I ordered chips and a BLT wrap. The chips were nice, especially with sauce, it's just a shame you somehow managed to forget the BLT wrap. You managed it somehow, so well done. Thanks for the chips

First time here, and I would never go they again, not accommodating at all, the bar lady was friendly and the 2 young girls was nice, the chef was rude, the whole experience was awful 😢 I do t recommend at all

Brilliant service here. We come here very often, and every time without fail we are seated, and served within 10-15 minutes. Food here is great, and there is a wide selection of meals. Atmosphere is very relaxing, and feels homely. Overall, a great place to go with friends and family for lunch.

The food was amazing but the experience was ruined because of my waitress. She was not nice at all, grumpy and rude. I requested to personalise my order and she was so rude about it. I ordered a water and they served my boyfriends drink but never served my water, even after they brought the food out. Again the waitress’s attitude was terrible, she ruined the experience and actually threw our bread down on the table. Didn’t acknowledge us or anything, just threw it down as she walked past. The rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful, it’s a shame that one woman let them down.

We ordered from the Canvey store for delivery and the quality / taste of the food was amazing! Reminded me of 5 guys. It was a little pricey though! We ordered 3 small burgers and 1 portion of regular chips (no drinks) and it was over £30 ! Other than that I defo recommend!

In my opinion, this Turkish restaurant in Essex stands out as the finest among its peers. The culinary offerings are of exceptional quality, and the service provided is impeccable. The establishment itself exudes an ambiance that is deserving of a perfect rating. The individual who attended to our table demonstrated remarkable professionalism and graciousness. We had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday at this establishment, and they graciously accommodated us by presenting the cake, playing a Turkish birthday song, and the entire restaurant joined in the celebration with clapping and singing. This transformed the occasion into an unforgettable experience.

Would never go back to this restaurant Was greeted by moody staff Ordered papadom with sauces and was given a previous customer sauces which was half eaten with bits of papadom in sauce! I pointed this out to waiter who replaced it This was no mistake as sauces are already made up sitting by the bar, When food is cleared from tables it is taken out to the kitchen so how did this happen? Main meal was nice no complaints there When paying bill without paying service charge waiter wasn’t happy I hope the staff /manager take this on board as they really need to improve the service
