We use Groupon a lot for afternoon tea and this is one of the best ones. All staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We have been before and this was the best visit. Sandwiches were lovely and the Victoria sponge was the best I’ve tasted in a long time. Thank you

Always busy. Not an overly long wait to be seated. Cheese Scone, Cream Cheese and Tomato Chutney beautiful.

The reason for 3 star review is the slow service and long ques at the bar.

We moghul room staff often visit Milano Pizza, and it never disappoints! The pizza is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The ingredients are top-quality, and the service is friendly and efficient. If you’re looking for delicious pizza in Towcester, I highly recommend Milano Pizza. A must try for anyone who loves great food.

Only called for a beer or 2. And will call again

This place is consistently frustrating. It seems to be run by staff who don’t really care about the customer experience. You’re often sent to wait in the car park for 15+ minutes, even for simple orders. I’ve yet to visit and find my food actually ready when it’s marked as such. Even when collecting inside, the screen will show your order as “ready to collect,” but you’ll still be left standing there for another 15 minutes. It feels like the system is being manipulated to improve their metrics, rather than reflect the actual customer experience. Really disappointing — especially when it happens time and time again.

They don't allow Dogs. Shame really. Only want a coffee. Food is okay. All ultra processed and full of sugar. Always check the ingredients.
