The unlimited Breakfast was superb and the service with Agnes was amazing. She was very friendly and polite.

Breakfast with Agnes was a real treat. The food was delicious – fresh eggs, crispy bacon, and warm croissants. But what made it special was Agnes herself. She took great care in making sure we were comfortable and happy, always checking in and anticipating our needs. Her warmth and attention turned a simple meal into a lovely experience. Highly recommend starting your day with breakfast from Agnes!

I was an amazing time there where everything was clean and tidy, and the food was wonderful, which was recommended by someone called dilan.

Very Good service from Dylan and food was good.

Food was excellent however our waitress got the order wrong and when other members of our table got their roast dinner, there were parts of the dinner which were missing. Atmosphere was a bit dead, which was worrying because they got our food wrong when they didn't have many people there. Food was amazing though just shame about the issue with the order.

Had a men's breakfast get together able to chat relatively undisturbed .

We went for breakfast yesterday morning, we were served by Agnes, who was very welcoming and nothing was to much for her although it was very busy and there only appeared to be one other staff member on the floor.

They had no steak and no chicken available which doesn't leave much to choose from on the menu of a steakhouse. We were only informed of this at the point of ordering.

What a lovely way to start the day with an unlimited breakfast. Great range of fruits, breads, cakes, yogurt, pancakes and more … then the star of the show it was a great breakfast. Sausage was lovely ! The only thing which stopped this being a 5 was that the black pudding need slightly longer in the pan but I still enjoyed it. Juices and latte were fab. Next time I’m in the area this is where I’ll be for breakfast as it did not disappoint! Would recommend everyone to eat here. Staff were very friendly, and it’s a great well looked after place.

I have been here on several occasions and have always enjoyed my meal but Sunday was another level I ordered a beef roast I had 3 small slices of beef and one of them was the end and full of fat I wouldn't have fed it to my dog !I called the waiter a young lad who I jave to say was ver apologetic and offered to replace it he came back with another piece of small beef which still didn't look great , I can honestly say I felt I got the last dregs of the Sunday roast , very very disappointed I should of complained to management, but I did not as didn't want to cause a scene .

Had to get up and ask for service after waiting 30minutes just for drinks order to be taken despite waiter walking past us, even making eye contact with him numerous times he wasn’t getting the hint - a seated table, menus down and heads up would indicate a table is ready to order! Food was horrible and had missing items from each dish. It was so clear the restaurant did not care about you one bit and acted as if they were doing you a favour by serving you. To top off such a waste of time & money spent at this place we discovered they had over charged us, when questioning the waitress she came up with some stupid reason why we’ve been charged for 3 extra sides! Asked to speak with the manager and he corrected the waitress and refunded us with an apology. We have never stepped foot back in that place again and never will.

We regularly have breakfast at the Beefeater, and it’s always a great experience. The English breakfast options are consistently very good, with everything cooked to perfection. A special shoutout to Agnes, who is an excellent waitress. She’s always friendly, attentive, and ensures we have everything we need. Her warm and efficient service is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

The service was only made so lovely by the wonderful Dylan who made our experience even better. The food wasn’t all that but the service by our friendly, resourceful and mindful server made the difference.

Arrived without booking and so glad I did, 1st I went to the toilet, we'll it's the dirtiest toilet I have ever seen, there was excrement on the floor, and the toilet seats were all filthy, the hall leading to the toilets is carpeted but filthy, there's a staff only door to maybe a store room, the bottom of it is also filthy, I think the cleaner is afraid to go down there, seriously this place is a definite health Hazzard, I decided to find somewhere else to eat, it's a dirty disgusting filthy hole.

We went out as a family of 4 for a fantastic meal, the service was outstanding with a outstanding waiter named as rozanne. 10 out of 10.

Great service, even brought out refills without asking! The food and drinks came really quick and we even got seated sooner than expected! Certainly will be coming back! Server was Bobbie. Friendly, not pushy, attentive and definitely knows customer service and her job well.

We enjoyed a family visit to celebrate our daughters birthday. Service was excellent and Callum looked after us very professionally. The steaks were superb and whilst the restaurant wasnt busy there was a good atmosphere. We will return!

Make sure you have a voucher as it’s not worth paying the full price. Service was OK but not great, my meal was not as ordered and the potatoes and veg were still raw.

Seat and table weren't to bad but would rather sit else where thought they wouldn't take my voucher even Google says it does and the chicken was like half chicken I don't like it like that with my Sunday roast but that is my preference as some restaurants do that thought service was not bad but bit pricey depending what you have mainly good thing was refillable drinks but you ask for that where I would rather go up get it my self but its nice just to for lunch during the week

Awful food service terrible and slow Shame as was family celebration and 9 of us altogether. Service was extremely slow and food wasn’t great x puddings were awful a child could put a sundae together better . Also froze to death under air con so was terrible experience overall Won’t be returning

Place was quite dirty, ordered smothered chicken, it was only big enough for a 5 year old.

Didn't have food this time, but I have previously eaten here and always been good. Sat out in the garden for drinks as such a lovely day. Nice area to sit with parasols if needed. I believe there is a smoking area if people want to smoke. Got a nice lake to walk around and a Premier inn next door.

50th Wedding anniversary of my partners sister. A table was booked for 11 of us, made up of 8 adults, 2 children & 1 toddler. As soon as we arrived ,we were shown to our table & given menues & then our drink orders, they gave us time checkout the extensive amount of food on the menu. They came back & took our order, I never realised with all the chatting going on, but my partner said we must have waited nearly an hour for our for our food, but they were pretty busy. I did ask about Sunday roast, but they said it was all gone by around 3pm & our booking was for 5.30pm. All the food was good & a good family get together.

Food was nice enough but lack of staff was embarrassing... took nearly 45mins for 1st course (9 of us) 2 course was an age ... had to ask for bill when 2nd course arrived as didn't want to wait half an hour for it when we were finished !! Very poor experience

We went this morning to have breakfast but have a dog so can not go inside. Tried to ring but was an automatic response no person could not get the machine to understand what I wanted so could not speak to anyone. So drove 30 mins just to be told can not sit outside and have breakfast if someone had bothered to answer the phone we would not have had a wasted journey not impressed

Hadnt been here in a while. Arrived then sitted Went to order a roast. They had run out. Ordered chicken and chips no chicken available. Ordered burgers. They arrived and first I thought they were children's meals. Coleslaw was warm. Very disappointed. Considering this is priced at 16.49. Spoke to waitress she was wasn't really bothered

Had a lovely lunch with family. Service was great and all of use were very happy with the choice of food. Used our 40% off voucher so made Bill very satisfying 😋.

Today I came down for dinner with my friend and thoroughly enjoyed the meal and service. I was served by a lovely waitress called Ellie, who recommended I try the chicken and rib combo, which was amazing. I was served quickly and efficiently, and any questions I had Ellie was able to answer them promptly and with kindness. I will definitely be coming here again!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Beefeater Priory Marina and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service provided by Roxana. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that our meal was perfect. Roxana's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, and her recommendations were spot-on. The food was delicious and served promptly, but it was Roxana's exceptional service that truly stood out. We look forward to returning and hope to be served by her again.

Eight of us went to celebrate my sisters 87 birthday everyone enjoyed the food the staff were really welcoming and the restaurant was clean and well cared for. We will definitely visit again

It's a lovely place to walk around with the dogs. We stopped to have a meal in the Beefeater garden. The food arrived, but the starter arrived at the same time as the main meal. I Spoke to manager and he replied that if having a meal in the garden starter and main meal come at the same time this should have been told to me when i placed the order because after eating the starter the main meal was cold, so if eating in the garden my advice would be to not have a starter . My wifes meal had corn on the cob, so I asked for it to be replaced with salad, but the meal still arrived with corn on the plate no salad.

I've been here more than once with my husband and children. Mostly on weekends. And this time, before leaving for vacation, also on August 13, for breakfast. The service was fast and very efficient. The lady who served us was very polite and patient. Unfortunately the food was not as good as before.

Very expensive for very cheap looking and tasting food. Toilets were disgusting and very dirty with tissues all over the sink and floor. Service was good.

Great service and unlimited breakfast, we attended for my son's 4th birthday. Agnes was fantastic, she was great with the menu as I am gluten free and took photos for us with our son.

Been here a few times and it hasn't always been great but this was a much better experience. The food was really nice and great to have the unlimited refills on the soft drinks. Seemed like a much nicer atmosphere and a lot cleaner than previous visits. It has a good location with the lake right next to it and plenty of seating inside and outside. Roxana was our host and she was really lovely. Didn't rush us but checked in a few times to make sure we were OK. Very friendly and polite which added to the positive experience 🙂

Absolutely top notch place to visit, lovely staff.

The pub and beer garden were great.the staff were friendly and helpful.the food tho wasn't great.i had a mixed grill and the steak was very poor quality and just turned into a undigestable ball of fat which I couldn't chew never mind swallow.there were also half a dozen items of the limited menu missing or unavailable even on the mixed grill there were no sausage mushrooms or tomatoes.i have heard that beefeater is going bust/closing down so maybe they are just selling what they have in stock until it runs out before closing,I don't know but it was poor.my lad got a bowl of chips with cheese for 5 quid and I really wish I had took a photo of it because it was a joke.ps the pub is right next to a lovely lake and a small marina which is quite a nice walk round which I recommend. I wouldn't eat here again but I would definitely call in for a pint after a walk round the lake.

The actual place and setting is lovely especially on a sunny day its very nice to sit out side or go and feed ducks or walk around before or after a meal .. however I think they may have staffing issues and the ones that were working looked exhausted.the evening we went the place looked empty and the atmosphere was dull when our food arrived the kids meals looked lovely but mine and my sons were awful I think I had yesterday's peas I had eight chips 4 of which was burnt steak was nice though but they had run out of mushrooms and tomatoes and for the prices they want you to pay I think was terrible waste of money the list of things that were not available was as long as my arm !? In fairness they knocked a little off the bill,but I left feeling hungry and disappointed not a place I would recommend at the moment ,what a shame 😞

Fantastic location and a really comfortable place to meet friends for a drink but if you eat here don't expect to leave feeling full, we wanted th £7.99 burger with added cheese and bacon. I was told they were only doing the double stack which I assumed was just £2 extra as I had only seen the lunchtime menu. As I had ordered drinks aswell it didn't click at 1st I had been given something from a different menu costing £17.49 each. When we realised l, we were at 1st annoyed but then assumed it would be a bigger meal. Take a look at the pic! It's pathetic and the burger was bland! Wont ever order food there again

The food was ok. Calamari was mostly grease and batter sadly. They don't do grass fed burgers so had the chicken. Staff member Roxana T was really kind and professional. We asked for a table near air con and she sat us to the best available table. She checked up on us regularly while we were eating. I would have tea or coffee at the beefeater in the future but not food. Not enough salad or coleslaw for food. As all the food portions sizes are organised by head office there wasn't anything the chefs could do.

Tiniest bowl of chips ever! We worked it out at 20p + per chip! Very disappointing

Tired and in need of a revamp. Slow service despite restaurant not being that busy. Several items not available from the evening menu. Starters, when received were only luke warm. The main courses were better. However, gammon steak was missing the fried egg! Had to chase for drinks ordered several times. Unfortunately, this is not the service we've had from this restaurant in the past.

We always have breakfast here when we stay at the premier inn. Being vegan, it’s great to have the option of a cooked hot breakfast. Each time we have visited we have been looked after by Agnes who is a real credit to Beefeater. The service is always wonderful and she makes sure we are well looked after.

We stood there waiting to be seated for 20 mins with nobody in front of us and 2 members of staff saw us but didnt come across to seat us so we seated ourselves in the bar next door poor very poor !

The evening meals are beautiful. I asked the people in the morning if I could come in early as I have to be at work for 6:45 lovely lady who let me in to get a cup of coffee and then make sure my breakfast is ready for 630 now the manager told her not to open the doors up till 630. They’ve just lost another customer that supposed to be here for another 12 months, as I stop in the Premier Inn I’ve now cancelled after this week. They should be looking after people not turning people away. No wonder nobody wants to go in there.

Went in for some food and drink today, was waiting for 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Ended up walking out after THREE tables were served first that came in after us!

Visited a couple of weeks ago and we normally have a nice meal at a beefeater however unfortunately this visit was not that great. The service was amazing our waitress was lovely, very attentive and out going! But then our mains came out and I noticed I had a dead fly on the top of my fish! I made the waitress aware and she was very apologetic about it and brought a new one out, we then continued to have some pudding and the rest of the meal was ok. We waited to see whether anyone was going to offer any complimentary drinks or knock something of the bill because of the main course but this was not offered which I was shocked at as i thought this would have been a nice thing to offer to a guest. Maybe because we did not make a big deal out of it at the time they thought to just leave it I don’t know! I’m not sure whether the manager was told but either way I think something complimentary would have been nice as we weren’t expecting extra flavouring from a dead fly… The squid however was absolutely delightful!!! Would recommend.

Went mid week . Started nice and quiet. Ended up a bit too noisy for my personal liking, however the young man greeted us within 2 mins max we were politely shown to a table provided with menus and made an order for drinks. A little wait of the drinks but they came in correct fashion and tasted great. We were not harassed to order in anyway. And left to our own thoughts. But politely checked in on occasionally, the food was of a fair size not too small or large and well cooked and prepared. Payment was quick and easy . And of a standard to generous price for 2024 .

Great food but a bit pricey for garden food.

We popped in after visiting a fairly local zoo. We haven't been here for nearly a decade. First impressions, very nice layout. Obviously, it has been decorated since we were last in. The staff were very polite and always willing to help! They checked on us during our meal to ensure we were OK. There was a short wait for our food, it was well presented and good size portions for the price. The desserts were very delicious! We were offered drinks regularly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be visiting again, this time in the near future!
