Don’t know what there food tastes like as order not accepted

Shocking online ordering service. I will never order again. They allowed me to order online without confirming the delivery time, I paid and received a text stating it will take up to 90 minutes! I didn’t want to wait that long to feed my kids so I called to cancel several times but the line was busy as it was a Friday evening, so I replied to the text message requesting that they cancel the order as per the attached. They delivered it anyway over 90 minutes later and so I had to send the food back and requested a refund. Today they refused to provide a refund and said their phones lines weren’t busy around 7pm when I called!

Can’t comment on the food it never arrived Ordered at 645pm was told 1.5hrs Was still waiting at 1015pm Very disappointing

Food can only be described as salt and salt only. I’ve ordered for a specific time and it was late and then everything on my plate was so salty I couldn’t even eat it.

Tramite una mia amica siamo venuti a mangiare orientale in questo piccolo posto. Servizio alla mano. Cibo ottimo. Merita veramente la visita si mangia bene. Bravi

The bread in this location tastes like chlorine and it would be helpful to have a water filter to stop it, otherwise the staff is very nice with a pleasant atmosphere.

Went in store to order a garlic pizza bread topped with pineapple. We asked attendant if it can be made in a pan instead of the screen. He refused and claimed that it wasn’t allowed to be done. We’ve had this done previously, so not understanding the miscommunication when it comes to other employees. We then were charged £6 for regular garlic bread ordered in the store.

Food was contaminated! And also late! To top it off very poor customer service! Korma was hotter then the jalfrezi, I was unaware of this before giving it to my 4 year old child! Poor little lad is in extreme pain. Called to request replacement korma, only to receive it late. Two different people on the phone neither could understand me and nor I them. Poor excuses for food being late twice. NO APOLOGY AT ALL FROM THEM. To finish it all off the replacement korma as the same again far too spicy. Korma is not suppose to be hot it's described on their menu as mild and creamy. IT WAS NOT! contacted JustEat who couldn't be more helpful but, they couldn't return the money as they had the same communication issue with the staff and they couldn't pass their own security verification. JustEat did give me a voucher but the restaurant still no refund, compensation or apology. This place needs looking into majorly by someone with some authority! POOR! POOR! POOR!

Ordered fish and chips and a chicken shish kebab. Chips were cold, salad did not come as requested and the chicken was dry, did not eat. When I called to discuss with restaurant very rude lady at the end of the phone. Would not ever eat here again, absolutely disgusting service and food.
