Delivey driver was very rude , wanted me to collect food from carpark , which i could not do ... he had a go at me aswell ... then i discover the food was cold ..not neen heated when its a melted sandwich .... i do not appreciate this at all

You guys mess up with my order. i ask on footlong to be garlic sauce and you guys put BBQ sauce, the small pot supose to be mini sausage you guys put meatballs, the bag wasn't seal it properly. you fail me this time

The bridge was rock solid hard and they put a cookie that contains nuts in with another cookie that doesn’t contain nuts and my partner has a nut allergy

Food was delightful and still warm when it reached us. I wished for extra chipotle sauce in my sub, which the delivery driver conveyed to the sandwich artists and they delivered! Best - breakfast - ever. 99 Church Lane is our favourite Subway to order from in Bedford.

Coldest meal I’ve ever received. Keeping a cold drink next to hot food is partially responsible. I order from here because it’s 5 minutes from my house. But the driver went way out the way to deliver another order so mine was horrible.

Shop was empty and the man serving me was rushing me to place order before I reached the counter, he was rushing my choice of fillings, didnt ask about salad extras fillings, the snack cabinet is always empty. He was eager for me to pay and leave, this is not the first time, that this guy is more interested with phone, and doing nothing, rather than good customer service.

Ordered a footlong sub but was delivered a six inch. Can’t even be bothered to read the order right

I ordered a Teriyaki chicken salad. When it arrived there was no chicken and there was hardly any salad in the box. I called the Subway, who apologised and advised I apply for a refund which will take up to 2 days to return to my account. I asked if there was anyway of sending me a replacement as I am attending a CPD conference. They informed me there were no drivers and could not send a replacement. I was told they had a high demand of orders which likely explains the mistake. I understand it gets busy around lunch time but maybe don’t send orders out without checking they are complete first?

Came exactly how we ordered it and had a good amount of meat in it.

This review is not reflective of Subway but the delivery driver. My order left subway at 15:20. I sat and watched the delivery driver leave subway and drive around before returning to subway. The time spent was 40 minutes, approximately. The driver then left subway and headed towards my address. App says order delivered. Yet here I am, with no order. Disgusting service. Not the first time there’s been an issue, but more fool me for continuing to use this service.

The food was cold and the nachos was stuck to the box because they cheese was cold stuck to it which I had to throw them as the box was ripping with the nachos when I pulled them apart

Did the Sub change ownership? because the new staff started to actually count the pickles and salad….unreal It was so much better before…

Terrible customer service was hung up on when asked for his name. Food was horrible and just slapped together box was in a Terrible state will be taking this up with their head office as this is shocking way to treat customers.

They are trying to con customers. I received an email from Subway to say i can have a footlong sub for 3.99. The offer ends tomorrow. I went in the store, i showed the email before ordering, they were happy with it. When it came to paying, the manager says the system does no accept the 3.99 offer because it doesnt start until tomorrow. i advised him, the offer ends tomorrow which is clearly stated on email from Subway. Either way, i refused to pay the full price and the manager did not even give me the subway. Wasted 10 minutes of my time in the queue, he thought i would just pay the full price, which obviously i didnt but sadly customer before me did.

Wrong order turned up and no one answered the phone

I only received half of my order. I phoned shop and they said they could not send the rest. It was also very watery and no flavour. Seemed to have something missing. I am a regular customer. So it has rather upset me. They said they would refund me.

No sauce with pigs in blankets

No sauce with hash browns, not the bread I ordered but got closest substitute.

What a horrible service for the 1st time ordering online myself without the help of my sister. 1. I ordered Nacho Chicken - nothing inside such as vegetables. 2. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki - nothing inside such as vegetables. 3. I ordered Plant Patty - again nothing inside such as vegetables. I was kinda shocked because in the images displayed I thought that it comprised everything with veggies but no, I received plain meats that's it. The wraps were cold as a refrigerator. But it's fine, I wasted  £27.26 and luckily it's not even my own money so it's all good. But with my own money will never order again, neither with someone's money and probably won't get a refund after this review again. I'm very upset such a terrible service. I've to give 1 star. And delivery is expensive to begin with.

Ordered two 6 inch subs.Whoever made them needs to get some more training. They absolutely drenched the 2 subs in mayo and chipotle. It was literally dripping out and unedible. I am sure it was funny to whoever made it. Its not the manager as hes a decent bloke and makes a good sandwich. But whichever teen was left in there to his own devices needs a talking to. Lesson learned, colllect dont deliver.

Great service and food was fresh

When the driver got to my house they put the food in front of my door and i was at the door 5 seconds after they knocked and he was gone, the food was cold and the box my food was half crushed. The half the food was un-eatable because of how cold it was

Ordered extra cheese, got none. No chilli flakes. Second sub had barely half a scoop of chicken in the entire foot long that is supposed to have two scoops, and no cheese when requested and paid for. Appalling order I expect a full refund for this joke you served us with today.

My food has not been delivered

Delivered on time, all items ordered were included, except I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it was not. Staff should be more diligent with reading and making the orders

I visited this for a lunch with a friend. Initially I was told that the Veggie Delux only had lettuce and tomatoes in - so I waited until the other assistant was available as she seemed to know what she was doing! The roll itself was ok - the small amount of cheese was tasteless but plenty of salad in it. However every seat and table we went to sit at was dirty- with food crumbs. When I go to eat out I dont expect to have to clean the table/chair before I can sit down. As there were only 2 servers and a some people waiting to be served I didnt feel I could ask for the table/chairs to be cleaned.

Can't get a single order correct

I did not get anything on my order. I ordered a strak and cheese footlong with lettuce, cucumber sweetcorn and lite mayonnaise toasted. what i got was a meat ball sub not toasted with tomatoes and sweetcorn.

Three out of 5 items were missing.

Everything well packaged. Got a BMT and Meatball Marinana and both tasty. Sharer nachos were a bit soggy unfortunately, a weird taste too. But everything else good. Meal deal is worth it.

I ordered 3 of the chocolate chunk cookies and received the double chocolate cookies. Very frustrating and a waste as I don't like that flavour at all. Not quite sure why my order is confirmed but then something I have requested is substituted for something else!

The food was good except ordered a chicken tikka salad and there was no chicken in it at all.

The quality of food very poor....the meat balls dry and not enough sauce..even the sauce was dark...so they need to improve the quality of food if they still want to have customers.

We ordered the Tiger Pig (Pig in Blanket) Subway Footlong it came without the hotdog so all we got was the salad. I tried to call, but no one picked up the phone. The rest of the food was really good.
