Don’t know what there food tastes like as order not accepted

For the first time, we requested delivery. Although the wait was longer than we would have wanted, the food arrived exactly when predicted and was piping hot. We always order the same dishes and this was the best we’ve had from The Pearl. Just one comment, more satay sauce with the satay chicken starter would be appreciated!

I am a sucker for good food so when I tell you this is the best Chinese I have had in recent times believe me! I made a mistake while making my order and I was called for clarification, food got here nice and hot just the way I like it, the delivery man was so polite and prompt! The food was banging as always 100/10

Food never turned up despite being told it had been delivered. No response from restaurant on messages or to phone calls or voicemail and no refund either

I recently ordered and overall, it was a decent experience. The pizza arrived pretty quickly, which was impressive, and it was still nice and hot when it got to my door. The toppings were generous and the crust had a good balance – not too thick, not too thin. That said, there were a couple of things that could have been better. The pizza was slightly overcooked around the edges, making some bites a bit tougher than expected. Also, while the staff were polite, the order tracking wasn’t super accurate – it said "out for delivery" for quite a while before it actually arrived. Prices were a bit on the higher side compared to similar places, especially when adding extras, but the frequent deals and vouchers help balance that out. Overall, it's a reliable option if you're craving a quick pizza night, but there's a little room for improvement in the execution.

Food was contaminated! And also late! To top it off very poor customer service! Korma was hotter then the jalfrezi, I was unaware of this before giving it to my 4 year old child! Poor little lad is in extreme pain. Called to request replacement korma, only to receive it late. Two different people on the phone neither could understand me and nor I them. Poor excuses for food being late twice. NO APOLOGY AT ALL FROM THEM. To finish it all off the replacement korma as the same again far too spicy. Korma is not suppose to be hot it's described on their menu as mild and creamy. IT WAS NOT! contacted JustEat who couldn't be more helpful but, they couldn't return the money as they had the same communication issue with the staff and they couldn't pass their own security verification. JustEat did give me a voucher but the restaurant still no refund, compensation or apology. This place needs looking into majorly by someone with some authority! POOR! POOR! POOR!

Ordered fish and chips and a chicken shish kebab. Chips were cold, salad did not come as requested and the chicken was dry, did not eat. When I called to discuss with restaurant very rude lady at the end of the phone. Would not ever eat here again, absolutely disgusting service and food.
