I have already reviewed this place 8 months ago but we went there again last night and once again the food was fantastic, staff friendly and atmosphere just perfect. I really recommend it. I personally think it is the best restaurant in Epping for a wonderful all round dining experience.

One of the best fish and chips I've ever had in my life. This fish is better than some I have eaten at the seaside.Even the chips are homemade. This is very important because all fast food is served frozen. You are simply the best.

Went for the first time with our 20 month year old. Great facility, well kept with plenty of toys and great soft play equipment. Staff were very welcoming.

No food, but a friendly local proper pub.Music a few times a month and a vinyl night.Beer(ale) always in good condition.

Recently, we held my friends surprise 30th birthday meal here and everything was fabulous. The staff were lovely and so accommodating throughout the whole booking, the food was amazing - we had over 40 guests & everything was served at the same time, hot & fresh! It was the perfect place to hold a party meal and everyone said how lovely the food, place & staff were! Emily, especially, was amazing throughout - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, we had such a great evening! Xx

I have only been in a handful of times to buy a gift or a bottle for a dinner. Each time I had the best help, always nice. I would love to go for an evening sometime.

Best burger ive had in a pub ever. Hands down it was very flavorful and the chips were so so good.

Takeaway only. Great coffee and delicious brownies. Sandwiches etc made to order. Very friendly service
