This MacDonalds was disgusting. Bins overflowing, every table dirty, staff just standing around. Asked to speak to Manager and was informed that she was short staffed so nothing she could do about the mess.

Fast enough and generally all good.

Went here with a friend after work, plenty of parking spaces, good sized restaurant, nice hot food that had been done fresh not just cooked n left to sit under the heat lamps..Clean wise could be better as there were tables stuck to the floor and squashed fries were we sat all over the floor also the toilets need fixing up as 1 had massive yellow n black tape across it

The server who served me at midnight just gone was amazing. After a very long drive I just wanted something to eat with a bit of flare and he accommodated everything. I really appreciate people who go above and beyond and don’t expect a return. Legend in my books!!!

Just waited for about 10mins to get thru the drive thru!! Now waiting in a pick up bay - no idea how long I'll be here!! Not sure what caught them out more - the fact it was lunchtime or that I ordered a Big Mac and fries - rubbish service!!

Fast efficient drive through service i had the 20 nugget sharebox it was fresh and neatly packaged

Always cold food,for the price you pay, I would rather get a nice curry, it's got no better!!!

I don’t know why but the French Fries here are always terrible. Service is okay, but you’re really forced to use the screens the App or screens, and that’s not a personal service at all. Being close to the A43 it’s not a restful Maccy D’s.

Tables left from previous diners had not been wiped, there were big ‘caution wet floor’ cones EVERYWHERE, you had to manoeuvre between them, the floor was dry and dirty…. the list goes on. I spoke with manager, excuse for dirty mess was the cleaner was on her break and builders were due in ! Somebody needs a kick up the backside, no restaurant should ever be that dirty !

I think this is the cleanest and tidiest McDonald's I've ever been in, couldn't believe it. Staff was pleasant, tidy and well trained, and nowadays that's saying a lot! Management friendly to staff and customers. Really pleasant experiences here honestly.

Only car at drive thru. Had to wait a long time before I was spoken to. Asked for a meal and said which drink only to be asked if I wanted it as a meal.Doh. When paying no hello or Ty. No smile. Got food from lovely young lady. Food was nice and hot but dripping grease.

One of the best McDonald's in the country. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is always clean and tidy.

Ubiquitous mcd's, not particularly clean,not particularly warm inside,not particularly hot burger and fries and zero interaction with staff.

Toilets absolutely filthy, no toilet rolls in ladies. Food was luke warm and received wrong coffee. Not surprised not many were eating in but still a long wait for some orders. Will never visit again it wants shutting down!

Shocking standards at this McDonalds, I appreciate it’s the festive period and staff may be slightly reduced, but H&S standards still need to be met and the management should be monitoring this. There were no sauces, condiments or napkins at the self serve station, the bins were overflowing and it certainly wasn’t fast food. Tables were filthy and needed wiping down and clearing. The H&S agency would have had a field day here. Very disappointing visit. Oh and as always only 1 out of the 4 iPads was working

Took 20 minutes to make my coffee put me on waiting and serve people cane after me

Please look at the cleaning routine, did let the staff know. Not a great experience and no real excuse. Assume Boxing Day and up against it. Please get in if you need any more support information

Far from fast food! The whole point of McDs is you can drive through and get food. Not drive through, wait in car park for 15 minutes. I won’t make this mistake again. Plenty of other places to go.

Service was very slow and unorganized, no cleaners, bins over flowing, tables dirty. Hot chocolate was very chocolatey though which was good.

Clean restaurant, fast service, Food was a little greasy and the sausage patty needed to be drained more before putting in the bun.

Pulled up to the drive through after making an online order. Waited in the drive through for about 8 minutes, by which time around 5-6 other cars had been through the other order bay, I was asked by some girl if my order had been taken yet. I said no it hasn’t and all her reply was okay thank you. Sat there for another two minutes while another car went through until I gave up and drove around myself to give my code. I had driven a couple of minutes down the road to eat cold chips and a cold burger, not even warm. Disgusting service and disgusting food. Would not recommend

Parking fine £100. Although polite on the phone. They won't help. I had a slow puncture in my tyre so I pumped it up before arriving there and waited a couple of hours to see how much it had deflated as I had a long journey ahead. I hadn't even seen the signs (too dark and I was stressed). I even told them if they check the cctv they will see me inflating ny tyre and I have an invoice for my tyre repair the following day, but not interested. The manager was very apologetic so it's not on him, but I will not be using that McDonald's anymore. I've warned my car club friends too as we often use it when going to Silverstone for classic car shows etc. Such a shame....

Was desperate for the toilet and something to eat on the way to the rugby at Northampton. Very busy on a Friday night, but the service was fairly quick and the chicken wrap filled a gap quickly. Paper straw totally useless with a shake though. Normally avoid McDonald's unless I've got my daughter with me, and this won't change my mind.

Typical McDonald's so here sunshines on long drives has always been pleasent

Well it’s the 16th of October today. I’ve been waiting for this for awhile. The McRib is finally come and I went and bought two ribs and the first thing I noticed was the nasty smell in my car, thought well maybe it’s just a bit odd, got home and took the McRib out and opened the pack to find the bun was completely soggy from the over the top amount of sauce and the smell was really putting me off, but hey it’s the McRib it’ll be ok, bit into it and decided instantly this is not right, what’s that horrible taste and smell, best way I can describe it it burnt sick on a soggy bum, not pleasant to say the least, any way I can’t finish this it’s awful and disgusting, so make the decision to take them back got to the store and took th in and told the woman these McRib it’s not right, woman was insistent they hav not changed, but I can tell you they have changed, I said I can’t eat these it have to return them as the smell and taste is disgustingly poor and the smell is making me feel sick, so got a refund and expressed my disappointment. Terrible burger and not particularly nice staff, burger rating very poor definitely not the same as they used to be, if that’s how it’s gonna be may as well scrap the McRib, the smell is so bad.

Only ate here because we had no other choice ended up getting bad stomach

First ever poor meal at any McDonalds in the world. Weird from the start, no display board showing order number. Failed to deliver one of the wraps. It came by end of meal. (With a free chips!) Wraps were horrible. A soggy mess. The orange juice was unlikely to be fresh, unlike the bottles elsewhere. Staff offhand. If this was my first McDonald's I'd never go back. Fortunately I only need to avoid this one.

30 minutes wait for food was not even busy. Won't be going back in there again

It's rare I go to any Mc d's due to the price. I've not got anything good to say about any of thier restaurants.

Worst designed layout of a McDonald's site in history. Joining the drive thru queue appears to involve doing a complete circuit of the building that combines with the flow of people trying to exit the drivethru- long queues lead to a car based conga-line around the building that is hard to escape from.

One of the quickest and best organised McDonald's locally

This place is a joke. Its the second time I write a review about this place as I had hope the owner would change things but obviously doesnt give two monkeys about it. Your business is a mess, the food is always cold, it takes over half an hour to get food. The customer service is shocking, please fix this bs.

I went to this “fast food” store, and waited over half an hour in the drive through (at 21:30) only to be met by a teenage girl laughing in my face who turned her back and chatted to her mates for about 3/4 minutes before even handing me the food that was already in her hand. Needless to say it was stone cold when I ate it. This is by far the worst macdonalds I’ve ever had the misfortune to visit and I’ve been to some awful ones. Ran by immature children who have no idea about customer service, managed by incompetent idiots. Never visiting again and I suggest you don’t either!

20 minutes wait for a breakfast wrap.... not very fast food

Drive through I had, was OK Big Mac Meal , cappuccino all large but the Big Mac could have been hotter but you need to ask for sauces, salt pepper hand towels etc as all I got is what I asked for, the sauce Have a good meal now

In the drive through waiting at the intercom and the operator did the opposite intercom twice before coming to me, it's meant to be alternate, absolutely disgusting and not even an apology, it's 17.23 on the 29th August 2024, and I shan't be coming here again

Car park cramped. Walk route on the approach to the customer's entrance is unclear and hazardous.

The food was as good as usual. The toilet had no paper, and the disabled toilet wasn't locking from the inside.

Great McDonald's. Consistently well cooked fries. Weird how some branches manage this and others fail. Anyway, great service from a friendly team. Top top, if you're using the McApp at the Drive thru, just decline at the order point as it never works. Just add your code when you go to pay.

Toilets weren't great , urinals blocked and hand dryer broken

Very busy. How do you order without relish, sauces etc. not a fan of these auto order machines particularly when there are staff to take orders and no machines available.

Love the new look ,much more space especially around the payment stations reducing the queues plus service was a lot faster

It is what it is isn't it? You touch a smeared screen to order your food (no interaction with staff). You can't order the 3 for £3 deal because that's not offered at service stations. When you're waiting for your food you can see about 15 staff hovering over food. When you collect your food in the sorry looking paper bag from a teenager who can't make eye contact. Mcplant burger tastes good though. Well done McDonald's.

Very busy place particularly around 12-1pm. Best to use the app and order ahead if possible. Staff pleasant and food as expected . 😊

Shocking! Worst one I’ve ever visited. This restaurant is obviously marking the orders for collect immediately after being ordered to improve their time score. That’s fine but don’t leave my food on the side until it’s cold because you’ve forgot to give it to me. I then had to wait another 15 mins for it all to be recooked. Total 35 mins from ordering! Fries were old and overcooked so inedible. Oh and the gents urinals were blocked with a pool of stale wee. Awful experience.

Good service and food standard as you would expect. Didnt offer table service or eat in. The menu machine said "takeaway only". So everyone just getting food and bags and then sitting inside. Was a little frustrating

call this a mcdonalds? i call alcatraz. went in last week for a Big Mac (large) with a strawberry milkshake to wash it down. it was at my absolute surprise when i got home to see my strawberry milkshake was white! last time i checked strawberry wasn't white (it's red for those not clued in) when i confronted the on duty manager i was greeted with the lazy excuse that it's how the milkshakes are pouring the moment. i asked numerous guests around the store and they all had similar complaints about the level of digusting quality of food products at this establishment. i will not be returning despite living 5 minutes away and i recommend you travel further to satisfy your bellies- when you get home, the food will probably be warmer anyway.

Always a good choice for a food top up we had cheese burgher 🍔 and a chicken mayo sandwich with 2 x latte's ..what's not to love 😍 staff were friendly and efficient service was super quick and premises and toilets were spotless ..highly recommend.! 👍

Ordered a mccrispy when it can out yo the car it said mcsoucy i said i didnt order this and they said they ran out of mccrispy boxes so its in the mcspicy one they then reassured me its not a mcspicy when i got home and took a bite from it low and behold it was indeed a mcspicy very upset

Chips sometimes warn instead of hot. Staff helpful and friendly.

Had an order delivered to the car and the McFlurry was clearly melted. Told the staff member who brought it out and he agreed and took it back. However he came back moments later with the same McFlurry saying a manager has said that’s how it comes…what ever happened to the customer is right! To make it worse, when I went to eat my Big Mac, there was no burger on the top part, just bun on bun with nothing else. Quality control here is shocking and the service from the manager to send it back out was very poor.

I love the food here and would recommend this place the problem is that the tables are always dirty so the cleaning service wherever they were hiding wasn’t great and that killed the atmosphere a bit

I feel that the fries were a bit soggy and a few black bits.

Considering it was so busy due to the F1, they coped well.

The overnight drive through service is appalling. Ordered a simple meal at the drive through 4.45am, paid, arrived at next window and ………. waited forever. Nobody to be seen inside, no updates. I thought maybe all the staff had died.

Cold fries and burger, I won't be back

Awful. I planned my rest (late, on my return trip) as signs said open late. I parked & the restaurant and toilets were locked. My vehicle could not fit the drive through, I tried to order at the wi dow (and sit in vehicle to eat) BUT I was refused 'as I was on foot' ☹

Standard McD food in a standard McD setting but the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Well done.

Ordered to car. The Chips was cold but it always seems that from this branch. The hattrick burger was nice. The coffee tasted weaker then normal but they was very very busy. Car park was clean staff offered sugar and milk at my car but did not want them. Was easy to find despite being next to a very busy road it was green with trees and grass.

Place was dirty,tables hadn't been cleaned from last customers, ok busy place but this was overlooked

Food was really good, was soo quick there and the food look very respectable

Loved the fish fillet with its springy roll but the fish was half the size. Went to use the facilities and it was a little congested as the mop and bucket was across the disabled toilet, but the chap said sorry and moved it for me, not a lot of room in the little corridor for the loos with me the cleaner and mop 😄 apart from that McDonalds are all the same.

Tried to order via the app, failed again so had to go in which i notice my points were not added also they did it as a eat in not take away. Chips were yuk.
