Naan bread was undercooked still dough totally unacceptable could not even eat it chucked it in the bin total waste of money will not be ordering again!!!!

Just think the kebab meat seems a lot more spicy than it used to be

Not impressed that a £1 quid increase on there kebab suddenly. small is now £6.50 large is now £7.50 No difference in portions size just the price, I shall try to avoid the place in future…….

After much careful consideration, I have reviewed the options and feel as though I have no other choice than this so I have taken it upon myself to leave the owner of this establishment with a strongly worded review , yesterday evening I ordered some masala fish and chicken nuggies from this shop for my wife , when the masala fish came the man handed it to me unwrapped in my hand , I was very confused , rather distressing experience

Food was perfect. Dilevery was fast. It's one of the cheapest places you can find in Nottingham. Cheap prices big portions. You can't beat Spicehouse.

Can’t take a basic order. Order came with no salad on loads of burgers, when I rang to complain. Staff became very rude and was is denial they missed out the salad. Absolute jokers. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Have used them a few times. But never again.

The food arrived late, the management was understanding but the food tasted super horrible 😫 They need to know whats *pizza* I have never tasted such bad food

Driver was rude and impolite, kept blaming me because I had 20 £ he wanted me to pay online even though I had left a note to bring change for 20 , he kept going to other shops to get change and was blaming and tell me next time I should pay online or have exact change , told the driver there was a note and if he didn’t have he shouldn’t have accepted the order , he was rude and asked me to watch over his car in the cold weather

ordered food at 20.30hrs, it's now 22.12hrs, my app is telling me to enjoy my food, but no food has been delivered. I order from here regularly but today has been ridiculous. I've rang the restaurant 5 times to be told different excuses each time!!!!!

When I feel like wanna eat pizza.🍕 I will definitely buy from Spice House. I love Spice House Takeaway, one of the top best takeaway in Nottingham. The chips from them keep making me go back to them. Even if I don't buy any big meal from them, I would just buy chips from them. Their chips are so yum yummmm. They have kebab and few others choice that you can choose.The size of the burgers 🍔 sooooooooo much better than any fancy restaurant in Nottingham. So it's a daily thing to go there Thursday or friday, the shop keepers are kind and it's a place for a meal (especially deal 8) so FIVE STARS!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Perfect food as always unfortunately for me this was my last order as we moved home thank you for the food over the past 18 months was perfect next time I’m in the area will try to to order but you guys open at 5pm so will see if I’m about nice delivery driver very respectful and friendly all the best

I ordered when the restaurant was due to shut in 10 minutes. I called the restaurant to apologise, the man on the phone ensured me that it was ok and that they were happy to do my order. It was delivered early, and the food was lovely. I tried a kebab with a spiced, fried fish and it was incredible. It was the first time i tried the fish like that. Thank you, and i promise to not order at a silly hour next time.

Best kebabs in Nottingham value for money

I've said this for many years! The best kebab meat in Nottingham! They use a special trimmer thing, nobody else has it, Spice House cut and trim the juiciest kebab meat money can buy! Truly number one!

Tried to me the delivery driver knocked on my door on time but I was at home and waiting for my food and no one came to my door. The staff along with the delivery drivers are liars!!!

food was late by 45mins and arrived cold not happy will be getting a refund

We ordered 2 pizza, chips and large doner. This came late and they only gave us one pizza rather than 2 and then they delivered a new order and the quality of the food was horrible. I’ve always ordered from here.

Food arrived 1hr 20mins after point of order. So food was around 25 mins late. Was not told about this until I phoned up after an hour. Food was okay and was not particularly cold but it did not taste freshly made due to delay.

Always nice food and the kebabs are really good value

Although it came on time, it was stone cold, burger was under cooked , chips was brown ( hours old) garlic bread with cheese was like pure dough and cheese no garlic

I was not impressed with the food it was very overcooked and also not how they usually make it the burger bread was also stale I would like a refund as I threw most of the food away

Asked for sauce and salad to be served separately. Two dishes turned up smothered in sauce and salad.

Late delivery item was missing

The food was dry and disgusting. None of it was fresh. Chips were rubbery. And the "chip cop" was burger buns with Fries. Disgusting. Not ordering from there again.

Ordered at 20:20 food arrived eventually 22:20. Called the restaurant to be told “it’s on the way” to which it didn’t arrive for another 40 mins. No apology when it did arrive. Food was okay, chips was soggy, cheesy chips inedible as they’d been sat so long the cheese was hard. Usually good food but the delivery and customer service isn’t the best.

Food arrived very late, 45 minutes after it left the restaurant (according to the app) and about 30 minutes after the app said it had been delivered. Phoned the restaurant multiple times regarding this and was told they are busy and will get back to me, only to be left waiting and to have to call them back myself. Food was decent but cold on arrival (probably due to the fact that it took them 45 mins to get here despite me only being 10 mins away from restaurant). I imagine if the food was hot and fresh it would be worthy of 5 stars as once reheated I really enjoyed. Moral of the story, if you eat here, go and get it yourself, if you want food to be delivered to you, probably try elsewhere.

Overpriced, average food, smaller portions...not worth the money imho. Can get much bigger portions and better quality food for less money at other places..! Its not bad , buts its not great either. Would be unfair to give it less than 3 star but also hard to give it more than 4 star when iv had much better value from other places....

Said it would be ready for 17:20 was ready alot later we had to attend a 1dish party but was delayed because food arrived late .. the food is always tasty..
