Milano Pizza in South Northamptonshire

amazing food and staff. However its annoying there isnt a no sauce option for chips

45 minutes for delivery means an hour and a half so far, 2.5 miles away, absolute joke

Orderd off their own website and got a delivery time of 45 minutes, 1hr and 20 minutes later and after a phone call, my food was finally delivered. Not overly impressed at all.

I paid over £20 for rubbish! I ordered chicken nuggets and chips, mozzarella sticks, a donner kebab with chips and hot wings. When getting home after a 25 minuet walk (couldn’t wait to tuck into my food) I was surprised when opening a box of chips and - tub with donner meat on top of som chips and yes the chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. Yes we had the chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks however after paying over £20 and telling the guy behind the counter I like onion and red cabbage to walk 20 minutes and finally see I have a tub of chips with some meat was highly disappointing! Please see photo as I have tried to call the take away way over 30 times before they closed and no answer! I very disappointed and shall not be using Milanos again! Due to the incompetence of staffing

Gave me the wrong order when I called to see if they would correct it they hung up. Would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible customer service

I had given this place a 1 star review a few weeks back accidently. My one star review was for another kebab house down the road. My Chicken wrap from here was 5 star. Chilli sauce was perfection in food form. I'll be back

Waited an hour and twenty minutes for a below-average pizza and cold, soggy, chips. The delivery guy forgot the Diet Coke I ordered and said he’d bring it. Another hour and twenty later and nothing. Don’t bother.

Jacket potato and kebab 11pm just moved into the area. Pleasantly surprised - top drawer!! Jacket fresh and tasty (cheese, sweetcorn and dressing 👌) Great kebab, plenty of salad and chilli sauce has a kick 😋Great service, very pleasant people - we'll be back - thank you!

Absolutley shocking . Would not feed this to my pet mouse . Apparently this picture as attached is a regular pizza .dread to thibk what small is.......... Was Absolutley tiny . When I went in and asked the staff were all rude . No empathy . And literally wound me up that much felt poorly . Came home rang back up and they laughed at me on the phone . My daughter is now also being sick .... suspected food poisoning as was cold. We are locals so I'll be telling everyone local to avoid !! Used to love it here when I first moved to towcester . Sent wrong food (looked awful too) refused to send another lost a customer thats for sure! Was very rude when rang and complained! My partner rang back to advise he wasn't wasn't with how the manager spoke to me and the manager said I'm at my shop with my family come down, in a threatening way! AVOID!!

Absolutely vile food. Cold and inedible burger, undercooked pizza. Used to be good. Don't waste your time and instead go to the better pizza takeaway up the road.

Thank goodness dominoes were shut because these guys are a cut above, pizza , wings, garlic bread awesome if you have had a beer in Towcester this is the place for your late night meal.

I’ve made a mistake though was the one in my town and did an order where I did say my postcode many times which shows that it is in another town but they didn’t say anything about the fact that is very far. When I called to solve it the whole crew kept laughing and swearing in the background and then threatened and saying we can t do any refunds or anything for you. The worst employees and people I would never eat there in my whole life!! They don t deserve anything. The driver was kind and drove to get it here because he lives here anyway and they send my pizza burned!! The pizza for my kids.

We are an awkward family with multiple food allergies. Milanos are very knowledgeable about their ingredients and always have options for everyone's needs. We also have vegetarians in the family and they always find something to eat. Would definitely recommend to anyone with allergies or food intolerances.

You'll wait an hour and a half for food and while it'll be hot and the pizza good, they have zero manners and don't care if you've been waiting ages. No apologies at all. Furthermore, they have just two vegetarian options. Not good enough in 2022.

This place used to be really good but I think the food quality has gone down recently, on numerous occasions the food has made us sick and almost every time they have either have got our order wrong or forgotten something completely so take my advice and avoid this place

Milano is our go to for a takeaway treat! The pizza’s and kebabs are always fresh and delivered quickly, food is really tasty and such a friendly service every time. The best pizza delivery we’ve had!

Just ordered food for delivery.The pizza toppings were not nice at all. I had beef on mine and did not look or taste like that at all. Couldn't eat it. The chicken Popcorn was over cooked and the chips alsoovercooked. Would not recommend it to anyone!!!

Sometimes the kebab meat is lovely and the chips are crunchy and hot and then other times for some reason the standard plummets , i don't know why because when its good its very good ,but its still the best kebab in Towcester as far as we are concerned .

Dreadfull took over an hour and a half for delivery when the food turned up it was cold i rang up to complain and was told its because they were busy and not much they could do asked for a refund and because i ordered online they cant do refunds complete b@#lshit had a few issues before with the time it takes but food is normally warm and tasty but no more chances today was a joke

God awful, tried a couple times, disappointed every time, burnt fried chicken, soggy chips, a pizza dough that is basically stale bread. Should be shut down. Not hard to do the basics properly and these lot couldn’t run a bath let alone a place to get some food. Never again.

Beyond a joke. This place is 3 miles from the property we rented for the weekend and estimated delivery time was 40mins, actual delivery time 1hr 40min. Chicken was the driest I've ever had and the lamb doner was like plastic. Chilli sauce was like water and extra large portion wouldn't pass for a medium back in Bristol.

Food good & plentiful. Delivery was longer than expected, would have helped to be told how long it would be.

I ordered chicken, salad, coleslaw and extra sauce with no pitta or chips. Order was spot on (amazingly) & food was great. Delivery driver was socially distanced at drop off.

Just a strong word of warning... We ordered a takeaway and it was TWO hours from our initial phone call ordering our food. It was not even fit for human consumption only the bin... The delivery driver didnt not even apologise for the delay quite...

Rang them and ordered 2 lots Chicken Meat and Chips for delivery. When it came had no chips, Charged £18. When we rang to tell. We were told they hadnt charged us for chips, we only ordered chicken kebabs. But there is no pitta bread in our boxes. Just chicken meat. Never ordering again.

lived here 3 years always great service. especially from the gentleman whom i believe is called sabyn(or something similar) and is genuinely lovely person. the drivers also adhere to covid procedures to keep everyone safe on the whole i love it

A very welcome lockdown treat. Delivered quick and hot. Everything freshly prepared. Salad tasty, fresh and crispy. Excellent mixed kebab and a lovely mixed burger. Garlic sauce to die for. We will definitely be returning customers.

The pizza was not what we ordered. We ordered thin crust as we don’t like thick crust pizza which is what we received. Disappointed and won’t be using again.

Shocking. This place used to be ace for delivery and customer service. The kebab meat was very good, both lamb and chicken doner. Tonight I placed my order for delivery, I live 6 miles from the kebab house and over 3 hours later I am still waiting for any correspondence. After two hours waiting I decided to order from elsewhere and despite numerous attempts to contact Milanos to let them know I wanted to cancel my order, the phone was not answered once. What a shame. Shocking service, I will not be ordering again.

We ordered food just after 5 through the just eat Ap No food arrived we waited 2 & a half hours we kept ringing and ringing and nobody answered so we used the live chat which they also couldn’t get through so we got a refund Very disappointing we won’t be in a hurry to use milanos again

We have had many take aways at Milan but the kebab wrap is delisous with all of the meats salad and sauces for only £9.

Loads of toppings, piping hot and accommodate fussy customers requests too. They also deliver which is useful

We ordered a lamb donner wrap (£6) and a full mix wrap (£9). Firstly, delivery was very quick. Only took 30 mins from when we ordered for it to arrive at our door! The portions are huge! Me and my other half struggled to finish the wraps in one sitting. We have eaten kebabs from all over the world and although I've tasted better quality lamb donner from elsewhere (this tasted a little processed but at least not gristly), the other meats were grilled and seasoned very well with nice flavour, like a shrawarma style. For the price and the convenience (if you're in a village near Towcester or surrounding South Northants), I would definitely recommend. (P.s the chilli sauce is quite hot but so delicious!)

Tough pitta bread, tough, dry chicken & slimey salad. They also missed out my thousand island dressing which would have helped with the dryness!! Oily tasting chips as well. Do yourself a favour & don't bother.

Ordered chicken kebab on Saturday night and shared with a friend thought it was lovely however a few hours after I had been sick several times rang my friend up and she was the same turns out we had got food poison from here we will not go back there again

He utilizado el servicio de entrega muchas veces por comodidad, están siempre a tiempo y la comida siempre aún caliente, la comida sabe tan bien como lo hace cuando voy a la tienda y lo recoja. Personal de Milano son siempre muy amable y educado, sin embargo tiendo a pedido utilizando el app, ya que comer es más fácil que llamar. Los precios son muy razonables y las ofertas de comida tienen una solución accesible y asequible para llevar todo, a diferencia de otros sitios de comida para llevar en los alrededores Milán aparezca la comida están construyendo allí y el servicio que están ofreciendo a sus clientes lo que es difícil de encontrar en estos días, me quedo sin duda pedir muchos tomos de ellos en el futuro.

Will never eat from here again! Ordered Donna meat and chips, they charged me for reg chips and reg kebab, when I got it there was no salad even though I asked for extra salad and the chips that was suppose to be regular was a small handfull! My partner asked for salad and chillies on his kebab and it came with lots of chillies and no salad! Wasn't a complicated order.. not even worth one star.

Pedimos comida para llevar desde aquí, ya que ambos han tenido milanos antes y me gustó. Pedimos una pizza, Doner kebab, patatas fritas y mozzarella bastones. La pizza era ridículamente grasienta y no sabía nada justo, las patatas fritas tenía evidentemente habían sido recalentados y era comestible, el kebab pitta estaba duro y la carne estaba fría y sabía poco fiable. Lo único medio decente era los palitos de mozzarella y salen de un paquete! Ambos nos sentimos absolutamente horrorosa después de comer incluso un poco. No comer allí de nuevo. Muy decepcionado. pérdida de dinero

I ordered a large order from Milano's and was very delicious, made to a high standard and took no time at all to deliver. No complaints and strongly disagree with the negative reviews.

Todos nos quedamos muy contentos con nuestras comidas. rellenos Spud's Restaurant de chaqueta para los niños eran satisfecha cuando llamado. Me ordred la opción de envoltura y era mucho más fácil para comer. El Momento han mejorado. son dados de orden nunca había pedido para nuestro número de teléfono así que tipo de entrega hizo lo mejor que pudo.
