By far the best fish and chips we have had in a long time. The food has always been fresh, the fish flavoursome and the chips crispy (not greasy all!) Looking to become our favourite regular chippy!

Absolutely horrendous food and service!!! Firstly they over charged us, missed items and the curry was just bones and oil! They wouldn’t even give us our money back for the missing items even though we were collecting our order and the items weren’t there which we told them about there and then!!! They said they don’t do refunds even though they didn’t give us the food so not sure what we paid for!!!! Awful awful people! All the staff came out to try and intimidate us too! Awful experience! Wouldn’t recommend at all and we won’t ever go back! Not sure why you would have a service like this as surely it’s bad business.

Has the pub got its license back.

Wow just Wow. Food was amazing. piping hot, fresh and amazing. Couldn't recommend enough. So good. And arrived early.

one of the worst experience I've ever had. The bald head guy is just a typical rip off and charges customers as he likes and not by the price tag and are charging £1 per person to sit on a table to eat. Worst food and sweets ever. The barfi we have brought was certainly 2 weeks old. certainly not recommending this to any food eater

Went to this shop after 2 yrs with new shop management,Bought fried chicken ,worst chicken in whole radford road area ,Harder then Stone ,Seems like it was made hours ago and then refried again to make it look fresh ,definitely not fresh at all ,Total waste of money and time

Everything was good apart from having to pay full adult price for my 11yr old niece because she's over 140cms. What a rip off!

Great place, lots of choice from the menu, function room hire at a decent price.

Sadly not a great experience- ordered 2 steak pies with chips, mushy peas, gravy and curry sauce. When I got home I'd actually got 1 steak pie and 1 chicken and mushroom pie. All the products were only luke warm and the chips were quite rubbery so had been sitting for a while. Normally the food is good but on this occasion I was very disappointed 😞

It would be great if a fillet of fish was actually in the middle of their the cob not on the side of the box, your staff need recognise the cobs are round
