Zest Pizza in Bedford

Shawarma was tasty, pizza over cooked was not good. Fries 🍟 were good. Not too expensive but not worth as the food was not good

First ever experience with Zest and a highly successful one at that. Was recommended to us by a local friend and so glad we finally got a chance to try them out. From start to finish the process was very easy and quick (with no middle people/delivery apps to deal with). We were able to call the food establishment directly and place our order with the polite and kind call handler who took the order, answered all questions concisely and sent a payment link to our SMS straight away. We ordered four sizzler chicken fillet meals - the food was on time, hot on arrival, delicious and very filling. Today's food ordering experience was probably the easiest and least stressful we have had in recent times. Thank you very much- will definitely be ordering again soon.

Price taken was more than on menu list . In menu it was 10.99 and in real price 15.99 was taken for 10’’ pizza

These guys are very rude ,ignorant people I ordered my pizza 2 hours 40mins ago I call them he tellsme we are busy ,..I call again and they stopped picking up my calls Very bad The pizza is not even that nice

No drink with kids meal 3 nuggets aswel. Salad on kebab was 3 ratty strands of lettuce, chips well over cooked, never again. 1star way to generous.

Food took over 2hrs to be delivered they didn't answer the phone and it was cold and rank

I phoned Zeat Pizza to give my order when a lady picked up my call, she was talking in the punjabi with someone else in the background, whenever I order from zeat pizza I know few of their staff members from long time, and I am their regular customer from many years but today when I called the lady picked up the call and I asked her how she is doing? As we normally asked whenever we call to place an order and this lady was so so rude to me and saying why I asked her that if she is ok, she said to me give your order and you have no concern to ask me if I am okay or not, and when I said I know your boss and I’m gonna ring him and say your staff is so so rude then I cut off the call and she called me back, no apologies nothing just said what you want to order? I never ever have this experience from this place before but today I will tell 100 of people who knows me in BEDFORD, I will tell on social media never visit this place Again, their staff knows me every well By TikTok. It doesn’t take long to loss the customers. Sorry I’m not buying anything from here again.

Food was over cooked delivery took over and hour and tracker still read that it was being prepared after being delivered items missing Donner wrap was sad and had about 3 bits of meat in total Then this was there idea of extra onions ?! Idk what there doing with there lives but they should definitely give up there day jobs ! Over all terrible service and terrible food !

I ordered a pizza and ice cream on justeat, more than an hour went by before I decided to ring the restaurant when a member of staff told me first they didn't get an order then followed up with "actually, it's with the driver and on the way". They were going to call the driver and get back to me but never did. Now I try and ring but my number is being ignored

Today I ordered a kebab with chicken, it was full of veins and skin... I do not recommend it and I will not order it again, we have ordered from Zest Kebab many times but I have never received such a disgusting dish 🤢

Few things wrong with the order..pizza was dry as they forgot the sauce base. It was just cheese and toppings on top of bread?

Everytime order food the salad is not fresh and they reheat the food before there delivered and very poor service all round, they need to put fresh salad on food not salad gone old not good very poor service i will not be using zest again because poor service and food is poor aswell I recommend see the review before ordering from them.

Just okay if you don't have another option go for it

This restaurant should not be serving food they have no knowledge on. Apparently a Shwarma and a donor are the same thing! (NOT) The menu gives an option of salad which consist of JUST lettuce. When I called to enquire why I had just received lettuce on my so called Shwarma i was advised I have to request this.. im.sorry did I miss something, a salad is a mixture of ingredients.. What a Joke! Food arrived 2 hours after ordering Stone cold. Straight in the bin! Waste of time and money!

Asked for mixed doner with EXTRA salad came with no salad.

Ordered food at 14:08pm on Fri 28th October - it is now November 1st and still no sign of my food😡😡😡 Tried calling and no answer, have contacted DineOrder to help with my query and they have had trouble getting in contact with the place as well. Not good enough Zest, you have lost my custom!!!

As a regular customer I have placed many orders. But recently its become very apparent that the toppings have been cut right back. Very disappointed and won't be ordering anymore.

Ordered 3x lamb kebabs with salad wrote a note saying 1x with just lettuce and the sauce separate obviously they didnt read the note they sent us meat and chips no salad no pitta got the whole order wrong rang up the restaurant they tried arguing with me down the phone that I had to pick whether I wanted pitta or chips which isn't an option on just eat I've ordered a kebab here before bearing in mind and its come with pitta and salad the meat was dry won't be ordering from here again

The worst takeaway I’ve ever had, we ordered a chicken kebab with salad and got a finger size piece of lettuce that’s all, the chicken was stale and cold as were the chips, we also had hot wings and the skin was hard and stale, worst meal ever don’t order from here

I ordered a big family food asked for some chill sauce and the men said I'm asking for free food not paying for it. I ask only for chill sauce which it come with the food. Very bad behaviour toward the customer. Very disappointed will not ever get any food from there anymore 😕

I would not give even one star because I’ve just received my food and asked for a sauce and they said they don’t give a source unless I pay for it and I have ordered a big family portions food. They said it cheap to buy but it’s expensive for them to give out with a meal! How you suppose to have a meal without any sauce and you paying for full meals. Bad customer service, bad running business and very rude behaviour toward customer.

I do say the chips are ok but the chilli sauce is absolutely horrible.the pizza is dry and isn't cooked properly.the dinner kebab is fine.the chicken fillet burger is nice but they should put red sauces like ketchup and improve the chilli sauces.they should do ketchup as well.the other years they messed our orders up.once we were complaining on the phone and he was so rude.i say that I would not recommend this shop

Entered the shop at 11:15pm and asked for fresh fries for 11:25pm. After two attempts of trying to get fresh fries, I told them to keep their fries. 10minutes wait for warm fries from the holding unit. The worst thing is I told them the fries were not fresh, the man simply pretended to change the fries for new ones but clearly gave me the same batch back!! Very disappointed and would have given a zero star rating if it was possible. No customer care at all

I'd give 0 stars is possible. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. It took over an hour for the order to arrive even though I don't live far. Then some of the order was missing! I rang to tell them about it and they HUNG UP ON ME. The lady was extremely rude and there was a man behind her who told her to hung up. Rang again and they said that they'd send the rest of the order but it would take another hour then he also HUNG UP on me. Did not receive the order and what I did receive half of it was uncooked. Poor service and rude people - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Really bad customer service. Called in today (tuesday) to find out about Govt scheme Eat out to help out and the lady over the phone said that they are not offering any of that but clearly they are registered with govt to offer the discount.Something fishy going on here.

Ordered £25 worth of food last night and although the cheesy chips were ok the hot wings batter was soft and just fell off the chicken and the chicken seemed a strange colour and a bit off. Ordered two pizzas and they had very little cheese and were pretty tasteless. Since moving to Cardington I've had around 10 impeccable takeaways, delivered from varied vendors but this is the first one that has been poor, and by god it was poor. *dodgy tummy this morning also - shouldn't be surprised.

Worst pizzas in bedford. the dough was not even cooked. my delivery arrived 1 hour 15 mins later. the driver forgot to hand my chips to me. i had to call him to get my chips as zest pizza were ignoring my calls. always order on just eat so they dont destroy your food. never cash order at zest pizza

Ordered a donner burger, once devilered didn't have a burger in it just donner meat, donner burger is ment to come with a burger surely!! The donner meat has chilli in it?!?!? Since when does donner meat have actually chilli flakes in it, Chips on mine and my sons meal were chips that have gone cold and and stuck in the fryer again so soggy with burnt ends (disgusting) 🤢🤢🤢 the meal took well over an hour to be delivered, a take away is a treat in my house but this wasn't n wasted my money on something I didn't actually get and cold soggy burnt chips!!!!! Defo won't be going back!!!!

Ordered some food at 9.55pm to New Cardington (less than 10 minutes from them!) and they haven’t turned up. It’s now 11.25pm and they aren’t even answering the phone!! I can’t believe they would completely ignored an order! Never had that before. They’re still taking orders and apparently still open!? Don’t bother you’ll remain hungry

my worst customer service experience ever they told me 30-45 mins took one and a half hour the food was cold by the time is reached me i called them three 3 times they shut the the phone and said it will only be a few minutes when it took another half hour and a disrespctful guy on the phone ! never ever recommend to use this place

Ordered for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely horrid! First of all they got the order wrong but We couldn't be asked with the hassle. We ordered a kebab which didn't taste nice and the naan bread was full of oil and slimy. Ordered a kids meal for out 2 year old toddler to which the nuggets didn't look appealing and tasted like cardboard. Order BBQ chicken wings which was just little bits of chicken with a dollop of bbq put on too. To top it all off you have given my toddler a bad stomach and horrible sickness. If I find he has food poisoning I will be sueing you! PLEASE AVOID!

Donor meat is very peculiar . Too pale and maybe under cooked. Probably the smallest kebab in Bedford. Large ordered? Waste of time and money. I made a point to ring and complain. I was asked what you want me to do? Come get your food for my money back. Then told I could get it back through just eat. I'm hungry now though and £10 lighter. The diet coke was warm. But at least it was diet coke. Don't do it.

Going to leave 1 star as I can't leave zero. Ordered a chicken kebab and a donor kebab. Chicken kebab was the smallest I have ever seen and barely any salad. Donor was the weirdest donor meat i have ever tasted it is either under cooked or God knows where it came from as its nothing like any other. Rang to complain about the order and was told that i could have a discount next time. No thanks i will never use you again. Pizza might be ok but they definitely cant make kebabs.
