Amazing food! The flavours are incredible, and the portion sizes are generous. Their Peri Peri chicken is perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of spice, while the pizzas are loaded with fresh toppings and delicious cheese. The menu offers a great variety, whether you’re in the mood for a burger, wrap, or a full meal deal. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and the prices are very reasonable. I loved this place and theres no doubt the taste is so spot on however lately I have started to become disappoint as the portions they have started sending is not worth the money. I paid good £9 for a rice & Chicken box and the portion has been extremely unsatisfactory for last few times. It was an order through ubereats. There was barely 6 tablespoons full of rice. Literally in the bottom of the container one thinnest layer of rice topped with chicken. I felt like being robbed. I know their food taste good but im not stupid to spend that amount of money for hardly 5 to 6 tablespoons of rice. So not returning again!! Fuming at the moment.

Paid £40+ for a cookie dough to have multiple items missing and the other cookie dough to look like it’s been thrown together!! Called and customer service was atrocious!

Absolutely delicious food ! Every dish was prepared with care, bursting with fresh flavors and perfectly balanced seasoning. The portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Grill Town Sherwood is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu!

My new favourite place! We have used this restaurant a few times and now and we are never disappointed! We order the set meal for 2 and for £20 the food is incredible, portion size is amazing and such value for money. We find collecting is easier than ordering! Highly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to visit for a “first class” takeaway. Visited here when staying in Sherwood. Food was excellent, the tandoori chicken and pizza was to die for. Well seasoned and plentiful, just wish I could have eaten it all. I will be definitely be visiting again and can well recommend. Very reasonably priced

Excellent customer service & nice food

Usually this place is quite good and has no problem at all but tonight was absolutely awful with the food and the customers service is ferociously bad. Kept calling the store to see where our order was and missing half of our order when it arrived. The delivery was over 1 and half to arrive which is ridiculous bad timings. The pizza was cold, greasy and just disgusting and the fish masala with salad was awful as some fish was just undercooked and the salad wasn’t fresh enough. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

My loaded fried were lovely but the apple crumble was a cake and custard. Not a crumble which was disappointing and sadly went in the bin which was a waste of money. May order something else from them to give them another try and will update my review accordingly. Happy to share images with anyone of the cake and custard they try passing off as crumble. I advise the restaurant put it up on the menu as a cake not a crumble. Overall 3/10

I specifically asked for the courier NOT to knock and to call instead when my order had been delivered as it was late and everyone in my household was sleeping. However, the courier ignored this request and proceeded to knock anyway, awaking my dog and my family members. Not happy at all.

Have to say what a disappointment, waffle arrived ice cold, we had an option of Nutella base the waffle had next to non of any sauces mentioned on the menu, biscuit topping were stale. Ordered 4 milkshakes each one were different flavours but all tased like just milk and cheap ice cream. Waste of money wouldn’t order from here again.

Unbelievably… average. I wouldn't order via collection, the staff don't seem to mark things as being ready. I rocked up to a cold kebab sitting on the top because it had been too long! The chicken was pretty good though.

Wrap and Fries were really good, and the sauce they recommended was beautiful. Think it was their house sauce.

genuinely the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chips were very undercooked and rock hard, mushrooms were absolutely swimming in grease and fat. can tell they don’t clean the grills often enough as the chicken tastes of lamb and beef. seasoning is good-ish but meat quality very poor. took a few bites and straight into the bin. will definitely not be returning.

When i went to collect my order the owner in black t shirt was being rude,unprofessional and ignorant that i have been there regular customer since last 8 months at least 2 orders a week and when i asked him about my order he didn't even answered me and potred negative attitude towards me and i am not going to order anything from this point of time and i would recommend everyone doing the same.

We ordered piri piri loaded fries on uber eats. No chicken was mentioned on the description on uber eats. The food arrived, and there was chicken inside the dish. We are all vegetarians. We contacted you guys and the lady was being very rude to us as she kept hanging up and was not being cooperative at all. This was completely unacceptable. She told us it’s Uber Eats fault, as they did not want to take the blame, but this is all the restaurants fault . Completely unacceptable. No apology. Nothing. Chicken should have been mentioned in the description of the dish, as all the other ingredients were mentioned other than chicken. We are utterly disappointed with this. Completely rude customer service. All the other loaded fries mentioned chicken or beef etc. This was the only one that didn’t mention chicken, leading to the assumption that it’s vegetarian. Honestly, this has completely spoilt our night. We are not able to eat any of the chips now, and both the restaurant and uber eats are doing nothing about this. Would not order from here again.

We ordered they came out we offered them payment and they refused to take the payment and then we give the food back and then they got all aggressive on the phone and said don't order from us again no next time etc etc don't order from these and let them mess up your order.

Absolutely ripped off we got 2 kebabs they charged me £8 on the newly delivered menu it says £7 i can honestly say iv had more kebab on a kebab rap and the nan bread is nothing like fresh DONT wast your money

Worst experience at Grill Town! They have no respect for delivery partners and always delay orders. Clearly, their delivery staff don't value customers' time. Would not recommend!

The first time we ordered here won't be again !!. Asked for a grilled chicken burger with all salad and girkins, we got one crappy price of lettuce!! My other half asked for a mighty meat feast pizza it came with just chicken tika and some ham. I won't be passing your menus to my punters.

Said my order was expected at 8:20. Said delivered on the just eat app at 8:45, call the store to be told “we’re just finishing the last waffle” 9:03pm still waiting for our dessert

This need to shut down .I got food last night .Worse food ever no taste at all .Spend £35 and I have a such a bad stomach and diarrhea keep going toilet since this morning . Worse Worse food ever.

Insane quality meat didn't know such place exist in notts can't recommend it enough bought a shared platter £20 and 3 big dudes full.

The food is absolutely delicious and the service is 10/10. The girl makes banging milkshakes, the best we’ve had in a while! Would recommend the milkshakes, loaded fries and pizzas!

I used to be a regular customer until tonight. I ordered for the family and the total came to around 30 quid. BIGGEST waste of money. You get absolutely no food. It's a complete rip off. Do not order unless you want your money to be stolen

If you collect your food you’ll be fine. I would strongly advise not to order. There is one woman that works there shes miserable, dismissive and refuses to say when she gets things wrong. Last time she got the sauce the wrong way around in the wraps and labelled them wrong. Today 55 mins delivery fine but then the meal came with no chips. I called and was told 4-5 mins. 15 mins later i called again and it sounded like theyd forgot. Told me i recieved my food i said yes less the chips, principally i bought a meal. He asks her and she cuts him off to say she put everything in clearly not why would i ring about chips (as a freebie) anyway they said theyd send more no offer of a refund and this is 90 mins after my initial complaint for chips🙄😴

Something seriously off with this place. Read all the reviews. I strongly advise not to use this place! Disappointing food. Jam cake arrived instead of Jam roly-poly. Better to say that you're out of something than to trick customers! Delivery person came across as aggressive/intimidating.
