which was lukewarm I might add)....not a fry in sight. Tried to phone them at least 6 times over a period of half an hour and the phone was always on answer phone. If you do get KFC from there you're better off picking it up yourself and checking the order before you leave because they don't really give a toss what they give you

Avoid at all cost! The most embarrassing team working at this KFC branch. Bunch of girls shouting at each other, very chaotic, one girl on her phone listening to a personal WhatsApp voice message. I paid for 12 hot wings for kids and I got home to find 4 pieces of chicken instead. Truly shocking and unacceptable service. It seemed like hot wings were not ready so the girls decided to substitute it with chicken pieces instead, like it was a supermarket home delivery. By the time we noticed it was too late as we were on our way home back down the motorway. The absolute worst KFC, I have stepped foot in. Disgraceful behaviour from the girls working there. Girl on the till taking order rude as well. Management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the girls to act in such a disgusting way.

Missing half the food no receipt waste of £60

I ordered a rice box that when it arrived had so much mayonnaise, I couldn't actually see what was else was in the box.Even the lid was covered. The item was unedible and was put straight in the bin. I have photos if required. Looking forward to a response. Thank you.

Although your app says the food was delivered at 18.10,it was not delivered to my flat. Can you please refund me in full for the meal I was unable to enjoy. And by the way, your review section on this app is way too prescriptive. Very little opportunity for views which do not fit one of your characteristics.

Worst kfc i visited ever, literally their staff can't even understand English, Half of there ladies they just running here and there to show themself busy, also if u want to use their toilet u might need to take tissue paper from ur house cuz they don't have for u, so good luck guysss

Waited an hour in store to collect KFC ordered through KFC app. Priority given to Just Eat/Deliveroo. Would rather drive to Interchange Retail Park next time.

My burger came wrong I asked for the hash brown and patty only. It came with the cheese, lettuce, BBQ sauce and mayo. I’ve emailed for a refund and been denied as the box to fill in dietary, dislike or any other notes isn’t a guarantee. This is shocking customer service and I want my refund asap.

Delivery good the quality of the chicken very salty. Why some much salt please explain would like an explanation unable to eat the chicken. Never been this bad.

For the prices I’m not sure the meal was substantial for the family why do the meals not get free dips? Nearly £60 and not even a bag full of food hardly and chips tasted fine just quantity for the price was a bit much

Staff were more concerned with finishing their personal conversation as opposed to taking my order, man openly eating food in the prep area, food arrived luke warm. Very disappointed.

6 pieces of chicken and 4 of them are legs which is disgusting and the worse bit is I asked for no legs on the notes, so either you are being sarcastic and added more legs or ignored my message which also could of been important. Please read the notes and do not give me the dregs of the chicken

I feel there was excessive packaging huge bag for one portion of chips egg same for chicken.

I had the new Barbecue Box meal, it was very tasty, I don't usually order burgers but it was really good with 2 souses and crispy onion 😋, only drinks were warm and drivers can never find my address. I am not sure why chips taste a little like gravy 🤔

My order was completely wrong. It wasn't the drivers fault because it was labelled as my order! Food quality wasn't great. Not impressed. Driver was friendly and arrived in good time.

We ordered 2 large sides - gravy and coleslaw - but received 2 large gravy pots.
