First of all, the service at this place is horrendous. I waited for my order for over an hour even though I am a 10 minute drive away and was told it would take half an hour. The people over the phone were rude and dismissive when I asked for the whereabouts of my uber driver. The driver was clueless too. Now the food… rubbish. Everything was cold, chicken was either chewy, flavourless, stale or soggy. I literally could not eat my burger or wings and ended up wasting my money. Really negative experience from this place

Wouldn’t recommend the bbq wings it’s just spicy wings covered in bbq sauce, also the skin/coating was falling off the chicken and very soggy

I got a headache and sick from the food, ive heard bad things about it as well. The service they ignored me whilst i was trying to order and it was long. They used to be really good but they've upped the price and the food is worse.

I visited Nottingham with my family in hopes of finding some incredible food for my family and I, but couldn't find much, until I found goody's chicken. Food was ok, it didn't arrive very warm but probably because the cold drinks were underneath the food. Chicken tower burger was not cooked properly though as it was still pink inside but everything else was fine.

Very poor customer service, i asked to confirm if my daughter’s drink part of meal deal was in the bag he said yes. I got home and it wasn’t there! So i rang and he didn’t offer any compensation just said we will deliver in 30 mins.. did they deliver it no! Very unprofessional will never go there again! Food was average and overpriced.

Food was really nice only thing I can complain is about the side the coleslaw was 2 pounds sauce size pot and the corn on a cob 2 pounds for one other than that was absolutely delicious 😋

Well I've enjoyed goodys chicken for ages but last night food was the worse one I've had. The pieces of chicken was overcooked and dried, fries overcooked and burnt, beans was cold and gravy was way to thick. I put a complaint to Justeat and you want a picture of my food that's a joke, after I managed to savage the chicken that was edible and what 3 chips that I ate that was still hard and burnt, I thrown the rest of my meal in the bin with the gravy and beans as if I'm going to get it out my bin don't think so. Money should be refunded with no questions asked simple. Never ever I have put a complaint it's always been positive review for goodys. Shame on you justeat 🙄
