Looked at the reviews and took a punt. Excellent. Great Thai food at a nice price. Has a street food vipe, not like a restaurant with all its associated hype & expensive food & drinks. This is in the market food court at Luton Arndale so not a place for an evening out but perfect for a lunch either on your own or with a couple of friends.

Friendly staff and fast service, with food for a very reasonable price. The food tastes absolutely fantastic: some of the best Thai food I have had outside of Thailand! I would highly recommend the Pad Thai, Som Tum, chicken strips, or Pad Gaprao. Spiciness is also tailored to what you can handle, and they don't skimp on the chilli if you ask for your food extra spicy. I don't consider my week "complete" without at least one lunch here.

Went here for lunch. 20 feb. The staff are kind and friendly. I had spicy chicken noodles with chilli. I was asked about the level of spice and went for medium. The food was delicious and very authentic. Highly recommended

Location rough, decor basic, service warm and friendly, food authentic, delicious and spicy. Cost reasonable. An absolute diamond, worth the trip from the Airport to try something different.

I thought I would give this place a go for a change as the reviews were great but it was bit of a disaster to be honest. There was no lunchtime set menu and what was on the menu was not available - Sesame prawn on toast, prawn crackers etc were not available. The only starter available was chicken wings. The lady who intended to take our order did not speak a word of English and the place only accepted cash and not card. The chap was also a bit rude. We left and went back to our usual Thai restaurant in Wellington Street which was a lot more civilized and friendly,. It also had a lunchtime menu with plenty to chose from. Lesson learned - just stick with what you know. I would not go back to this place

Amazing food and service. I love Thai food since visiting Thailand 15 years ago. I have tried so many Thai food places, but none come close to the taste I remember. Then I discovered Thai Bites in Luton market..... SPOT ON. The taste is proper Thai food, not Thai food adapted for English tastes. Off there today, cannot recommend highly enough.

I visit Thai bites every week, sometimes more than once a week. The dishes are freshly made and cooked to order. Friendly staff and worth more than a visit.

I enjoyed the Chicken and Cashew nuts and also the pad thai. The staff are friendly. You can request the heat of the meal - so if you don't like it spicy, just say!

We’ve been twice now and I think this will become a distinction place for us. Today we talked about who we’d like to bring along next time as the food is too good to miss. The Thai ladies are lovely and their food is authentic and yummy! I had Tom Yum again today as I haven’t got over it yet. My partner had pad Thai (chicken with cashews last time) both excellent. The food is cooked to order - it’s fresh, hot and delicious. Not at all what you’d expect to find in Luton market but well worth making the effort to get to. If you love Thai food or have never tried Thai food this place is for you. Enjoy!

I moved to Luton for a while and I discovered this place with my husband. A true gem I must say. I believe it is family owned, the ladies were so sweet and so helpful to us (thank you ! we really appreciate it) . You can eat in or take the food away with you which was very convenient for myself I would just drop by and pick up the food to take home when I didn't have much time. Prices are really good and the food was lovely. My favorite dishes were chicken/beef pad thai and prawn toast. It is our favourite place to eat in Luton at the moment. We will be visiting again !

Tucked away in the market, this place serves lovely Thai food. Its very reasonably priced and cooked to order, not sitting around buffet style. The staff are very friendly and i would recommend this place to anyone.

Situated out of the way in Luton Market - Thai Bites serves decent authentic Thai food. For me, it's one of the best locally - plenty of other customers are Thai or SE Asian and the place is busy at lunchtime.Good prices, friendly staff. The go to dish for me is beef in chilli or oyster sauce. Their chicken wings are a nice little starter.Enjoy!

Ok so i’ve only been a few times recently, but so far i’ve had the Chicken Penang Curry and Red Chicken curry, both were yummy! Also the owners are relaxed and nice to talk to, always happy this is pretty close to what i remember food in Thailand to be like, so if you want to reminisce about your holidays in Thailand then go to Thai Bites.

It is in Luton market so not a high end establishment, however the food is authentic and made to order so its not like those Buffet places where they scoop it out of a tray. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English. It is easily the best Thai food in Luton which to be fair is not saying a lot but it is also as good as top end establishments in Thailand. You can even ask them to make dishes not on the menu and if they have the ingredients it is no problem for them. After I finish writing this review I am going to nuke a take away I got from them.

Ordered on deliveroo, food was decent. They missed out on the drink, didn’t do nothing to compensate it either
